I’m well impressed with this item a bit of time to get used to tweaking it but wow once you spend a bit of time brilliant form of economical heating my sitting room is 15ft by18ft and even at lowest setting gives me a lovely 20 degrees ps just make sure your properly ventilated
Slight smell when first lighting but after half hour personally i cant smell anything.

i bought this and also bought some paraffin. Initially it was abit smelly and not sure why but using it on 3rd day now and dont seem as smelly. The heat it produces is really good for a small or medium sized room, really happy with it. Its a brilliant alternative to a electric heater or can be used as a emergency heater of course. I like the heat it produces, slightly different feel to a electric heater and feels like your in a room with a nice cosy fire. I have put a saucepan on it and cooked some pasta, it works! As far as i know its fairly safe as it produces co2 and water so just open your window abit. i turn it on high and get it to the temperature i want in the room and turn it down then to maintain it and so i dont use much fuel. Takes abit of fiddling but easy once you know how it works.
Easy to use, being a fairly large bit of kit it does remind me of the old paraffin heaters we used in the 70’s! Easy to ignite and tweak to get a good blue flame and with minimal smell if you turn it off outside and let it cool a little. Even on start up there is little smell with a decent heat output. Would recommend especially for the garage/shed.
Great heater. I think it burns more paraffin than they stated but not much more. Get a kettle and you can boil your water while you keep warm.
