I am very surprised with this mini PC. I have pushed it completely to the limit.. I edit my videos with Wondershare Filmora and make my music on Fl Studio and have also have all the app I need (over 20) and works absolutely no problems! I call it my mini Monster! Fully recommended
Have need used this for a month. So far Everything goes well and it safes me lot of space. It feels very light and steady on my desk. I also added another memory for me to open more app at the same time, and it works greatly for me.
It is space saving. Good to have the microsoft window11. Fast processor.
It has only 2 UBS sockets. It is better to have at least on more for the printer.
Simple but effective processor.
All good things come in little packages sums up this PC. Having used desktop PCs for a long time I expected this PC to be a stop gap until I get enough cash to buy a “proper computer”. It has already provided pleasant surprises. I may have found the one for me!
The NiPoGi Mini PC is a great quality high spec mini PC at an everyday affordable price point. The device contains an Intel Core i7-11390H processor which is a pretty amazing processor to be packed into such a tiny PC. The processor currently ranks 840 in the world on CPU Benchmark and it also comes with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD for storage. It has Windows 11 pre-installed and can support three displays with the Intel Iris XE Graphics chip. It has 2 HDMI outputs and 1 VGA port.
The device itself looks great and really minimises the space used compared to a traditional desktop setup. Overall value for money is incredible and overall I’m very happy with the device, it’s performance and the price paid.
Have this set up as a emulation box, with cloud streaming and geforce now for higher end games also all tv streaming apps work really well on this I also have it running my plex server and a server to push ps3 iso files to my ps3 it does all these things perfectly without breaking a sweat, just don’t be expecting the gpu on this to run any demanding games directly
I bought this small PC as I needed a PC to get me by while my PC was fixed. I just bought it because it was cheap and I thought it to get me by until I have my PC repaired. I didn’t expect much but I am really surprised is actually quite good except for the small fact that is running Windows 11. It’s done everything I need it to do so if you’re looking for a cheap PC this is going to be a very good option. Depending on what you need it for it’s not gonna be no good for games or video editing or anything like that but you do have a four-core processor and 16 GB of RAM and three USB ports and two HDMI and two ethernet sockets.
I run multiple programs one of these programs was Dragon NaturallySpeaking 15 simultaneously and it handles it without a problem so if you’re gonna be using this for the Internet, Microsoft Word or Excel, and programs like that are not too demanding this will do you very well. It is very small about the size of a large tub of margarine is also very light and extremely quiet. The only problem that I have with this PC is there’s no like to tell you that it’s on. Because it is so quiet you would be quite easy to leave this on and not realize there’s virtually no sound from the fan or hard drive.
I am by no means a power user. My PC has to do the range of common tasks, (emails, word processing, spreadsheets, databases etc).
I bought this device to replace my ancient and cumbersome desktop tower. What space it freed up!
I wanted to use the new PC with my old-but still good VGA monitor. The new device has only HDMI outputs (2), but a cheap and cheerful HDMI/VGA conversion cable soon sorted that, and works well.
The addition of a pair of USB speakers and and a USB splitter box to take my myriad other devices completed the ensemble.
The set up was a breeze. The manual only has a couple of straightforward paragraphs, but that’s all you need. Within a couple of hours the system was up and running, and all my files transferred.
To me (compared to my old PC), the device is lightening fast and after a couple of weeks daily use I am well pleased.
Just need to fathom Windows 11 now!
This is a tiny, whisper quiet machine that is perfect for light use. It powers up in seconds and handles all daily needs very well. If you’re looking for heavy graphics-based stuff (games, video editing), pick a model with a dedicated graphics card, as this is more just for internet browsing, music and word processing. But for everything else this works great.
I did have a small issue with my unit, but the Customer Service team reached out to me and seemed to genuinely want to help, so you can buy with confidence.
Love the size, low price, near silent performance, speed, ability to run two monitors with little decernable lag, built in Windows 11 is a delight for me. (Well, within the normal Windows constraints.)
