Good firm massage.. good value for money
I bought this chair as a x Mas present for me and my partner. I opted for this cost effective model as I wasn’t sure how often we would actually use it. In fact we love it so much that we spend time on it everyday and ordered a further massager for a family member who tried it and loved it too! It’s great for relaxing tired muscles and tensions.
I purchased this to help reduce the pain I was suffering with my back following overwork.
It did the job perfectly and both warmed and massaged my back.
pretty good for the odd massage. if you are in pain go to a doctor -this won’t cure it – it’s only good after a long day on your fee
Purchased for my daughter as she spends quite a lit of time sitting at her desk resulting in a bad back. Since having this and using it her back pain has reduced significantly
This really is relaxing and with the heat on you feel like the pain is subsiding, my partner found it too fierce and had too pull back a little. I still do my morning stretches then 15mins massage while I catch up on emails. So it has fit in well with my morning routine.
Good tool for getting knots out of the back. Nice and warm too
Not as expected. It couldn’t relieve the lower back pain. It wasn’t alone as other remedies tried couldn’t work.
Got this for my hubby’s home office chair. He loves it. De stress while you work. Easy to turn on and change settings.
Really good quality product, it feels like getting a firm shiatsu massage and the heat function is fantastic. I’m 5’2 and it covers my whole back/neck and shoulders. It might not be as good if you’re a few inches taller. My only complaint Is that you can’t turn on the heat unless the massage function is in use but I imagine this is for safety reasons. Great value and well worth the money. Helps with aches and pain due to sitting more than usual. Been so good to have this while unable to get massage because of lockdown and it’ll probably even lessen my need for chiropractor visits.
Worth every penny. Pain relief is good, but I just wished the massaging heads moved down and up the back a little further.
This product is absolutely brilliant I do suffer with a bad back and it’s the only thing that gives total pain relief
Really easy to use, heat option is a nice touch. Seat pad could be thicker or more cushioned it’s a bit of a flat pancake perhaps a tiny layer of memory foam would make it perfect but overall very good purchase
I didn’t notice that it said arrives in packaging that reveals so just be aware to tick the box if you want Amazon packaging . Great product though
Very easy to use and has helped my husbands back issues. Sometimes not quite hitting the mark that he needs it, but slight change in his positioning and manages to get there
Love how simple it is to plug in and use. The heat definitely makes this a comfortable product. If it hurts too much just sit forward a little. Very nice. Recommended.
Good quality item. I’m not that tall but found the massage stopped fairly low between my shoulder blades, wish it came further up my neck.
Works well and has nice level of pressure on your back. It doesn’t quite reach the top of the back if you are tall, but sitting on a cushion fixes that.
Very pleased with this massager, it is quite intense and can be painful in places! Has settings for 3 areas of your back and heat if required. I am sure it is helping with my back pain, used every day. Would highly recommend.
Brilliant product at a great price.
Works amazing, great pressure and heating is fab, doesn’t get too hot but warm enough to feel the benefits. Would suggest using with heat. Only wish it would go higher to reach the center of my shoulders as it only goes just beneath them
Bought for a Christmas present, and loved by all who have used it. Straps to hold it to the chair are a little short so may not work for all upright chairs. Worthwhile purchase very good on the lower and middle back. much lighter around shoulders and neck, but a strong massage.

-Massage is powerful and can be increased depending how hard you push your back into it.
-Gets got quickly which feels great
-Fits well on any chair
-Upper and lower massage settings
Cons:
-No ability to massage in just one place. As in…A specific vertebra of your spine.
-Could have done with another massager lower down and higher up to hit the sweet spots
Arrived in good time and adequately packaged. The massager worked well but we have been unable to separate the lower back massager as all of them work at the same time
