Running a small business it can be a challenge to monitor staffs hours and timings but also for safety knowing who is within the building or office spce if say there should be an emergency, so this has been absolutely great to keep aware plus also for payroll purposes!
Its easy to install but a little complicated to setup, once you get the hang of adding new people i guess it gets easier and can take up to 200 people.
A variety of ways from face recognition to cards but it can take a little while to recognise finger prints.

This product is an incredible piece of tech, one we might use when the charity project increases staff numbers.
We tested the product out for viability and it was easy to physically install but the app set up was a little more complicated because the need to setup many of the primary functions.
The great thing about this signin machine is that it can be used for face recognition sign or finger print sign in.
The face recognition was easy enough but the finger prints setup was a lot more tricky to setup and acknowledge on the device.
All in all an excellent machine.
Unless perhaps you’ve set something similar up before then you’ll want to read through the instructions a few times first and get familiar with them and then go through it properly – not stressful to do but you do need to read through once or twice with a clear space and no distractions as isn’t just a case of take it out the box and turn it on. It’s very c;lever though and very impressive as keeps tracks of your employees and is great for security and also safety procedures for knowing who is there either for emergencies/fire drills etc or what not and also for safeguarding. It says for small businesses but for up to 200 employees I;d say that’s pretty impressive and will cover most SME and medium sized companies in this day and age and at this price is an absolute bargain really for companies that are gearing even half way towards that many employees and would fully recommend.
Perfect for a small business, feels a little plasticity and lightweight but performs perfectly. Multiple ways to clock in, having tested them all I’ve had zero issues. However saying that, there is a learning curve and it took a while to get to grips with everything for set up. I would recommend sitting down with the manual for a good while before you even get started. However I must say the app does make setup fairly intuitive to a point. Also, make sure you have a reasonable WiFi connection whereever you plan on mounting this! I had to move it once as it was in a WiFi black-spot.
Can’t fault it for the price, performs well and is inexpensive.

Vitally for any business there is no on-cost involved after you have invested in it!
It comes with a desk stand, UK 3pin power plug lead, a USB Thumb drive, 5 RFID cards, instructions and all the screws and rawplugs you need to put it up on a wall.
This will keep track of hours spent on site (If not worked) for up to 200 employees.
It will do this by modern electronic means, 21st century facial recognition combined with a fingerprint reader means no matter how well intentioned you wont have to worry about anyone clocking their mates in early or having a Poets day with a colleague clocking them out after they have left.
There are also 5 completely blank RFID cards included, more can be bought on amazon for under 25p each if you are buying 100 or more.
You will need to download the free NGTeco Time app to your phone and this device can communicate with the NGTeco 4 in 1 time clock software to keep an automated record of who and when was on site.
This will someone a great deal of time creating and checking time sheets, best of all there are no ongoing fees for using the device or app.
The records can be downloaded onto the thumb drive and transferred this way if you dont have or dont want to add it to your WiFi network.
It is an impressive little beast and looks like it cost a lot more than the current selling price on amazon.
If you are in the market for such a device I would say this one is well worth a look!

What a genius item. The easy to use machine to make it easy yo your employees to sign in at work. It foes a multitude of things, like face recognition, finger prints, so many things. It’s super easy and quicker than others. Yeah it’s slightly expensive but if it makes your life easier then it’s money well spent. Really impressed with this machine, you will be to.

I was quite sceptical that this would actually work, though it may have just been a bit gimmicky, but it surprised me.
You can download the app which is a great, quick and very easy way of uploading each employee’s information, there you can also put In each individuals working hours. Each person can click on either using a PIN code, their finger print, face on the internal camera or a wireless card ( bit like a contactless card ), also set a password.
The finger print scanner is great, you have to scan your index finger 3 times like you do on some of these smart devices, so I can pick up and identify your fingerprint, it also shows up on the screen.
This pack only comes with 5 contactless swipe cards, so if you have more than 5 employees you will have to purchase more from this company. I can’t believe that this little machine is capable of storing up to 200 identities, let’s hope that the cards aren’t too expensive to buy?
The internal speaker is pretty clear and not too loud, I couldn’t find any volume setting, but it’s set to a decent level.
On board camera is nice and clear and shows the person on the little screen, it’s a fun little machine, great way of making sure your workers and clocking in on time and finishing at the right time. All clocking in and out shows up in the app with the persons info, time and date.
You can connect it up to your router via Ethernet or like myself over wifi which connected first time with no problems.
Great way to keep a check on the employees, stop the skiving!

This clocking-in machine is great for businesses to record employee hours. With so many ways of punching in and an easy to setup process, it is a really good piece of kit.
The package comes with everything you need and easy-to-follow instructions to get going. The machine is lightweight, for indoor use but can conveniently be installed anywhere. It uses WiFi and with the app, the hours can be sent over to your email. It also has backup power to ensure continuity. There is customer support also available.

Hi, a good piece of tech with several ways of clocking in and out, easy to set up with face, fingerprints and a pin, it would take a bit of time registering a whole bunch of people, it can save pictures and information, would of liked the fingerprints to be saved as could of came in useful, but the camera is good, I found the fingerprints a bit hit and miss when trying to access it, but doing a whole hand will makes it easier, it’s a great device for keeping track of the comings and goings. Its a feels lightweight but doesn’t look cheap for this sort of set up, price expensive but I suppose you can get it back by keeping track of the skivers
Set up instructions are a bit hard to follow but Jason was very helpful and accommodating on the phone to me.
I got this for my small business you can’t always keep track of your staff when you are not there so what better way to do it than getting this. At the time of purchase this was 189.99 yes this may seem like a lot but this gives a lot back. So this is a clocking in machine this machine can determine who and which staff at what time enter your business. It looks really posh and it feels super good quality. It looks way more expensive than what it was. When I seen this I expected to pay 300-400 mark however it was less than 200 pound to me that is a small price to pay.