Dislike, the manufacturer stuck a yellow label on top and it left behind a glue residue when label removed which is ugly.
Easy to set up.
Great space saver.
Handles all non gaming stuff I have thrown at it so far.
Very quiet.
As for gaming …
Tried “World of Tanks”, it glitched and was not really playable. On a whim I bought a WiFi booster antenna and this solved the problem. Stronger received signal and faster transfer speeds. was able to up the graphics setting on the game to “Medium” and it handled it fine.
A week or so later the game freezes in the loading sequence …However, I think this is something to do with Windows 11 or Windows Defender rather than the NiPoGi .
Overall, the PC is performing well, I am pleased.
Less impressed with Windows 11 which needed tweaking to get rid of lots of “helpful” features that I did not want.
I have this pc connected to my tv so mainly use it for music, streaming and movies as I can take advantage of the usb audio connection, which certainly improves sound quality especially when streaming. The pc is very quiet so when in use their is no distracting noise.
Very happy with the size and performance of this superb powerful PC which meets all of my day to day needs. It has more than enough required connections . Also great customer service. If you are after a mini pc then this is the one you should consider. A++++++++++
Bough this to use as a Plex server to replace my gaming PC as that was becoming costly to leave on 24/7
Installed Ubuntu straight away so can’t speak for windows performance, however currently have this running with 15TB of drives plugged in.
At the end of the day this is a Mini PC so you aren’t gonna get as much performance as a top of the range CPU/GPU, however for my usage of streaming mostly highbitrate 1080p files this works wonderfully both locally and remote.
This CPU is capable of using Hardware acceleration, which takes the strain off slightly when transcoding.
I’ve not tried transcoding 4k and have a feeling it would struggle/max out, but transcoding 1080p files works smoothly and quickly.
If you want a Mini PC to host a media server and don’t expect to many simultaneous transcodes this will do wonderfully.
Exactly as described windows 11 pro installed and does update seamlessly Received at 2.00pm up and running by 3.00pm everything installed and updated backed up all my apps favourites programs internet security and windows updated up and running perfectly highly recommended very quiet i cannot hear it at all fitted perfectly on back of monitor with supplied bracket easy to just lift off disconnect to clean and reconnect by sliding back on. 5***** Manual very clear read it but did not really need to as it was so straightforward.
This is a great little machine when it works, but after 4 days, it just went off and now won’t power back on, I am currently messaging the support, this is a little slow going as I will message them and then it takes around a day to get an answer, these issues of the slow support was down to it been a holiday weekend for them, as this was explained, I now have returned this unit and purchased a new, but now the support is back, they have been very helpful with the new purchases I have made, but now am happy with the support and service, shame I could not give a full review of this model.
This is ideal for a home streaming PC or to be used as a NAS but I wouldn’t advise it for gaming due to its lack of a “real” graphics card.
The computer itself is TINY, I was surprised at just how small these are, but don’t let the footprint fool you, it’s still a very capable machine and has top-quality components for its price point. Making it ideal as a budget friendly home PC for general day-to-day type activities such as email, office/school work, browsing and streaming. It’s lightning fast with its SSD hard drive and has space for an additional one to be installed if required.
A great little piece of kit and in a fantastic compact size. Really happy with this and surprised at just how far tech has come in the last few years.
Everyone was pleased with the mini computer. I bought it for office work. I was impressed with it. It has good performance, not as noisy fans as expected, it is very quiet. I would definitely buy it again.
This computer is perfect for people who want the convenience of running a desktop computer. It’s the size of a bedroom, it’s not bulky at all, and it’s very fast, and I downloaded a lot of things without affecting its speed. I would recommend it to my friends.
Great mini pc, easy to use and very fast to load. My child plays some games very well. I usually play with them in the living room, connected to the TV, great enjoyment. Highly recommended.
