My back gets really stiff all the time and it hurts. I have to crack it really hard to get the pain away. This special shaped device is perfect for my back because it doesn’t have any impact on the spine, yet really effective on both left and right side muscles of my back. I know nothing about sports, muscules etc. I just simply lay it on my bed and roll my back on it however I feel like it.
There is a slight problem with the button of mine though. The button seems to be loosened now and it makes a noise that sounds like you’re shaking some dices whenever the device is activated. It does bother me a little as I’m kind of a perfectionist, but this thing helps me so much that I would still say it’s perfect. I am buying another one for my mother for her legs and back as well. She has 2 muscle guns but her hands aren’t very well and holding massage guns is really tiring on the hand. With this one she can simply lay it on the bed and roll her leg on it.(I know it helps because I tried it that way too!)
I hope this company does well and will still be around years later, because I am sure I will get another one when this one ever breaks when I’m old!

I can recommend this product enough as a frequent gym goer this product has helped immensely with sore muscles. I had a lot of tension in my upper back into my shoulders from heavy weights, the two ball shape of the roller makes it a perfect fit for upper shoulder massages. I have frequently used it in my legs as well to remove stiffness and tightness. Not only does the shape help you target areas most in need but it range of vibration frequencies mean it can be used in all areas whether you need deeper massage for really tight areas or general therapy after a work out. I take it to all my gym sessions and use it each evening too. Easily and quickly charged up!
