My HUAWEI wearable device cannot receive message notifications
Your HUAWEI wearable device receives notifications via the Huawei Health app. More exactly, the app reads the messages from the notification panel of the phone and then pushes them to your watch/band.
The wearable appears connected on my phone, but disconnected in the Huawei Health app.
The pairing software of the wearable device is restricted by the phone’s system, so Bluetooth disconnects if the Huawei Health is not allowed to run in the background.

Love this watch it has everything on it and love you can use as a phone.
Huawei has done it again. Phenomenal watch with more than adequate battery life.

Sleep tracking is accurate, as well as the step counter. I even checked oxygen saturation with a finger one. I know it does not replace a medical device but it is accurate. Love all the features, the weather, the sound is good and most important the bluetooth connection is good and I receive my notifications.
Christmas present for my wife finds it easy to use and loves all the various functions especially when she can answer the phone.
Bought this as was sick of my current tracker, it seemed boring and was loosing it’s battery. Love the free faces, love the look of thr watch, love all the extras it does, blood pressure, Sat’s etc. Worth the money, half the price of my previous fitness tracker.
Bought this watch for my son as a gift. He loves it. And has great pleasure phoning me from his watch. Hahaha ha
I need regularly sync with my iPhone could do with a longer strap the software could be a bit more easier to use
Heart tracking is accurate, it auto detects exercises, you can take calls and reply to messages, control Spotify or load your own music, and lots more, plus it has a great battery lasting at least a week.
It’s lightweight and nice looking, you can easily dress this up or down as you need, just by using different watch faces (of which there are many).
No issues with connection to your phone and the partner app is really good.

The amoled screen is beautiful and the chipset has presumably been improved because it is smoother and faster to navigate around the menus/functions.
Summing up, if you didn’t own the 1st gen watch then this is a top value proposition when compared to the prices of other smartwatches. If you owned the original watchfit this is not a necessary upgrade but a nice one nonetheless.
