This creates such perfect waves that last all day. Usually when I’ve curled my hair it drops out during the day because I have fine soft hair. This really lasts. One of my friends even ordered one because she saw my hair and was super impressed. She literally said this was better than the air wrap or any other curler she’s tried.
So wished I had purchased
this earlier. Great curls, large or small. Easy to hold, makes my hair lovely and full.
This curling wand is very good. As a long time user of curling wands for wigs this one is very nice. It comes with a heat mat to protect surfaces from heat damage. As well as this it also comes with a glove to help protect your hand.
The design is simple and the heat is adjustable which makes curling your hair a breeze.
I do recommend it.
I have thick middle length hair and it takes around 10-12 mins to curl my whole hair with this. It curls even thick chunks of hair. It adjusts the temperature based on what you wrap around. My colleagues loved my curls and didn’t believe it was not salon made. The curls last until I wash my hair.
A curling wand from a reputable brand. Sadly I’m not one of those that like to spend ages doing my hair. However I have used this a few times and am very impressed with it. Did give my hair a nice curl on a few nights out. Will definitely be using again for those special nights out.

I have used many different hair curlers but what I love about this one is the smart technology that means it reads your hair and makes sure it’s the right temperature for you and your hair type. Using this I got such lovely curls. As someone who has thicker and denser hair, I tend to put it on the highest temperature. This machine didn’t do that and I was shocked at how well it worked!
It also heats up so quickly and I’m talking seconds to hit the highest temperature which I’ve now discovered I don’t need!
You get gloves and a heat mat so you don’t damage the surface you rest it on and it has a little ledge on the side so it doesn’t move all over the place when it’s been put down.
I absolutely recommend these curlers and the quality build and technology!
This set includes one curling wand, a heat proof glove, and a heat proof silicone mat.
The wand has a 360 degree swivel chord which prevents damage from folding away the cable. It has diamond ceramic coating to protect the hair and inbuilt sensors that learn information about your hair and adjust the heat accordingly. It also has 2 profiles so more than one person can use them without your hair settings being changed.
The glove and mat are nice extras, but I would have liked a sleeve or pouch to store the wand in or to use when travelling.
Overall I find this a lot easier to use than curling tongs and it has worked really well on my hair so I think it is worth it.
I’ve really enjoyed the products I’ve tested out from this Remington Adaptive range so far. This product includes an already high-end curling wand, but also with a modern twist. The wand has a heat sensor to detect the temperature of your hair and ensures it heats to the ideal temperature based on the readings. I’ve found the wand super easy to use, relatively similar shape and design to ones I’ve used previously, so easy enough to get the hang of. The curls held really well and my hair felt great. Lovely piece of kit altogether!
The wand comes well packaged in a box and I could tell instantly that the quality of it was of a very high standard, especially with the diamond ceramic coating on the barrel of the wand.
What I loved straight away was the mini quick guide on how to use the wand, there’s nothing worse than opening something like this and having to read a massive leaflet just to find out how it works, this quick step-by-step guide gets a big thumbs up from me
The guide simply instructs you to plug in the wand and press the on button which will take you to mode 1. Then once it beeps 3 times it’s ready to use. It beeped very quickly so I didn’t have long to wait at all to start curling my hair.
This intelligent wand somehow manages to learn about how you style your hair and adjusts the barrel temperature to suit you! How it does that I’ll never know, but it’s extremely clever and I’m certainly impressed by it. I believe you can set it to different modes if more than one person would be using the wand, so you would set the wand to mode 2 if you were the second user.
It was really easy to wrap my hair around the wand without burning my fingers and after holding the hair in place for 10-20 seconds I simply let go and my hair had a beautiful natural-looking curl to it (see pictures).
I’m not sure there’s much left to say, but I will definitely be raving about this product to all my friends. It’s by far the best curling wand I’ve ever had and I think the price of 69.99 is very reasonable too, so great value for money.
I ordered these for my girlfriend. These curling tongs are of obvious high quality, the adaptive style setting adjusts to the hair type to minimise hair damage and the cord twists at the base so it’s easy to hold. The instructions are clear uncomplicated and display screen is clear too.
It comes with a styling glove and mat which is useful. A more experienced hair stylist would probably achieve better curls as I think actual curling tongs are easier to secure the end of the hair before twisting. All in all a very good looking, high quality item.

Lovely curling wand that’s light and easy to hold, switch it on, it heats really quickly and you’re good to go.. It’s the first hair product I’ve had that had reusable Velcro wrapped around the cord – which was so much better than those fiddly wire ties. I would love to see hair styling tools come in cloth bags in future so you have something to store them in I digress, the one thing that was tricky for me was knowing that the hair sensor is going to learn about my hair, and I have to make sure my hair was wrapped around it. I got so caught up concentrating on that aspect that my ‘curls’ did not end up too great at all, but that’s down to me practicing – though regardless the curls did look shiny when they came off the wand,.
It’s a nice product and wand (with a second mode for a friend or family member to use so they don’t muck up your ‘style adapt’ settings on Mode 1), and it’s a much better design than wands I’ve had in the past – just try it out a day or 2 before you want to wear those curls out in case you’re no-pro like me.
You might be paying a bit more than all those generic hair curlers you can see around these days but for the quality and re-assurance Remington deliver in this area this awesome curling wand is definitely worth it as the difference in quality and control/ease of use for good results is huge and I really hope this last a long while as can’t imagine using better having used this for the last couple of weeks! The heat sensor is really handy too and would 100% recommend.

I think it’s safe to say anyone who has browsed a Health and Beauty section, will of at some point come accross this particular brand.

The curlers come with a 360 swivel cord with a good length and a 3 pin UK plug.
Also a heat mitt is included.
The curling barrel has a sensor inbuilt which ‘learns’ about your hair and sets a temperature which is personally adapted based on the information it has collected.
Just incase you let another person share your hair curlers, they offer 2 profiles, to ensure the temperature which is personally adapted to your hair is not changed.
This will minimise any heat damage to your hair, whilst styling.

Clever piece of kit “reads” your hair type due to the preprogrammed StyleAdapt technology to prevent over cooking your lovely locks. You can manually adjust the heat settings if you wish which are easy to use and the display is clear. Its solid and shouts of quality you expect from such a recognised name. I would also say this appears to style more quickly and leaves a more polished look compared to my current curling iron. Supplied with a silicone mat and heat glove.
This heats up quickily and with the swivel cord makes it easier to style.
