Decent quality, easy to use, nicely packaged. Unexpectedly relaxing – I fall asleep every time!

Works well. Only criticism is that the control panel feels cheap.

I bought this to see if helps with rosacea, only used it a few times. Easy to use, hopefully see results soon.

Absolute 5* customer service: I purchased 2 before Christmas and for personal reasons decided they were not something I could use: I chalked it up to experience and wrote a review stating that. The company contacted me and offered a full refund on both even though there was nothing wrong with the product: I was genuinely blown away by their customer care and generosity, as I had never asked for or expected a refund because there was nothing wrong with the product. I have updated my previous review to reflect that I never used the product but the care and support they have shown goes a long way to tell you what type of company you are dealing with: I wish more companies were so lovely. A massive thank you to Project Beauty.

Loving this product so far. Definitely noticing a bit of a difference with my skin after 3/4 uses so looking forward to seeing what happens after a few weeks.

I wanted to give a bit of time before writing a review. I have been using this mask now for approx 7 weeks.

My main concern was rosacea, I have redness in my cheeks that nothing else seems to help. I also have a few fine lines and get some spots. I have mainly used the red and the green lights, starting with 10 min and upping to 25/30 for around four times a week.

I have seen some improvements, as seen in the uploaded photo. The redness has reduced, although is by no means gone. It is also much smoother. I’d say overall the texture of my skin feels smoother and it also looks more even tone-wise. I can’t say I’ve noticed any difference to fine lines. I think my skin just looks like it has a bit of a healthier glow. I also don’t seem to be getting spots as much as I used to. It might take a few more months of consistent use to see more improvement.

Cons are, as others have mentioned the mask can be heavy and uncomfortable. I have found the best thing to do is to sit slightly propped up by pillows, and have the mask leaning on my upper chest just below my neck (with something to cushion it), as in this way you don’t feel the full weight of the mask on your face. It can feel a little labour some after some time too. I generally put a podcast on to listen while the time passes.

Overall, I have seen improvements although not that radical. I did a lot of research before buying this into different masks. I went for this one because it seemed a fair price for offering so many colours, and the blue and red lights are the same wavelengths as more expensive masks.

Overall, can be effective with consistent use but I wouldn’t expect miracles.

So far so good my skin in much firmer after, I recommended to use it from the level I and go up slowly, definitely worth the price and gives you time to relax, shine bright like a diamond ladies

I’m 28, very dry skin that leads to wrinkles and lines much sooner than desired. Hence the mask. I’m using it for one week, and my freckles are less visible now. I can swear it happened just in a couple of uses of red and green; maybe I should have started with lower intensity. It worked better than vit c creams and serums. Not sure if it will lighten further.
I’ll update the comment in one or two months, but so far it works good, and I’m pretty glad I gave it a go. Sorry for the images quality, will try to update later with better ones.
