eplacement for old toothbrush – includes carry case and 3 heads at competitive price
only issue is why bother with blue tooth? it just flattens the battery quicker – I really do remember cleaning my teeth!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy old Oral B brush was still working but becoming getting a bit of arthritis. In all honesty there is so much choice you wonder what the difference is. This one is actually a little bit noiser than my old one but not excessively so and it does a great job and cleaning so happy customer.

This is my second electric toothbrush, and it is far better than the first. Better indication of brushing time, brushes better, holds charge longer, much better indication of remaining charge. Very pleased.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWe have been electric toothbrush users for years and years. Although we replace our brushes regularly the difference between this and our 2 year old Oral B is outstanding. Very disappointed when my husband took the new one away when working abroad and left me with the older one!

5.0 out of 5 stars great bit of ki

I wouldn’t be without it, love all the features that it has, good value for money, easy to get replacement brush heads for it, even my dentist is pleased with my teeth cleaning now!!

I will NEVER go back to a bland toothbrush. This has changed my life! I get a deeper clean with less effort just gently running it over my teeth in mini circles. I see less plaque build up since using the oral B tooth brush. I love the stand super cute and I’ve used the blue tooth mode and activated the oral B app.

It’s precise in telling you how long your brushed for and what areas you’ve missed or need more attention. Then get this! It creates a log on when you’ve brushed your teeth. So helpful.

This toothbrush is great. The pressure sensor prevents you from brushing too hard and the extra functions are not just a novelty. I use the gum setting all the time and I use the diamond setting whenever I get stains, works a treat! However, replacement brush bits are pretty darn pricey. You can get 3rd party ones, but they aren’t really up to snuff. So, yeah, great toothbrush, but you’re going to have to bite the bullet on the replacement brushes.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI always have Braun toothbrushes, but the one I have had for a very long time, had seen better days so after looking through all of the different types I chose this one, and I am not sorry. I can’t fault it’s performance, with good 30 second sounds and light flashes, which helps, and I haven’t felt my teeth so clean for a quite a while. I would have given it a 5 star rating, but the one thing that is slightly disappointing is the grip on the handle. It is fine to start with, but once wet, it tends to slip around in my hand. This is being petty though, and this apart I can highly recommend this toothbrush.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI purchased this toothbrush at sale price of 69.99, and it was a treat to myself for giving up smoking.

So far it has managed to remove stains and leaves my teeth feeling much smoother than my old manual toothbrush.

I’m 2 months into using it, and so far I like.
The 2 minute timer that is divided into 4 30 second stints for each quarter of your mouth.
The prompts for flossing, tongue cleaning and rinsing are useful.
The pressure sensor does deter me from using excessive pressure.
The app and the stats are quite interesting and, as someone who can miss brushings I find it encourages me to brush with greater regularity.

The things I’m not too keen on are based around the app.
If you set a custom brushing time, the app guided sessions seem to miss prompts.
And I’m not overly keen on the fact that certain awards and features are not available for my model of brush.

I would recommend this brush, but at sale price not full price.

I purchased this for my son as his dentist suggested and electric toothbrush. I am impressed with it’s features and how well it holds it’s charge. My son loves it, loves the timer and all it’s features.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersGreat toothbrush some app features don’t work with it but with more expensive app.
I haven’t been able to charge it yet as it comes with the shaver style 2 pin plug which I don’t have any of in my house. Had to order an adapter which is annoying.
    Overall would recommend

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersBought to replace my pro 1 that is years old and not holding charge for long. Seems to last a month on 1 charge. I have set to sensitive as daily clean seems so hard and had my gums bleeding first use! The sensitive setting seems similar to the standard and only setting on my previous model. Like that it vibrates every 30s so you know when to move on- however I tend to brush all over the place and don’t stick to 30s per 1/4 jaw! Did not think I would use the pressure sensor but have found it handy so that I don’t push too hard. Bluetooth seems like a total gimmick and does not really offer much other than telling you to move on to next quarter of mouth – which vibration does anyway. All I can see it does is allow you to change the colour of the ring at the top of the brush.
Handy that it comes with 3 brush heads. When they run out it is easy to replace with significantly cheaper non oem ones.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersI have owned a couple of Oral B electric toothbrushes, I always tend to go for the cheapest ones when they are on offer and they’ve been great. This time as I’m a bit older I thought I’ll go for mid-range. What a difference, aside from the very nice light around of the top of the brush (surprisingly pleasing), there is no doubt this one is more powerful and makes a big difference in how clean my teeth feel. Also the battery indicator is something the other brushed lacked – just much nicer on the whole. So if you’re looking at this, my advice is ‘go on treat yourself’…!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI have owned a number of oral -B electric toothbrushes over the years and they have always lasted a long time, given a good battery life and cleaned my teeth well. They certainly do a better job than manual equivalents. I would recommend that anyone getting an electrical toothbrush if they can. The trick is to move the head lightly over the teeth slowly. I know quite a few people with electric brushes that still brush as if they had a normal manual toothbrush and that is not how they should be used! I confess I do not use the Bluetooth feature as I do not see the point. They handy timing indicator means there is a vibrating signal every 30 seconds which helps with cleaning all your teeth evenly and also not over cleaning them for several minutes.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersThe app is great. It helps you keep the momentum of brushing teeth twice a day. I thought my teeth were clean before I started but the were not. I’m just few days the bleeding on top gum looks like it’s slowed down to a near stop.

