It’s a good quality bottle. The closing mechanism differs from other bottles of this brand and instead of the button + latch has a little slidy thing that is very hard on 2 year old fingers and causes frustration. So we’ll be storing this for later.
This is a really cute bottle. Well made and sturdy.
Not much else to say. It’s a good plastic bottle that does exactly what it says on the tin.
Easy for child to hold. A good amount of liquid. Easy to lock and unlock. Easy to clean and nice to the touch. Took some getting used to with it being a bottle with a hole rather than a straw.
I’ve been buying this brand for couple of years now and it’s the best one I found for a young child.

Da es sich hier um kein namenhaften Markenartikel handelt, sollte jedoch sich jeder im klaren sein, dass eine Lebensdauer von 20 Jahren wohl nicht gegeben ist. Er jedoch einen soliden und ordentlichen Gebrauch in seiner Kategorie schafft und regelmig benutzt werden kann.

Wir haben viele verschiedene Flaschentypen vieler Marken ausprobiert und festgestellt, dass Ion8 als Marke zu den besten von allen gehrt.
In diesem Fall ist es ihre grere Flasche mit einem neuen Muster eines Sportthemas. Die Farbe ist nett und die Illustrationen sind auch nett, und die Kinder mgen das. Das Design des Flaschendeckels ist das neuere Design von 2022 und ist definitiv robuster als die vorherigen Versionen von 2021 und davor, was viel besser halten sollte. Ich bevorzuge jedoch den Verriegelungsmechanismus der lteren Deckel, da ich der Meinung bin, dass sie aus Versehen schwerer zu ffnen sind. Um fair zu sein, das hat sich nie versehentlich geffnet, also ist es nur meine Intuition.
Die Flaschen dieser Marke sind dort von hchster Qualitt, wo es darauf ankommt — rund um den Flaschendeckel und die Dichtungen. Gem ihrem typischen Design leckt nichts und man kann es hin- und herschtteln, herumschlagen und trotzdem luft nichts aus.
Die andere schne Sache ist, dass, wenn Sie mehrere Flaschen haben, die Deckel austauschbar sind (altes Design bis hin zu diesem aktuellen Design). Funktioniert gut, weil Sie sich beim Waschen von Flaschen keine Gedanken darber machen mssen, passende Deckel fr die Flaschen zu finden. In der Tat scheinen die Kinder tatschlich Spa am Mischen und Kombinieren zu haben.
Wir haben eine ansehnliche Sammlung von Flaschen der Marke Ion8. Diese hier ist allerdings die erste mit dem neuen Verschluss.
Die Qualitt der Flasche ist wie gewohnt sehr gut. Und das Design ist sowieso immer was besonderes. Die Flasche ist bpa frei, splmaschinenfest und wenn sie richtig verschlossen wurde, luft sie auch nicht aus. Meine Shne finden die Flasche ganz toll, auch die Varianten in Edelstahl.
Fr meine beiden Jungs 5 und fast 4 Jahre alt die perfekte Flasche fr den Kindergarten.
Die Verarbeitung ist fr den Preis sehr gut. Keine scharfen Kanten oder lose Teile. Die Lackierung der Flasche ist ohne Fehler. Das Design der Flasche fllt sehr gut auf. Im Kindergarten stehen die Flaschen auf einem Tablett und es kommt vor das einige gleich aussehen das ist mit diesen Flaschen weniger der Fall da sie bisher keiner hat.
Mit dem One-Touch-Verschluss kommen meine Jungs sehr gut zurecht. Bisher ist nichts ausgelaufen vorausgesetzt sie ist fest zugeschraubt was auch vorkommen kann das die Jungs in die Flasche hineinschauen und dann nicht fest genug wieder zugeschraubt wird.
Auch Strze vom Tisch machen der Flasche nur wenig aus. Die Reinigung in der Splmaschine geht super und sie trocknen auch schnell aus.
This is a really easy to hold water bottle and is also straightforward to clean too. It is a 500ml bottle so it does hold quite a bit especially for a child. The cute puppy design is lovely too.
So far we have had no problems with the bottle leaking which is very important.
Overall this is a great water bottle, leakproof and easy to transport too. I’m very happy with it!

Mir wurde dieses Produkt im Rahmen des VINE Programms kostenfrei zur Verfgung gestellt, was aber keinen Einfluss auf meine Rezension hat.
Diese Produkte bewerte ich so wie jedes gekaufte.
Wie von Ion8 gewohnt erhlt man hier eine hochwertige und tropfsichere Trinkflasche fr Kinder, mit Sicherheitsverschluss.
Mit 500ml kann bei dieser Flasche auch eine ordentliche Menge zum Trinken fr Kinder dabei sein.
Wir sind alle Hundefreunde, weshalb sich mein Enkel vor allem ber die Welpen auf dieser Flasche wahnsinnig gefreut hat.

