This hob works really well. Excellent value for money.
The glass surface is a matt finished which may not be to everyone’s taste. I think it’s fine.
I’ve only had this for a few days but I am very impressed so far. It was really easy to fit and it looks so much better than I expected, the matt finish is so much easier to clean also! For the price I’d definitely recommend this Hob.
With a bit of tweaking this hob fitted in the space allotted , it does show up water marks and gets dusty quite easily.
Great hob, easy to install, and easy to work once I had read the instructions properly. Has a lock so kids and cat can’t accidentally switch it on.
Heats up quickly and works well. For the money it is a good buy.
Cooking, what the hell did you think we used it for !
Be aware that there are two neutral connections and had to put in a jointing box to connect to the other cable that went to the main socket.
Easy to use, nice to keep clean, would have liked the lnobs to come off for a proper clea
Superb looking ceramic hob. Hob still warm flashing LED is a good safety feature. Very easy to clean. Wiring to a standard UK plug requires re-termination of positive terminal, whilst easy to do, electrical awareness is required. Exceptional value for money!
The hob looks smart and as expected. We have used it for a week now with no problems and it cooks our food fine.
Some comments:
* The controls settle on each number rather than moving continuously but that’s fine and no doubt intended.
* The hot-hob sensor lights are very sensitive and respond to neighbouring rings even if their surface is only slightly warm.
* Recognising which control is for which ring could be made easier if each had a corresponding coloured spot and an easily visible pointer (white or coloured) on each control would be useful since from a distance all controls vertically aligned could mean all rings are off or all set to 6.
* The hob surface does form marks easily but these can be removed with a hob cleaner paste. I go careful on the marked-out rings as these seem to be painted on the surface and could be easily damaged.
Being a less known brand I am a little concerned as to how easy it would be to get spare parts in the future but for now we are pleased with the hob and I think it is good value for money.
Easy clean surface, slotted into same slot of old hob plate looks nice when it glows up. All good time will tell how many years it lasts.
Was perfect for my aging mother in law, simple knobs to operate, red glow of the rings you don’t get with hot plates. Great thing is there are no fancy touch sensor buttons, digital displays or sequences to follow that are so difficult for the elderly. Liked the ‘still hot’ warning lights though.
One thing could be clearer is the marking of what knob applies to what ring.
