Xmas present for my 8yr old daughter. Really easy to assemble basically slide handle bars into place and tighten screws. Charged up for 12 hours before use and away she goes. The pick up speed took her by surprise the first attempt of using it but after that’s she loves it. Would defo recommend buying it. Speed is just right for her age.

Wheels could be made from different materials as they produce loud noise

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis scooter is a good price with good reviews but it’s the second one I’ve ordered now had to send the first back as it arrived damaged the box was shattered it looked like the scooter had been used .. so just received a second one and the box is still damaged I complained to Amazon who said send it back again.. it’s not the point these items should be checked before they leave the warehouse.. can’t be bothered to return it to much hassle they’re quite heavy so I’ll just wrap it up and hopefully it’ll be okay

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersIt’s been great.. 6 year old rips around on it great. One down side is It doesn’t really build up to speed, he pushes off with his foot then presses a button and he is OFF fast.. but knowing the throttle type ones are more expensive it is what it is.
He manages it fine and it’s not mega fast.. and it slows quickly when finger us off the button so my 6 year old controls it very well.

I bought this scooter at christmas for my 9 year old son and it is absolutely brilliant. He loves it ,we were on the park together recently and he was riding the scooter for over an hour and the battery didn’t run out let’s put it this way all the other kids who were watching wanted one.Fantastic.

Got these for my 8 and 5 year olds. The 5 year old is only using it to push without the power as he’s still a bit scared of the speed. The issue with using the electric is it’s all or nothing. Other scooters you can accelerate slowly but with this one once you press the button you tend to shoot if at max speed. The 8 year old uses it fine.

This scooter seems very good so far, only criticism is that it does rattle a bit mainly coming from front brake assembly. Battery life is good, have ridden around for over 1 hour and still plenty life lef

Could be faster and very loud and bumpy when not on a completely smooth path. It’s good for the price but if you’re looking for a really good one go with a more expensive option.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThis was bought for my 6 year old son, he loves it, only issue for me there’s only 1 speed, there’s no throttle as such to control speed, just a break to slow you down.

Speed wise it’s a medium jog to keep up with

Lasted 4km walk around a park one one charge and still wasn’t dead at the end

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersBought this for my son for Christmas & hes never off it! Great product only downside is that you have to push it to 3mph for the motor to kick in! I thought once its charged you pressed the button and you were away.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy Grandson loves it. The Crabby One had to test it, to make sure it was safe (believe that if you will !!!) Scooter took his weight and was still fast.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI usually don’t leave reviews but having spent about 18 months umming and arrring about an electric scooter and reading reviews I thought I’d take the time to do so. Ok so we’ve only had this 5 days. Fully charged it on the first night overnight. Then assembled (instructions are pretty useless but wasn’t too taxing). We went away at the weekend and did 2 pretty long dog walks plus lots of little trips. The battery lasted well. It’s had a good go on cobbles – and is ok but wouldn’t recommend too much bumpy terrains as I’m worried things may come apart. It’s nice and quiet on flat surfaces and pretty fast! I went on first so as I could try and then explain how to use it to my son. I suspect had he gone first he’d have landed flat on his face!
You do ‘push’ off, then hit the green button one you are moving and you are good to go! It’s great fun!

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersGreat product, only problem is that the power is all or nothing. For young kids, with little experience, it runs away as soon as they apply power.
It would be better if it at least had a a couple of power settings, or a “Beginners” switch to limit the power and speed.

They will get used to it and certainly have lots of fun.

Got this for my 8yo as his main present last xmas (he asked for furby connect w/c i thought was a waste of money so igot this instead). Its a big hit! He loves it! Needs 12 hrs charging at first but after that seems to charge fast. The best part is 80mins of continous ride. The only electric scooter that could offer you that lenghty playtime. Very heavy though. He now scoots to school everyday and everyone is jealous of him. He said its the best xmas present ever.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersMy boy loves this, he’s 8 years old and it’s just perfect for him. Fast enough to get his blood pumping but not too fast that his mum won’t let him ride it. Could have done with softer rubber tyres and anything but smooth pavement gets abit rough. It is just a push button for power and you have to get it rolling with good old push power before it goes. Not sure if the battery life is as states longest he had it running for was about 45mins but it showed no signs of running out and it went over some rough terrain so was working hard (even had a go myself and it pulled me, a 15 stone man, along. granted not very fast) reduced by one star for the power button could have done with a twist power as its fast and it’s just all or nothing and to reduce speed he has to blip the button when turning round.

Golden Review Award: 22 From Our UsersFantastic. Honestly overjoyed with this. We’ve used it for around 2 hours and the battery still has charge left! Note this is quite nippy so make sure children wear protective elbow pads etc certainly whilst they get used to it. Really surprised to see that it handles hills very well. The throttle as such is a push button which means you have to use small bursts of power to ride it slowly, if there was one change I would recommend is that this is changed to a variable throttle for ease of use. The battery and motor both appear to be very strong and the unique hub motor design means in theory it should be maintenance free no belts etc to worry about. Note of you are storing this in a garage etc over winter make sure you take the battery out and keep it inside the house so it doesn’t develop any problems. Also worth noting that it’s quite heavy to lug around and it doesn’t fold up so make sure you have suitable space in your car. All in all a fantastic piece of kit I just wish I could use it to commute to the train station unfortunately it is just for kids, so I’m now looking at buying the E300 that I believe is adult friendly but doesn’t have the same new motor design etc so I may wait until they launch a new revised adult version of this scooter. Enjoy! You won’t be disappointed just make sure whoever you buy it for has good experience of using a scooter beforehand.