Der Kleine (gerade 4J. geworden) hat manchmal noch etwas Probleme die Flasche selbstndig fest zu verschlieen.
Er schiebt die Verriegelung hoch und versucht dann die Flasche zu schlieen, was in diesem Fall selbstverstndlich nicht klappt.
Wenn er es nicht alleine schafft kommt er aber zu mir und ich helfe ihm dann dabei.
Irgendwann wird er aber auch das hinbekommen
Beim ffnen hat der Kleine keinerlei Probleme.
Aus unserem Haushalt sind die Trinkflaschen von Ion8 mittlerweile nicht mehr wegzudenken. Sie sind superpraktisch, qualitativ hochwertig und in zig verschiedenen Varianten erhltlich. Die Marke Ion8 gehrt der Aydya Group aus Dundeen in Schottland. Die Produktion erfolgt in China.
Bevor man ein Getrnk in den Behlter fllt, sollte man unbedingt den Silica-Beutel herausnehmen. Die Flasche ist BPA-frei und besteht aus Recyclon. Dabei handelt es sich um einen Bio-Copolyester, der recycelbar und lebensmittelecht ist. Das Produkt eignet sich fr kalte und heie Getrnke. Da es keine Isolierung gibt, werden die Temperaturen aber nicht lange gehalten. Wir fllen ausschlielich Sfte, stilles Wasser und Tee in unsere Trinkflaschen. Die ffnung zum Einfllen ist ausreichend breit. Ein Fremdgeschmack ist fr uns nicht feststellbar. Auch schliet die Flasche bis jetzt dicht ab, und es ist noch nichts ausgelaufen.
Am Deckel aus Polypropylen (BPA-frei) ist ein Tragegriff, am dem man die Flasche aufhngen oder am Finger tragen kann. Allerdings hngt der Henkel nicht mehr wie bei den Vorgngermodellen frei runter, sondern ist hochgeklappt in eine extra dafr vorgesehene Mulde eingefgt. So ist er bei Nichtnutzung nicht dauernd im Weg und kann nicht so schnell abreien. Der umlegbare Sicherheitsriegel vorne am Deckel ist auch nicht mehr da. Dafr schiebt man nun den Button, mit dem die Flasche per Ein-Handbedienung geffnet werden kann, einfach nach oben. Dann ist die Trinkflasche fest verschlossen. Zum Entriegeln den Button einfach wieder nach unten schieben. Durch die Neuerung lsst sich die Flasche schneller ffnen und schlieen und man muss keine Angst haben, dass der schmale Bgel abbricht. Das ist auch fr die Reinigung praktischer. Die Flip-Flop-Funktion ist nicht nur beim Fahrradfahren sehr praktisch, da man dafr nur eine Hand braucht. Da die Trinkffnung nicht mittig, sondern mehr am vorderen Rand liegt, muss man die Flasche nicht so stark neigen, bis die Flssigkeit rausluft. Das gleichmige Austreten wird durch das kleine Belftungsloch untersttzt.
In die Ion8-Trinkflasche “Welpe” gehen 500 ml Inhalt. Das ist eine gut bemessene Menge fr Rad- oder Wandertouren oder andere lngere Unternehmungen. Die Flasche ist ideal fr einen Rucksack oder eine Reisetasche, oder als Dauergast im Bro. Im Auto lsst sie sich einfach in den Getrnkehalter stecken. Im Gegensatz zu den Edelstahlflaschen ist die Recyclon-Flasche ein Leichtgewicht. Beim Trinken rutscht sie nicht aus der Hand, trotz der haptisch angenehm glatten, warmen Oberflche. Durch die geriffelte Flche um den Deckel herum ist dieser problemlos zu ffnen.
Auch optisch gefllt uns die Flasche. Der fliederfarbene Grund gefllt mir schon per se und der hochwertige Druck mit den verspielten Hundewelpen macht das Ganze noch ansprechender. Wenn man die Flasche gegen das Licht hlt, erkennt man, dass sie transparent ist. Man sieht dadurch sofort, wie viel Flssigkeit noch vorhanden ist.
Die Trinkflasche darf brigens nach der Benutzung nur mit warmem Wasser und Splmittel oder bei Kaltwsche im Geschirrspler gereinigt werden. Brsten schaden dem Material. Vor jedem weiteren Gebrauch sollte man die Flasche mit kaltem Wasser abzusplen. Bis jetzt hat sich der Aufdruck der Recyclon-Flasche ohne Verlust gehalten.

