The most impressive thing about this product is how easy it is to assemble. Almost all the screws, bolts and nut are attached to the parts they belong to, so no need to figure out which go with which part and together with extremely well written detailed instructions make for very easy assembly. Using to strengthen back and legs. 79 yrs old had serious civid last year. To alter the seat position isn’t as easy as I expected unless I am doing it wrong. Overall pleased with product.

Just received the bike and my first impression is great. Very good manual on how to assemble it. These days, you do not get to see good manuals. There is normally A4 pages with some drawing and it’s horrible. This bike comes with very very clear instruction manual. Everything works it’s folded in it’s new home not taking space at all. It is sturdy enough. however, there’s a space for improvement when it comes to sturdiness. Also I would’ve liked the seat to go higher and the resistance to be more but this is fantastic as it is. I’m looking to do low intensity cardio anyway and that’s what you should be looking for if you’re cutting to avoid cortisol spikes. Good luck everyone.

I purchased this from Amazon directly rather than a third party seller. The packaging was excellent, everything was well protected, absolutely no damages.

The instructions were incredibly easy to follow, all bolts/screws came already attached to the part it belonged to, all you need to do is adjust and tighten with the enclosed Allen key. It can easily be put together by one person. It’s perfect if you don’t have a lot of space as it folds up compact, it’s easy enough to move around (I have floorboards).

In terms of actually using the bike, initially I was mistakenly disappointed with the level of resistance offered as I first tried it out on level 8 (highest resistance) and thought “great(!) this is easy there’s practically no resistance”, but I was wrong!

When you start off on the lower resistantance and build it up, boy do your legs/thighs feel it. By the time I turned it up to the highest resistance I was needing to turn it all the way downnnn. It is a recumbent bike with 3 seat settings, I’ve tested all 3 and really enjoy the fact I can feel my stomach muscles getting a work out too.

It’s a solid piece of equipment, you’ll work up a sweat and hopefully lose weight if that’s your goal. Otherwise it’s a great way to maintain your fitness. Really happy I chose this bike over others.

Excellent sturdy bike with easy instructions to follow to put together. Well packaged.

Only issue I find is that the computer read out is in KPH and not MPH. There does not appear to be an option to change it to MPH. But then again is that the most important factor?

I really like this bike. It was quite easy to assemble as there are 52 small coloured photographs to follow. It is very sturdy and comfortable to sit on. It is very quiet so I can often watch the TV when I am on it.

This is an excellent machine, suitable for all ages- I’m 87 and I’ve found it very easy to build up to level 3 and 15 minutes per day. The lowest setting has very little friction so is easy to operate by folk that have limited mobility

I was recommended a exercise bike by my orthopedic surgeon. This bike was recommended by a friend of mine. It is easy to handle and feels very sturdy when on the machine. It also folds away so as to not take up too much space. Would definitely recommend this bike .

Very comfortable and easy to use, I am only 4ft 11 and pedals and handlebars are easy to reach comfortably without stretching. Big display and can run through various programmes eg. Distance, calories, time exercising, pulse rate etc. What I love about this, is you can easily set how long you want to exercise, or how far you want to go in distance eg. 10km. Once you set your preference it counts down and alarm sounds to tell you you have reached your goal. The added bonus of the resistance bands are great, so you can cycle and tone your arms too! Very sturdy and easy to assemble.

Really sturdy and smooth, quiet in operation, simple and big on screen dispaly.
Nothing to dislike, was’nt expecting mush but this has surpassed all my expectations, really impressed with it.

Assembly takes time, but is not difficult. The display screen has an odometer function and also shows time, distance, kilocalories and pulse. We have had it for a fortnight now and so far it has been performing very well. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend it to anyone interested in no-frills stationary exercise bike.

Definitely the most comfortable exercise bike I’ve used. I do have to add a cushion when using it in the reclined position though, as the position of the back rest hurts my back. I like that you can use it upright or reclined, and I tend to alternate between the two. It’s easy enough to change between, although not quite as easy as it looks in the video! I tried using it in the most upright position and struggled to get on it, then I got stuck and had a heck of a job getting off, so I won’t be doing that again! It’s nice and sturdy, although when using the resistance bands the front legs can sometimes lift off the floor. The resistance bands are a great feature though – I love that you can give your arms a workout at the same time as your legs – but I find you’re quite limited what you can do with them (ie what muscles you can target) because of the angle and the grip. The bike is easy enough to to move about with the wheels on the front, although mine stays in the same place pretty much all the time and I haven’t folded it away at all so can’t comment on that. It was really quiet to begin with, but after a couple of weeks use it has started to squeak a bit, so I’ll have to keep my eye on that but at the moment it’s no big deal. Overall I’m really happy with it and am enjoying using it.