I really like this mini pc. It’s really much smaller than our old computer. It’s about the size of a palm. But it runs even faster than the old one. I bought it mainly because it’s really convenient and easy to carry and I can take it with me to and from work and travel. Laptops are handy, though. But the mini pc cost-effective, the same configuration of the price difference is particularly large.
Small computers are like little boxes. I bought it to watch TV and movies, and because it has good specs, I also use it sometimes to play games, and it works really well. My opinion is that this is because the pc is small, it comes with an inter CPU and is low in heat. So it doesn’t need big coolers and fans. So the computer works quietly.
Small in size and light in weight, perfect for travel and quick access to files. It has 16gb of RAM, which is more than enough for my needs. Run office programs and Internet fast. It’s quiet and well ventilated.
I will start by saying I’m not a genius when it comes to the computers.
When I was offered this mini computer I was very excited to give it a go as I work offshore I usually take a laptop with me but this with the hdmi cable can link up to the tv I have in my room/office.
This was very simple to set up and the fact it has wifi built in is brilliant I did have a mini pc previously but it did not have wifi.
The windows 11 updated and with a simple step through wizard I was up and rolling ready to install a few apps and use it as I normally would. While off work I have set it up in my kitchen on the 40″ tv I have there paired with the Bluetooth mouse and keyboard I am able to watch YouTube and Netflix in the kitchen! It takes 1 power plug and then a hdmi cable to the tv and I’m away.
I have not tried gaming on this but I have a gaming pc that is designed for that.
Another thing I very much like but haven’t used due to the fact I use it in different locations is that it comes with a little hanging bracket this bracket fits the holes of a monitor screen on the back and can hang out of view on the back.
If needed it comes with a space you can add a hard drive for some extra space.
Overall I think for the price you get plenty of bang for your buck.
It’s super compact works exactly how I need it to for windows with a little YouTube, Spotify and Netflix!
Big thumbs up from me!
Its not lightning fast or boasting the latest graphics package but would you really expect it to be for under 180?
You also need your own, keyboard and mouse oh and of course monitor, because all you are getting is a decent little mini PC in a box.
The manufacturing quality is decent although it does feel incredibly light which perhaps alludes to how little features are included, this is really only for low use in my mind, checking email and light browsing with some games of solitaire thrown in.
It was super easy to set up and comes preloaded with Windows 10, you’ll need to install and remove programs as you need/desire/want them and some of them seem fairly superfluous to me.
In summary it remains decent and reliable for low key use, it is not particularly fast or powerful but it is useful in its own way and will find a lot of fans for its no frills basic set up.
I was pleasantly surprised by this computer. I’ve been using it for a dozen days, and it’s fast and quiet. It is so small, compact and very easy to install. Fair price, reasonable speed to handle all basic tasks. Perfect for work and travel.
The windows 10 is installed inside. Comes with it. The speed and storage perfomance is great. Supports 4K HD video playback and WIFI. It is just a small, tiny computer as a box, you can carry it anywhere. Really useful. Works really well. The mini computer has USB ports, HDMI ports, even an ethernet port outside. It is eeally easy to use.
I would recommend it.
It’s a great little computer, great for travel, easy to carry around, and it plugs into the TV in my hotel room, allowing me to function just as I would at home. I think it’s better value for money than a laptop, which is sometimes more convenient, but I can use my phone instead. Love this mini pc.
This PC is really easy to set up by just plugging in the monitor, mouse and keyboard.
It is very compact compared to the old style PCs and can actually be attached to the back of your monitor so will keep your desk tidy.
Certainly powerful enough for my uses, just a bit of home admin and browsing. As others have said it wouldn’t be up to gaming but then that’s not what it’s being marketed for.
All in all very pleased.
A very good mini-PC, especially for the price. Plenty of RAM and processor power to play 4k video, which is mainly why I got it, to use as a media centre. Out of the box it takes about 10 or 15 minutes to set it up. As noted by the manufacturer, best to setup without network connection, create a local account and then once it’s up and running you can connect your MS account to it, setup the PIn, etc, and you’re in business.