Durch Amazon habe ich die Ion8 Flaschen kennengelernt und direkt welche fr die ganze Familie bestellt.
Die Flaschen sind sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und in unterschiedlichen Ausfhrungen (BPA-freie Kunststoffflasche oder Metallgehuse) erhltlich.
Diese hier besteht aus BPA-freiem Kunststoff und ist dadurch etwas leichter. Der Flaschenkrper ist leicht transparent und man kann hinein sehen. Die etwas grere 500ml Flasche ist fr die Kids zu gro, diese nutze ich als “Hundefreund” selbst beim Sport.
Der Druck ist wie bei all meinen ion8 Flaschen fehlerfrei und 1A, ich habe keine Mngel festsgestellt. Wobei mir der Druck bei den Flaschen mit Metallkrper deutlich hochwertiger erscheint, diese sind schrfer und einfach schner. Der Verschluss ist praktisch und auslaufsicher. Man kann angenehm daraus trinken und durch den Ring kann man die Flasche auch mit einem Band o.. befestigen.
Einzig der kleine Silikonverschluss als Auslaufschutz ist uns bei einer Flasche abhanden gekommen und ich konnte diesen bis jetzt noch nicht online finden, wre schn wenn man die Silikonteile nachbestellen knnte.
Die Flasche an sich ist sonst 1A und der Preis sehr fair, wrde ich direkt wieder bestellen!

I really like this water bottle. It’s a pretty design, distinctive enough that you’ll always know which one is yours, it’s leakproof and pretty lightweight. All in all, a nice bottle. It’s not the cheapest, I don’t suppose, but I would suspect it’ll last a good long while.

Die Ion8 Trinkflasche wurde schnell geliefert. In der Flasche war ein kleines Beutelchen Silikagel zum Wegwerfen.
Ich habe schon Flaschen von Ion8 zu Hause und bin mit ihnen mehr als zufrieden, aber sie sind aus einem anderen Material (Edelstahl). Ich war neugierig zu sehen, ob diese Kunststoffflasche von Ion8 genau so gut it.
Der Deckel dieser Kunststoffflasche mit Welpen-Aufdruck ist von der Machart identisch mit den Deckeln meiner Edelstahlflaschen. Der Schiebeverschlu am Deckel sorgt dafr, dass der Deckel nicht aus Versehen aufgeht. Wenn man den Verschlu entriegelt springt der Deckel auch nicht sofort auf. Man muss beim entriegeltem Verschluss auf den Schieber unten drcken, damit der Deckel aufspringt. Das finde ich gut, denn es ist ein doppelter Schutz gegen die unbeabsichtigte ffnung der Flasche. Der offene Deckel strt nicht beim Trinken. Im geschlossen Zustand ist die Flasche total dicht, und nichts luft aus. Die Trinkffnung ist ein kurzes (ca 1 cm) Mundstck, das Teil des Kunststoffdeckels ist. Sie ist sehr einfach zu reinigen. Die Trinkffnung ist auch breit genug fr einen Strohhalm, wenn man einen bevorzugt. Einen groen Strohhalm mit 8mm Durchmesser habe ich ausprobiert und er hatte leicht Platz. Man msste aber sehr lange Strohhalme benutzen (+22cm), sonst fllt der Stohhalm in die Flasche hinein. Hinter der Trinkffnung ist ein kleines Loch im Deckel, das dafr sorgt, dass beim Trinken Luft in die Flasche kommt und kein Vakuum entsteht. Keine Flssigkeit ist mir jemals aus diesem Loch beim Trinken herausgelaufen.
Die Verarbeitung der Flasche ist sehr gut. Ich habe nach Fehlern gesucht, habe aber keine gefunden. Das Material soll BPA-frei sein, welches fr mich ein Kaufkriterium ist. Die Flasche ist geruchs- und geschmacksneutral. Bei einem Gebrauchsgegenstand wie diese Flasche ist die Haltbarkeit nach Langzeitnutzung natrlich sehr wichtig. Ich habe die Flasche noch nicht lang genug, um mir ein Urteil darber zu bilden.
Im hinteren Teil des Deckels ist ein Tragegriff integriert, der bei Bedarf hochgeklappt werden kann. Damit knnte man auch die Flasche mit einem Riemen oder Karabinerhaken an einer Tasche befestigen. Mir gefllt der “versteckte” Tragegriff, weil er keinen zustzlichen Platz erfordert, wenn er nicht benutzt wird.
Mir gefllt auch sehr, dass der Durchmesser der Flasche circa dem Durchmesser einer Dose Limo entspricht. Ich habe auch breitere Flaschen einer anderen Marke zu Hause, aber sie passen nicht in die Aussengetrnktaschen mancher Rckscke und sie passen nicht in den zu schmal geratenen Getrnkehalter in meinem Auto rein. Diese Flasche schon. Diese Ion8 Flasche ist bei geschlossenem Deckel ca 23 cm gro, hat aber auch wegen des geringen Durchmessers in Rckscken und Taschen gut Platz.
Ich bin mit dieser Trinkflasche sehr zufrieden und empfehle sie gerne weiter.
I have given this to my 4 year old who loves the dog design and colour. It’s very quick and easy to clean and is tall and slim so fits into a standard car cup holder. It also has a little push unlock button to prevent it accidentally opening and spilling whilst in a bag which is a great feature. Ours has been used an washed a lot over the last few weeks and still looks new.
This water bottle can fill 500ml of liquid yet is deceiving slim. It works as well as most water bottles of this price range and ultimately works fine.