We bought this bike due to COVID19 weight gain and after ordering it we thought it might be a bit rubbish. However, we were very wrong as the bike is brilliant and such good quality. We also found it very simple to build as it only took 20 minutes. My husband is 6’2 and I’m 5’9 and we can both sit on it comfortably. We absolutely love this bike and the added resistance bands. They stop the workout becoming a bit boring. The bike is so sturdy but so slim when folded for storage. I think it would also be suitable for the elderly. 5 stars thanks Amazon. We love it. Xxx

easy assembly with comfortable wide seat you can sit up to cycle with handlebars at the side which is great for people with bad backs like me or you can use it with normal placed handlebars also very sturdy would highly recommend this exercise bike !

Great exercise bike arrived quickly. Took us about an hour to assemble using very easy instructions. Very sturdy and well made. Large screen and buttons and resistance bands are an added bonus for arm workout. Usually gadgets are a nine day wonder then stored away but I’ve set up in my lounge and have used nearly every day whilst watching tv as it doesn’t take up much room. I highly recommend.

I like that the bike is so quiet which means you can easily watch tv and exercise at the same time. It also feels very sturdy. It is good that you can increase the tension and you can adjust the seat etc. I also like that you can set your distance or your time or your calorie burn. Because it is sturdy, I do find it a little difficult to manouvre and that is why it just fell that tiny bit short of the full stars but it certainly has not spoiled anything for me as I am not needing to keep folding it away. It is better that I leave it up as that makes me use it more. I found it a little difficult to put together but I think that is just me. Overall, I would buy again.

I’m 58 and the last exercise bike I bought was 36 years ago. Things have improved dramatically. This one is silent so I can hear the television as I peddle. The seat is soft. There is a back rest. Different positions for the bike. I have it upright at present as I’m a beginner concentrating on legs and just getting used to it. It’s not intrusive in the living room. Should have bought it a year ago. I put it together myself. The readout is the most complicated thing about it. I’m 5’2″ so all positions are great. My son is 6’1″ and the seat doesn’t go high enough for him to fully extend his legs.

Its quiet and does its job but it does make an annoying clanking sound when you peddle which i assume comes from a part that doesnt fit flush to its adjoining part.

Easy to assemble. Sturdy. Love that I can use the resistance bands to work on arms. Unable to change the display from km to miles but not a major issue. Very quiet in use.

Arrived quickly and was very easily assembled with no issues whatsoever. I have used an exercise bike on a daily basis for over 20 years so have got through a fair few. I have to say on first impressions this is the most comfortable I have sat on. The mechanism is smooth though not as good as a belt driven model. It is also silent in operation as all models are when new so time will tell. I am amazed how sturdy it is, especially for this type of frame and takes up a lot less space than my previous model. I have only owned it for a week at the time of review and it has been used for a total of approx 10 hours but as yet are extremely pleased and would definitely recommend.

Wanted to find an easy way to exercise at home in lockdown. Did a lot of research and the Slimcycle had good reviews and I am very pleased with my purchase. It arrived on time, very well packaged with easy to follow, step by step assembly instructions including pictures. The cycle is very sturdy and well-made. The seat is comfortable as is the backrest, although I do add a small cushion behind my back for a little extra comfort. The display controls are easy to use, it very quiet when pedalling which is great as I use mine in the lounge while watching TV, and the exercise straps are an added bonus to tone up the upper body. I’m in my 70’s and didn’t expect dramatic results, but I can already see improvements after everyday use for 4 weeks as I feel fitter and a little more toned. I used to swim regularly which has not been possible in lockdown, and walking isn’t great when it’s pouring with rain, so I would definitely recommend the Slimcycle to any age group.

Mum loves the bike does everything u need it to do counts how many calories u burn inc distance. Easy to build comfortable padded sit and the bike has handles to perform other exercises whilst cycling.

Was surprisingly easy to assemble. I had never done anything like that before but found the instructions easy to follow. Have used it as often as I can and especially now can get the necessary exercise without having to go out even whatever the weather is doing outside. Highly recommended and my friend bought one too after seeing how pleased I was and how much healthier I feel and looked to her, especially as I am not normally one who exercises. This is my greatest buy, especially with the restrictions of Covid19.

This is a well made bike, it is extremely sturdy and well suited for larger people, like myself. However, it was just a bit fidgity to put together but we managed to put it together successfully. The only issue I have with the bike is that I cannot properly set the speed or timing on the display panel, which is the only problem I have with the bike but other than that, this is a very resistant bike which makes a bike like this a good one as it is durable. One specific thing that I like about this bike is that you can fold it up and put it somewhere else so it doesn’t take up too much room which seems helpful and convenient to me. Additionally, the seat on the bike is extremely comfortable. I brought this bike because I had read several reviews that it is suitable for a person up to 130 kg, but I had read the manual it said it accepts up to 100 kg, but I am over 100 kg and it is very strong. I can’t believe how sturdy it is though, it is well worth buying and I recommend it highly.

This really is a great bike, I was so unsure but I’m so glad I went for it! Easy to put together, very light to move around the home but does handle heavy weight, very sturdy, extremely quiet and provides a decent workout! Highly recommend!