There’s a USB-C attachment underneat it where you can plug in a 2.5″ SATA hard disk or SSD. I added a spare 2TB drive into mine, and it worked immediately.
Not found any problems with this, except I don’t really like Windows 11, but I’m getting used to that…
I have set up this mini pc in my living room to use as a Plex server and it has been working very well. This great little pc streams my media without any stutter or buffering. The expandable memory means I can expand my library in the future.
Thankfully, the box itself has a very small footprint.
I find that this mini pc is convenient for checking emails and other light tasks too.
I wouldn’t recommend this for gaming, but for basic tasks and for my needs, it works seamlessly in my audio-visual system.
Connect to dual displays and use them for general business purposes. I have fiber optic, so it’s going to be fast anyway, but this computer does everything it needs to do. This is important. And it’s easy to place because it’s small. It’s really the perfect product.
This mini-PC comes safely boxed with accessories and instructions but is very easy to set up as Windows 11 is already pre-installed. All I had to do was connect a mouse, keyboard and monitor (none of which are included) and then turn the PC on using the button on the back, the rest was all done through automatic updating.
Build quality seems reasonably decent though the mini PC is plastic, lightweight and compact so doesn’t really have a premium feel and the gold colouring looks a bit cheap. Mounting equipment is included but I haven’t needed it as the PC fits tidily on the corner of my monitor stand and has rubber feet to keep it stable. The PC features a good range of ports spread across two sides, with the other two sides left smooth. I use the two USB 2.0 ports for mouse and keyboard dongles and have USB hubs connected to the two USB 3.0 ports. There are also two HDMI ports, a 3.5mm audio port and an Ethernet port. The PC comes with 256GB of memory but more can be added. The top lights up blue when in use and red when in standby, so it’s easy to tell when the PC is on.
I’ve been using the PC for about a month so far and performance has been great, it still starts up very quickly (compared to my laptops) and I have had no problems using my wireless mouse and keyboard. The PC can’t compete with a gaming PC but the specs are perfectly good enough for general browsing, office working and movie watching – with two HDMI ports I can easily hook up a projector as well as a monitor (one HDMI cable is included). I’m also finding Windows 11 a lot better than Windows 10, with less frequent updating required (so far). I don’t even always need to connect a keyboard as there’s an on-screen keyboard for accessibility, very convenient.
Overall I am very happy with this mini-PC. It does everything I need it to, connectivity is very good and it’s nice and small.
I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect with this ‘mini pc’ but it really does what it says on the tin. The computer is compact and sleek looking. Looks wise, I am impressed at how small it is which is perfect for my home office where I don’t like a lot of clutter or space taken up.
The device is ready to go straight out of the box which is great, it is simple and easy to get going with. It offers a basic computer spec that is more than adequate for general use as a home office or general jobs you need to use a computer for. I love that you can easy travel with this making it really easy to use for work.
Great item I would highly recommend.
This computer is perfect for people who want the convenience of running a desktop computer. It’s the right size for a bedroom, it’s not bulky at all, and it’s very fast. If you’re thinking about it, I suggest you buy it!
I didn’t know what to expect with this as never used a mini pc before but it quickly connected to my tv, keyboard and mouse and then really easy to set up. It looks and feels the same as a regular pc or laptop and navigation is smooth and fast. Streaming it to my tv is seamless and no lag at all. I’ve been mainly using this online for work projects which needed a bigger screen and this has been pretty brilliant so far.
