This is the all you will ever need grooming kit. I am 100% satisfied. Looks sturdy, quite good materials, easy to change the heads alnd all. I can not recommend it more enough.
The button is in the wrong position. I accidentally turn it off. The material pl. It is a good machine, but it seems uglier to me than the 5000 model
Gone through many beard trimmers and this is the best so far, however it’s not much different to the lower priced ones as I won’t use half the gadgets on this one but still good
I bought for my husband and it is really good.
I do all the manscaping for my husband and this one is great for hair, beard and body.
Only had the groomer for a short time but my impression is its a great purchase. Price was good, attachments are good and the cut is good. Just need to be careful when using without a guard attachment as it can pinch. Having said that the attachments should be used at all times. Battery life is very good also. I have used two previous makes of groomers and this is by far the best. Just make sure you only pay a max of 50 and you will have made a good investment. I got it for even less but it retails at 80
Some reviews mentioned the on/off switch turning off while using. I can not see any issue with this but Philip’s may of changed the design as the switch is not an issue. Maybe the way they were holding the groomer.

Great gift for someone who has a thick beard, and can be used for hair too.
Would definitely recommend especially for the price. Does more than the job. My friend loved it.
1. He’s tried it on some body hair and found it nipped a little leaving some scratch marks
2. Not the best for longer hair cuts as the longest attachment is already quite short so when you want to fade the back and sides it can end up really quite short so not ideal if you don’t want the super short look
I have used this for several months, and for several different body/head hair types. Works well, holds a charge well. Previous reviews raised no display regarding how much charge it left, but as you use you quickly get intuitive to this. The one blade is ok, not great for a close shave, but the other item is the best.
This is a really good value item that proffers the flexibility and functionality of both the Multigroom and the Oneblade in one set. Both devices are very easy to use and the battery life is remarkable. I rarely have to charge either device (and I use both everyday). I also find them compact enough to take on holiday. The addition of the nose device is also a really welcome bonus.
Quality not to bad used one time working easy not like discription because it is not 14 in one all parts machine 14 psc. With this price is you can buy different type of trimmer l am thinking
My husband is still getting used to this he seems happy so far keeping his beard trimmed and looking smart, he said he will never use all the attachments
Product has really excellent battery life, blowing my old Braun out of the water. To the point I was months in wondering when it would need charging.
The differeny heads are all very useful and work as intended. I particularly like the flat foil head, perfect travel companion for business trips to quickly tidy up the beard.
Before buying I saw a few reviews about it being hard to hold. It’s absolutely fine, but the on button is very sensitive. So if you intend to travel with this shaver, do invest in a hard case to stop it accidentally turning on. That or pack it carefully without the head on!
My previous trimmer it was a Philips as well, quite the same model as design but an old one, from 5-6 years ago. The previous one died after years of using..
Considering the last trimmer lasted for over 5 years, I’m a happy customer, I can’t complain. Probably other people might not be happy with this period, but for me was enough, considering I paid the same price as now, around 35.
I was also surprised to see the newer version is also at the same price as 5 years ago. Also it came with even more attachments – 12 in total, and can be used on the body as well (with the right attachment tool).
Battery life is great indeed, and you can expect 2 hours of use on a full charge. Also you get enough battery for a full trimm with 5 minutes charge.
I was also pleased to see they replaced the charging cable – UK adaptor included in the box. Before they used to have the European one / UK 2 pin bathroom plug.
Also, you can claim another year on warranty – 3 years in total, which is great. You only have to create an account on Philips website and register your product – really easy steps to follow.
Also just to mention..this is not a paid review, just a happy customer with a great product.