I am using this handy water bottle for work everyday. The locking cap is great, no leaks! The bottle has a simple spout which is easy to clean, a big plus for me..nothing nasty can build up! 500ml size is just right, not too big and it would be the perfect size for children’s school bags too. I love the soft touch feel of the plastic and it has a cute printed puppy design!

I love this bottle! I bought it to have in my lunch box for work each day. It feels lovely and looks great! No leaks so far (after a week of use) and is easy to keep clean.
Pretty uninsulated drinks bottle suitable for both hot & cold drinks, with a cute puppy design. The lockable lid seals well so no leaks and it shouldn’t spring open in your bag. I don’t particularly like the mouthpiece – I prefer the type with more of a pouring lip – but it’s not a major problem. The pullout carrying tab is handy.
For functionality reasons we love this cup for our daughter, it keeps her water cold, is easy to clean, has survived some pretty hard drops as well, has a good feeling on grip when drinking from it, quite a bit does comes out without being too overwhelming, on top of that, it doesn’t leak much except on one occasionally when the liquid that has been sucked out of main valve but not emptied from top part will come out, but compared to other cups it does great, the only real complaint is that the cute little prints of dogs seems to be wearing off pretty quickly & we’ve only had it a few days so I’m a-bit disappointed in that part but it’s still perfectly functional so it’s not a major concern.
Large water bottle holds 500ml. The cap can be locked shut to prevent leakages, and pops open easily using the switch when un locked.
I like the simple design- no straw etc, as this is much easier to keep clean and prevent any mould build up. The pattern has a nice matt finish to it and the plastic feels really thick.

I got this to hold hot coffee while I work and I’m pleased to say it does it very well. Keeps the drink nice and hot while also keeping it from spilling.
There’s a hoop to attach a strap to or to just hold it by that is fairly sturdy. I’m in two minds whether it would survive a hard knock, but so far it’s stood up to being dropped a few times by accident.
The design is pleasing, although a little childish for my tastes. Still I do like it and I like how the product functions.
At the time of writing the bottle is 13 which is the higher end of the market for bottles. That said it does work with hot and cold drinks which is much more versatile than other bottles.
Overall a good product.
The design of this was so nice that my 3 year old stole it. Then caused an argument with my older daughter, meaning I got a similar product for them.
First however, before the rest of the review, a warning to those that have purchased one, check that the sealing nipple is seated properly. Looking at the picture (this is actually from a third bottle of the same make, as it was unpacked), you can just see that the left most seal/nipple is not quite in the hole properly. This might cause it to fall out. Without this in place the bottle is useless, and will spill water as soon as it is knocked over. I was lying on the floor of our room and found this strange piece of plastic, almost threw it away, but instead mentioned it. I was told that my daughter had been distraught earlier thinking she had lost it and broken the bottle.
Please check your bottles and just use a fingernail to push the plastic in properly.
With the seals in place, and the lid shut, this bottle is very leak-proof. Holding it upside down and shaking it, no issues whatsoever. With the lid open, the seals are released and liquid flows easily. (too easily, especially when the kids don’t close the bottles).
The bottle is very nice to hold, and the pictures are eye catching too. Relatively easy to clean (no straw, no nooks).
The outside of the main part of the bottle is very smooth, which has meant that our normal stickers have not adhered to it. Can’t really complain, this is not a ‘feature’ of the bottle, but something to be aware of.
The bottle has been put through its paces with no issues. As you can probably imagine, with a 3 year old, dropped several times. No scuff marks [yet]
Will certainly consider getting more of these should the need arise.