his is a mini pc with celeron j3455 processor, there is built in 8gb ddr3 ram and 128gb ssd with it, also a pre-installed windows 10 pro operating system
it’s very small in size and lightweight (384g), will fit to any tiny area even hide behind a monitor or tv
quite surprised that it’s equipped with 2 hdmi ports, so it can do dual display, also a gigabit ethernet port and dual band wifi connectivity, 4 usb ports (2 x 3.0, 2 x 2.0) as well
it’s ready to use out of the box, windows 10 pro is installed, all i need to do was just simple setup
ran some benchmark test and the result was not surprising, it fall into the slowest 10% computer over the world
as a mini and budgeted pc, i wouldn’t expect its performance can compare to any pc or notebook we use daily, but this pc is still good for some specific areas
i watched a few hours of youtube with it and didn’t feel any problem, it’s good and smooth to play full hd video stream, the dual band wifi is really fast, needless to say no problem for web browsing too as hardware requirement is low
also it can be used for remote access, like i usually use my laptop to remote access company’s virtual desktop, so the processing power of the client doesn’t need to be very powerful, so this mini pc also fit for the purpose
all in all, it does the job and work well as a low budget pc, i’m happy with it
hope you find these information helpful
Full disclosure: I’m not a computer whizz, so can’t really get into all the technical specifications in a meaningful way!
I’ve been a Mac user for years, but there are occasions where a PC is useful. A mini PC is ideal for me rather than having a huge desktop set up or investing in a laptop for occasional use.
This is very small – compact and discrete, so it doesn’t take up loads of space. It would be handy for travel as it is lightweight and a small size, which make it a very portable option.
It’s straightforward and pretty quick to set up and get going with.
I doubt it would have the oomph for serious gaming, but for office tasks and general internet and standard apps use, this is great.
When I placed the order, it was for a version with no operating system so I intended to put Linux Mint or similar on it – it was a pleasant surprise when it came with Windows 10 pre-installed. Generally I use a laptp but I have an old desktop in my study which this will replace.
Nice and small and, so far, absolutely silent in operation.
As it has a ssd, it fires up pretty immediately and no operational issues of any sort so far.
I’m using it for email, excel, word and general browsing so can’t comment on any gaming capabilities but I assume it will be limited – you don’t get a gaming pc at this price.
The box it comes in is underwhelming, to say the least, but it is excellent for what I want it to do and has a wifi adaptor built in.
Bear in mind I am not some IT person and all I know is how something works in my hands for my needs.
I am writing this review without knowing loads about technical details, but if are here already and you are reading this review it means maybe somehow that its details working for you and you need to find out about how it works.
Well for me it’s fantastic.
Came with windows 11 already on and I just had to connect it to my wifi and update the system.
It was showing some date and time that was not correct and before the update was mandatory to fix this. It was easy.
All I had to do was to plug it into my tv as a screen, put the power on, I added a mouse and a keyboard to the USB ports, and ready to go.
Now I have an extra PC which I love.
I use it to get connected while on my couch hehe
Possibilities are countless since is so compact that it is very good to be used for work when you travel or as a secondary or even primary pc in limited space.
Has also the equipment to mount it on your screen and make it totally invisible.
Overall, I am in love with it… but I am just an average user that only wants to do their job.
Maybe that will be helpful for you as well.
Small form factor PC with a Celeron CPU that has 4 cores. There’s 512GB of internal flash and 16GB of RAM.
On first look, I did feel that the build quality was a little flimsy, although I did quite like the design of the logo on the top. What I found really good was the way the bottom can be opened up to reveal a slot for an extra SSD drive. In fact, the whole bottom comes off as it’s attached to the body by clips and uses a USB-C connection. I’m using this slot to expand the storage by another half 512GB.
Setting up was easy. I powered the PC on, entered a user name and a password and selected keyboard and region and then waited for around 15 minutes for windows 11 to install. I found windows 11 ran very well, and was responsive and quick,
My main use for this PC is for playing video files on my TV and streaming with apps like iPlayer and Netflix. I use VLC to play my video files and have attached a keyboard and mouth via bluetooth to the mini PC. I have found that the PC plays hi res video files without a problem and streaming apps also work well. There are plenty of ports – I am very pleased with the 4 USB ports. The built in WiFi works without an issue, but there’s an Ethernet port if that is required.
The PC is small and easy to fit under the TV, and is silent when in use. It doesn’t get particularly hot when in use. There’s some fairly mellow LED lighting inside, but this isn’t distracting at all.