in the first place. I opened the box with some trepidation. Then it gradually dawned on me that if it looked like a Philips product and worked like a Philips product, sounded like a Philips product; the chances were it was a Philips product.
It gave as good a shave as an electric shaver can give and the many attachments were an added bonus. The nose hair trimmer worked well and I have still to discover how well
the rest will work.
For my, admittedly, modest requirements, a reasonable shave at a reasonable price, I must admit, I am quite satisfied.
I bought this to replace a previous trimmer.
I’ve found it to be really easy to use (once you sort out which blade guard to use where).
The trimmer is very sharp, it quickly and easily trims down your hair, beard or body hair. The various guards and attachments makes it easy to shape your beard (if you have one) or keep the neck, nose and ear hair under control.
There’s a body hair attachment that works great for trimming down body hair without trimming down your skin, if you’re brave enough to try it, it’ll do your “bikini line” without cutting off any dangly bits.
I haven’t actually used the foil shaver attachment part of it, so I can’t really comment on that but it does seem to be well made.
There’s a small trimmer attachment that’s good for fine detailing of hair/ beards, if you like to do that kind of thing. I tried it out of curiosity and found it easy to use but I don’t normally do anything that really needs it.
Overall a great trimmer that’s easy to use, holds a charge for a long time and is also quite fast charging.
It’s well made.
Easy to change the attachments to suit your needs and has most, if not all the attachments you’ll likely need… I can’t think of anything I’d add to the kit.
I should add a negative…
The only thing I can think of is, I’d like the colours of the combs to be more contrasting, to make selecting the right one easier but not in anyway a deal breaker as they all have their sizes (in millimetres) on them.

The battery charges very quickly and seems to last quite a long time. This is the main reason I paid a little extra for this model. Batteries are definitely the weak point in these devices.
I do not want to have to wait 16 hours for a full charge in an emergency! it is very nice to not need to have the thing plugged in while using it and also have the confidence that the battery can keep up (unlike my old basic 20 Braun trimmer which despite being cordless, was never actually used cordlessly).
The combs have very little flex compared to my old trimmer, which I previously used to do just 1 or 2 lengths. So the length of the cut with this one is much more consistent.
But with this it’s also very easy to be more detailed and edge out a sharp neckline, then clean shave below it using the foil shaver. Something I never used to bother with as I just didn’t have the equipment or the impetus to bother with.
The longer combs are also great for tidying up a short back and sides around the ears as it starts to grow out and you get those annoying wispy side bits.
The body hair attachment is surprisingly useful and makes tidying up unsightly neck and shoulder hair very easy if you have an extra mirror handy (holding up a selfie camera worked fine for me).
All in all I feel more clean cut than I have in a while, as if I’ve just been to the barber – with the extra tidying up I can get a little more mileage out of a haircut, which I’m very happy with!
At 50% off you just can’t go wrong in my opinion. And if you register the product online with Philips, the guarantee is extended from TWO to FIVE years. Excellent.

If you search the item on the official Phillips website, the 120 min runtime and 1 hour charging are correct for this model, it is just a shame you’re given false advertising on the amazon page.
I have contacted customer support and they said they could refund or send out another item, the latter being pointless as you would just fall into the same issue, the product is not defective, rather just not what as described.
The representative I spoke to said they would look into the prroduct description, however, it appears other people have also made this complaint and nothing has changed.
Overall, this is a very nice product for the discount of 50% that I picked it up for.
I bought this trimmer after a lot of research in n out of Amazon. Watched endless videos on YouTube. 3 months now it didn’t let me down. It has everything I need for my beard.
Before I had the Philips multigroom series 7000 slightly smaller in size from this one and very comfortable. I was using it for years and each time when broke, I was replacing it with the same. This year I couldn’t find the model I was using and I decided to give it a try with this one. So far so good but I’m not feeling very comfortable with the attachments that has. At least not yet.
After all I didn’t regret with my choice. It was a good buy in a nice price and the result when trimming my beard is very good. It has all the necessary attachments I need for my beard. Doesn’t make much noise and it’s easy to clean. I do not care If takes long to charge because I don’t use it every day and battery lasts. This also helps when having short travels. That’s all I need.
