I originally bought these after my dog chewed on my controllers. I ended up getting the face plates, as well as these thumbstick replacements, and they look really great. The installation was easy and works as intended.
Trickiest part was taking the clips off the backs of the controllers, otherwise these are super easy to change and feel like original parts.

Would be five stars but the Seperator tool was not included luckily I had ifix-it kit otherwise I would have returned it.