So far, this has proven to be an excellent mini PC that has been perfect for playing video.
– Light, compact build
– Plenty of ports – HDMI x 2, USB x 4, Ethernet and Audio
– Silent in use
– Easy to setup
– Windows 11 supplied
– Plenty of storage and internal RAM
– Removal module for extra external storage built in.
Overall, this is highly recommended.
I haven’t bothered with PC’s for a long time, being more of a Mac user these days. However there are certain tasks I need to carry out that are more efficient on a PC (mostly to do with film editing / converting). This mini PC is ideal for what I need. It’s not a super high powered unit and it’s a celeron which I was always led to believe wasn’t a great processor. So far, it’s working well for what I need.
This mini PC is great for watching media, some light browsing and word processing. It runs well on my TV and from the settee, I could get a fair bit done.
The mini pc comes with windows 10 installed it didn’t take long to get up and running, it got the latest updates fine.
I got all the apps running on it I wanted such as netflix and sky q etc… Browsing was also no problem. This would be a great option for travelling.
You can also expand the storage in it if you like.
Pair this up with a media style Bluetooth keyboard and you’ll be laughing. A nice little bit of kit.
I picked this pc up to test in a load of scenarios including a Remote Desktop I can access remotely from my iPad, a home server running proxmox and virtual machines for home automation and remote access and a media pc for the lounge. The only thing this thing can’t do is gaming. It’s very impressive how good the cpu is on this machine.
Setting it up was very easy, windows 11 is pre installed and it defaults to an offline setup which is great as I don’t have to log into all my accounts. The interface is fast and responsive and there is no bloat ware installed out of the box. It’s so much nicer to set up than any of the big brands.
With 256gb storage included it’s very fast and is enough for most use, the entire bottom section is a 2.5 inch ssd tray so I can easily expand this with a second fast drive that can also be removed to leave a very slim pc. With 8gb of ram it runs everything I throw at it well although I can’t see if it’s upgradable as I can’t access the pc easily.
The only thing this is missing is a graphics card, but for the price this is so much better than anything else I have tried in the price range. It runs completely silently so works perfectly in the lounge for playing media on the tv and with a hdmi port it connects up easily and transfers all the sound to my soundbar with no configuration.
I have had this running 24/7 for over a month and it’s not given me any issues. For less than 200 it’s fantastic and great value for money. I can also Remote Desktop onto it from my iPad which now means my iPad works as a full desktop computer and I can do anything I need.
I got this for the wife to use at home to complete some work related stuff
It arrives in small branded box on opening your meet with a very nice small compact durable little PC that well does not act its size. In the Box you have the PC, Power cord and HDMI Cable.
The mini PC contains an assortment of ports 2 x USB 2.0 connections, 2 x USB 3.0 connections, 2 x HDMI 2.0 connections, 1 x Gigabit Ethernet connection, 1 x Micro SD card connection , 1 x headphone microphone connector. The PC is powered by a Celeron Apollo Lake J3455 processor (4 cores/ 4 threads/ burst frequency 2.30 GHz/ Base frequency 1.50GHz/ Cashe 2MB) 8 GB DDR3 ram AND 128GB mSata Solid state drive.
The system comes pre installed windows 10 Pro ( I have not run windows 11 updater to check support ) the PC runs MS Office without issue and a few other programs without any issues.
The PC comes apart at the bottom unlocking it and pull, this then shows a part where an additional hard drive can be installed, the PC supports up to 2gb i installed 500gb SSD giving more space for my wife to store her files.
The mini PC locks to the back of her 24inch monitor perfectly which is a great space saver. The PC has built in bluetooth and wifi allowing for connection to a bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
Based on first few days of use my wife said shes happy to recommend
The NiPoGi AK1 PRO is a micro computer that has the 11th generation Intel Jasper Lake Processor, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and 256GB of M.2 SATA SSD internal storage. I found it was fine for browsing the web, running Office 365 apps such as Outlook and watching Amazon Prime videos. It was noticably quicker than a Intel Celeron J4125 based mini-PC I’ve tried.