Very pretty dog printer lavender water bottle. It holds 500mL, very handy. It does not spill and it is very easy to drink the water – some water bottle have suction problems that when you drink, you wouldn’t get the exact amount of water you want in one gulp.
I am a fan of this brand (Ion8) as I have had other stainless steel water bottles from them, and they are always well-designed and do not leak. This BPA free plastic water bottle is no exception.
It is purple in colour with a cute design of cartoon dogs circling the bottle. The plastic screw top lid has their usual locking mechanism (new design), which is simple to use, and the one-touch button to open the top (when the lock is not in use). There is a standard drinking spout inside, and a carrying loop on the outside of the lid which can be carried by a finger or put on a carabiner etc. This is a small bottle with a capacity of 500ml, but this would be adequate for most children and means that the bottle or flask is a small size so easy and relatively light to carry even when full.
It is fairly easy to clean as the lid screws off and the design mean there are not too many small nooks and crannies to get into. Please note: this cannot be put in a dishwasher on a hot cycle, and it ideally needs to be hand washed.
This is currently retailing at 12.99 (at the time of this Amazon Vine review). I am pleased with this product, and I am happy to recommend.
I like that this bottle is lightweight and when water is inside, it doesnt add to much of a weight.
Bottle is amazing, pretty and see through at some point with frosty coating and lovely puppy details on. Bottle is strong, hard and good size for kids. 0.5L bottle is perfect for daily use, not to big for kids age 4 and above.
Bottle has finger loop holder on back of the lid, comfortable to use.
The mouthpiece is protected by the lid. Like that, bottle is more hygienic and we can be assured that nothing goes in it. The screw in lid is coated by built in rubber so hand will not slide around when trying open the bottle. Old bottles used to have a rubber band around but after some use band became loose, stretched and not effective.
This bottle has no straw inside, just plastic mouthpiece, easy to drink from.
Children’s bottles don’t have any measurements printed on otherwise the main theme (puppy in this case) will be spoiled so is better now as it already is.
Bottle is leak proof, tested already.
Lovely is the locking part assuring that is ok to put bottle in back pack without causing spillage.

I ordered this for my daughter to take to school. It’s a good size, it doesn’t leak, she can easily open and drink from it and she loves the design. It’s nice and light and she loves it.
As this bottle is for my 6 year old granddaughter we did not want the normal large size, this on at 500ml is just perfect, flip top, does not leak and has a cute little puppy dog design which she loves. No negatives with this.
This is an ideal solution if you want to keep around a large soft drinks can worth of fluid either cool or hot. In the summer months it will be fantastic for taking cool drinks with it until the locking lid and it’s robust metal exterior and interior flask it will maintain the temperature within reason for quite a few hours. The top lid assembly is easy to remove and clean as required and the matte finish on the outside of the bottle is really well done and again has a feeling of quality and robustness.
No leakage and good flow of water. It’s a good plastic bottle with cool images on it but they are flat images. The bottle looks good and is well designed.
We’ve been through many different types of bottle from many brands, and we’ve found that Ion8 as a brand are amongst the best of them all.
In this case it’s their larger bottle, and is with a new pattern for which is very nice, the kids love the puppy theme so has been perfect. The bottle lid design is the newer 2022 one and is definitely sturdier than previous 2021 and before ones which should last a lot better. However, I do prefer the latching lock mechanism of the older lids since I feel they’re harder to knock open by accident. Though to be fair, this never did flip open accidentally so it’s just my intuition.
This brand’s bottle are supreme quality where it matters – around the bottle lid and seals. As per their typical design, nothing leaks and you can shake it around, bang it about and still nothing leaks.
The other nice thing is that if you have multiple bottles, the lids are interchangeable (old design right through to this current design). Works well because you don’t need to worry when washing bottles about getting matching lids to bottles. Indeed the children seem to actually enjoy mixing and matching.
So overall at 13 it’s not cheap, but then in this case the quality doesn’t come cheap and only slight premium over the smaller ones. I must say, once again the quality justifies the price. Another great bottle!
This water bottle has a lovely dog design. My granddaughter lives it and has been using it for school.
It doesn’t leak in her bag, although she does put it in an upright pocket most of the time.
She tells me it’s nice to drink from and it is certainly easy to wash because it doesn’t have a fussy straw part.

Not a bad price for a decent water bottle. It has a really cool design and colour also. Small enough to carry every where. Would recommend this!