There are multiple ways to check in. So you can use the cards, fingerprint, face ID or even password/pin number. You basically need wifi to make the clocking in unit work then you need to use an app the do the rest. It is actually quite easy to set up. The instructions are a tad detailed however you will be able to follow them and set this up your self. It does take a while to get people registered a few is okay but if you have a lot do take time out of your day to do this as it will take some time. I haven’t decided which method to use yet for my staff however overall so far I am really impressed. I can check the data at home to see who is coming and going at what times and not have to worry about being there all the time. This is a must have for a small business and as I say for less than 200 this is a really good price. Excellent quality and a super good system.
This is a brilliant clocking in machine for small businesses. It’s digitally enabled to allow finger, face and RFID scanning, can hold multiple profiles and it’s easy to see each person’s activity at a glance. Fantastic value for money with no ongoing fees to pay. Very highly recommended.
At time of review, this is unavailable, but based on memory, I think when it was offered to me it was retailing at around 185. That may seem a lot, but it’s an amazing bit of kit.
It can be used to record data for up to 200 people. I’d suggest that in practice, it’s likely to appeal to small businesses with fewer employees. It’s very easy to set up and there’s a choice of identity prices; face recognition, fingerprint or PIN. I initially tried PIN as I thought fingerprint be temperamental, but it isn’t. Just a quick touch and it clears for the next user. The data can be managed off site via the App.
It seems to be well made and there’s customer support available. These devices are great for recording attendance accurately and overtime and from past experience, when used by all, they give assurance that everyone is treated equally and fairly. This can be wall mounted with the fittings provided.
This is an interesting piece of kit that seems to work really well. Cards are an option, but clocking in can also be done via other methods. Facial recognition is one of them and I think that’s convenient for all concerned. With this flexibility, I think this machine would be great value for a great many small businesses.

This arrived in a brown cardboard box with the brand name on it.
This is just perfect for small buisnesses as its so easy and straightforward to use, less complicated to what i thought it would be!
Its exactly as the description describes, works as it should with no issues as of yet.
Best thing is theres no monthly fee like alot out there on the market!
I can deffinatly reccomend.

This is a very clever clocking-in machine that comes with everything needed including the power supply and wall mount, now the first thing you will have to do after fitting the unit is download the NGTeco, set up the wifi and scan the QR code after that you are ready to go and add employees, the unit itself is well made for the price and so far both the fingerprint scans and face recognitions are working pretty much every time, I guess they use smartphone type technology as it’s really good, it’s also much easier for people to clock in this way so happy employees too, overall, great value and a good clocking in machine.
This is an impressive small-business clocking in machine. In the box you get the main unit, and optional desk stand, mounting screws, some clocking cards, a transformer power supply and some fairly detailed descriptions.
Key features include multiple flexible ways to check in – through a registered finger print, through face recognition, via card or by PIN number. The base unit facilitates WiFi access to an app available for Android and iOS phones or tablets that’s intuitive to use and provides access to key data such as hours worked, data that can be exported to other software. Unlike many other similar systems the only cost is the purchase of the system, there’s no monthly or annual subscription to use the system. As a result this is a very cost effective solution.
The manufacturer suggests that up to 200 users can be recorded. I’ve applied to it a lab facility with 10 staff. Registering 200 would take a fair amount of time. Doing it for 10 is fast. Initially we have used the fingerprint registration which seems the most secure and easily accessible. Whilst sign in via PIN is an option I have concerns about the sharing of PINs – something less likely with finger prints! I’ve played around with face recognition which seems to take longer to set up but equally works well. There’s 5 RFID cards included, which would also be a relatively fast way of registering users although we’d need at least 5 more and some spares.
It’s early days in using the system and I will update the review in a couple of weeks. Whilst the system requires a power source my understanding is that the the internal timer will continue to function if there’s a power cut. Whilst it won’t record data with no power stored data will not be lost and the time does not need to be reset if the power is down.
I particularly like the ability as administrator to access the system remotely. The system can be programmed at the machine itself through the physical keypad but as this is mounted at the entrance to the lab it’s not really a convenient location to do this. Using the app from a convenient desk is far easier and also offers a more comfortable and accessible way of playing with the various options the system offers.
Linking the app to a phone app uses a barcode authentication system restricted to the system manager and overall the system seems secure.
Based on my initial impressions this system seems to offer excellent functionality at a very impressive price point – the system is around 189 at time of review.
Other things to consider is the speed and functionality of using face recognition. It needs to be fast and accurate and cope with users wearing and not wearing glasses. I expect in these still COVID times it to find mask wearing problematic which is one of the reasons I’ve initially registered fingerprints. In terms of fingerprints there may be an issue of the pad not accurately recognising fingerprints if it gets greasy – time will tell.
I also note that there is an internet port on the back of the device and wonder if a non-WiFi access system is feasible. It’s worth noting though that despite this off-site access doesn’t seem to be an option which is a bit of a disappointment.
For the moment though this seems to be a strong four star product. For now I see no systemic weaknesses. More in due course.

This is much better than a traditional clicking in machine it has 4 different ways if working , RFID card , Facial recognition , fingerprint and code . You can set it up however you choose .
I ordered this for my son whose business is expanding and he needs to keep better records for Tax and NI records , he’s said he prefers being able to see his employees hours , this will ensure he’s paying the right amount .
The instructuon manual is comprehensive with a guarantee that any problems with the actual unit will be addressed by the manufacturer .
Priced at 189 this will more than pay for itself over a financial year and ensure all workers are being paid for the time they work .