The only time it did drop frames was streaming 4K 60p HDR YouTube videos; these seemed to overtax the CPU with integrated graphics Intel UHD Graphics. This was when connected to my 4K TV over HDMI. Otherwise the sound and video was very stable, I had to go into the Intel video config to increase the refresh rate from 30 to 60Hz.
With a Logitech wireless media keyboard and the font size increased, the NiPoGi AK1 PRO made a good media PC for browsing from the sofa.
It has a compact, space-saving design and comes with a VESA mount for easy installation. The bottom part of the design unclips and has space for an 2.5″ SATA SSD. I added a 256GB SSD which worked fine. I didn’t open the top section to investigate if the RAM was upgradeable or soldered to the board.
The BIOS is AMI and unlocked; I went through the BIOS options but didn’t see anything I’d want to change.
It has good connectivity options including dual band WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2, and features a variety of ports including USB 3.0, USB 2.0, and Gigabit Ethernet.
Windows 11 Pro is pre-installed and updated OK to 21H2. However, I simply could not get the NiPoGi AK1 to upgrade to Windows 11 22H2 which is annoying as I wanted to get tabbed File Browser etc.
Price at time of review is 279 which I’d say is reasonable for the features and performance on offer.
The PC is small and compact. I ran the UserBenchmark test and got some poor results.
It does indeed display at 4k@60hz.
Quite a few components performing below expected according to the test.
It boots up fairly quickly and I was able to browse the web without any issues. I think it would be okay for basic work but anything slightly taxing might be difficult.
It was nice to see absolutely no bloatware from what I could see.
For 300, this might be a little steep unless you really need a very compact PC.
I got this a couple weeks ago and have been playing with it since. I have to admit, I really love this Mini PC trend. It’s powerful and quiet and does everything a bigger system can do.
Unboxing the system was simple. All the components were inside and felt secure. It came with the computer, a power cable, HDMI cable, instructions, and screws with a small mounting bracket (e.g. to attach it to a monitor). When it’s powered on, it has a nice blue glow, which makes my desk look really mystical in the dark, or has just enough light to let me know it’s on.
It has a decent amount of ports – two HMDI, which can support 4k monitors (mine are only 1080p), two USB3 ports, two USB2 ports, a wired network port, and a combined microphone/speaker port. One thing I love is how the main body splits – you can put a laptop hard drive in it for extra storage, like large video or game files, or use it slim.
The mini pc is priced competitively and demonstrates better value for money comparing with some more expensive big brand names.
It looks smart with a solid and sleekly built touch. Not sure if it offers the other colours the one I’ve got has black colour and is made of quality plastic. I am particularly impressed by its high specs and capabilities for multi-processing, and online gaming and video streaming. So far we have watched a few Netflix movies, played a few online games, and performed several Microsoft office processing jobs on it and we have encountered absolutely no performance issue or transmission delay.
There is a lot to like about this. It ticks many boxes, and whilst the construction is a little bit plasticky compared to Intel NUC, it’s also significantly cheaper, and still performs as well as a similar spec Intel NUC.
The configuration I have, it’s 8GB RAM and Intel Celeron N5105, which is a 11th Gen Jasper Lake CPU and chipset.
Booting the unit up for the 1st time, you get the Windows 11 setup wizard, answer a few quick setup instructions and you are good to go. It comes with a fully activated, genuine Windows 11 Pro licence.
I liked the amount of ports, in particular, the twin HDMI ports to run dual monitors. Plenty of USB3 ports. I also really liked how the unit splits an the base can be used to mount a 2.5HDD to expand the 256GB internal storage.
Performance wise, it’s adequate for web browsing, light office and general use.
The only real downside was the plasticky construction, and most people will be hiding this away, or mounting in via the VESA mount on their back of their monitor, so that doesn’t matter. Aside from this, everything else is really good. An affordable, great casual use, web, light business use quiet MIni PC.