If you want to share brush with others, you can change heads if you are not both interested in the app. The brush itself tell you when to move to next area of mouth by the lights. The red will show if you been bit tough. However you are paying for app so might was to choose another toothbrush if you don’t want app.

Tells you when need sharing by led light at bottom.

The phone stand is cute and rubbery so grips on a shelf well.

Still don’t get why they don’t have a longer cord on toothbrush chargers. It barely reaches my window sill.

I wish it could charge by usb. I could charge by my power bank in bathroom instead of taking brush out of bathroom.

Carry case is great , not flimsy

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersBeen using this toothbrush for the past month and I can definitely tell the difference. My teeth are more clean and also I can brush areas that a normal brush cannot access.

Might be pricey but it is a good investment.

The Bluetooth feature is ehh not the best. I can do without it but positive side is that it can record a database of all your brushes , pressure, timer etc which could help you brush more better.

Battery life is OK but probably more on the less efficient side. Don’t get me wrong, it is still good and does charge fast.

    Overall a wonderful electric toothbrush!

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersHas 5 cleaning modes (most others have 3 or less). Comes with 3 different heads. Comes with a travel case. Even comes with a heavy stand to place your mobile phone in to watch your bluetooth data for your brushing session (but I will not be using that, as it is not necessary in my opinion). But the other features and included accessories with this brush make it superb. The 5 different cleaning modes alone make it worth buying over other models. The fact that the cleaning modes are shown on the handle via icons that light up also make it worth buying (as other models don’t show which mode you are in – you have to remember your self!) Even the look and finish of it is lovely. The light blue front looks better than most other brushes in my opinion. The grippy surface along the length of the rear of the handle is better than on the front (as some brushes have) as that it where your finger are holding it and therefore where you want most grip (only your thumb is on the front).
Yes, it is more expensive than others, but I think it is totally worth it. You will not be disappointed!

Golden Review Award: 83 From Our UsersThis is my first electric toothbrush, after my dentist recommended I get one (she didn’t specify which model or brand!) because, though I manually brushed my teeth twice a day, she said I had gum disease.

I did a crash course in electric toothbrushes and decided that I would like an Oral-B one, based on the choice of heads available, the reasonable price of replacement heads and the easy availability of the heads online and in shops. It also seemed that the small, round head design of most Oral-B heads would suit me, and my “ticklish” teeth would probably be less disturbed by this brand’s action than the Philips Sonicare type.

I decided I wanted a model which had a sensitive mode (and a spare sensitive head supplied with the toothbrush would be nice, but not essential). Some kind of case would be good, and I particularly wanted the toothbrush to have a lithium battery for longer usage between charges. Oral-B has only recently started providing these, and initially I found it hard to deduce which models had them. A chat with a helpful advisor at Oral-B sorted that out for me – the Genius models have always had lithium batteries, whilst for the other models, if the model number is in this format “Smart 6 6000”, it’s lithium and if it’s “Smart 6000”, it’s NiMH. The earlier NiMH models are still widely available; lower down the range, they look identical to the newer versions, whilst for the Smart 6 6000, the design of the handle has changed – it is like the Genius models, whereas the Smart 6000 was a bit larger and differently shaped. Be aware that these newer lithium battery Smart and Pro models tend to have a little less in the way of accessories in the box (the old Smart 6000 had a wireless Smart Display that could be put somewhere near where you use the toothbrush – the new Smart 6 6000 doesn’t have this but relies on the App for your smartphone, which the old version also used. Apparently the new model will work with one of those old displays if you have one, though). I haven’t used the app much – I don’t really feel the need for it and my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is currently buggy with the app anyway and won’t connect, due to having Android 7.0 (there were comments about this in the Android App Store), so I used it with my iPad instead. I’m sure some will find it very useful – I just used it to change the colour of the ringlight at the top of the toothbrush to my favourite hue, which was fun!

So far, so good with the use of the brush. I haven’t set off the pressure sensor, and only drew a tiny bit of blood on the very first use, then nothing more (I am using sensitive mode and the sensitive head that came with it – I will graduate to other heads and settings when ready). I am really glad I got this version (on a Lightning Deal, so at a good 25% approximately saving – lucky I saw it in time!) because with Oral-B electric toothbrushes you can only change the brushing mode setting whilst it is turned on, and as I understand it, on the models below this one (such as the Smart 5 5000, Smart 4 4000, Pro 3 3000 and so on) you have to cycle through the settings every time if you don’t use the standard one, and you need to know the sound or position in the selection order of the one you want, as there is no visual indication of the selected one. With the Smart 6 6000, like the Genius models, there is a display showing an informative symbol for the mode you want (whilst no symbol indicates the standard setting) and it remembers which one you choose and stays on it. You can check the symbol without turning the toothbrush on (though you need it turned on to change it). The battery status indicator is also more informative on this and the Genius models. The case for this model is a basic white, hard plastic hinged one, with nice, secure clips for the toothbrush handle and two heads. It comes with a CrossAction head, a 3D White head (the one for polishing/whitening teeth) and a Sensitive head (the original one which is densely bristled and has a flat cut to it, rather than the new, tufted type).
