My hair is fine and flat most of the time. But I thought I would give this heated brush a go…Well I’m glad I did.
I am useless at doing my hair but this brush makes it easy. I’ve been getting compliments for first time in a long time.
Even if I let my hair dry naturally the heated brush makes it nice.
Only slight negative is I occasionally by accident touch the controls which makes it beep, not sure if it affects it.
Also definitely need to use the glove as it can get hot.
Overall very pleased.
Bit different to my last hot brush that blew out hot air so still getting used to it. Stiff bristles are a must for me with thick unruly hair. Tho j it’s going to be my new favourite hair style
I’ve recently had my hair cut into a long bob, and this tool is a godsend for quickly smoothing and flipping hair under or out depending on the look you want. It heats up super quickly and you can also use to create waves – not any harder to use than a round brush. Use on dry hair – I prefer to air dry and then use this to minimise the amount of heat I’m using, and definitely use heat protection product! Highly recommend
Make sure you brush your hair thoroughly before using it. Love the end result. Exactly what I needed to get that blow dry effect at home. It’s kind of like the ghd rise but half the price.
It does get extremely hot and will burn badly. I needed a smaller barrel so will keep looking.
Took a while looking for a hot brush reading reviews etc I’m 61 after straightening my dyed shoulder length hair for many years I felt I needed a lift some bounce in my hair, my hair is very fine I do have a lot of hair to curl, with this hot brush. Gets hot very quickly. Does the job and ideal for shoulder length hair.
I bought these as part of my wife’s Christmas presents and she really likes them. But does advise that you wear the glove provided to protect your hand from the heat off the brush.
She uses them every day, so I know that she is not just being polite. When she says that she really likes them
This styler is very heavy and rather larger than it looks in the picture on line. It does seem to heat up very quickly though
This hot brush makes a great alternative to my hair waver. The barrel hair waver I use makes my hair wavy but they look a little unnatural because of the way it does it. This adaptive hot brush take a little more effort to get the same effects but the results look much better an natural. The adaptive heat technology also means I don’t need to worry about heat damage to my hair as much. The brush also works really well in smoothing out my long hair as I heat the curls/waves into place.
I have the worst frizzy hair and this brush is brilliant, it leaves my hair feeling so smooth and it’s so easy to use for arthritic fingers. I also use it on the setting that remembers your hair rather than use the temperature mode. Overall very happy.
I have thick unruly hair, I have been using this everyday now for a few weeks and honestly, I can honestly say it has taken the hassle out of styling my hair on a daily basis.
It’s ideal for thick hair, the ceramic coated barrel works nicely through the lengths of my hair without kinking – I like the way the brush automatically adjusts the temperature to the density of the hair/hair type, no more worrying about burning my hair.
It leaves my hair feeling soft, sleek and shiny – it’s incredibly easy to use and has an ergonomically designed handle which is comfortable using when used for extended periods of time.
Honestly, this is a fantastic item and it’s high quality – it offers excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it!
At 70 this is NOT Cheap, but also not as expensive as the GHD Premium kit that is available. What really attracted me to this was the adaptive heat technology. NO heated Hair Tongs / Brushes SHOULD damage your hair, but everyone’s hair is different, and also depending on if its WET / DRY or if you have product in there you can be very unlucky and really damage your hair!
This Remmington Hot Brush actually exceeded my expectations and worked really well, it heated up nice and quickly and definitely tampered the heat as I used it. It’s super easy to use, and can be put to action straight out of the box. It takes well under a minute to heat up and has just the right amount of cable you need to style your hair without it getting in the way. overall quite decent.
This is an easy brush to use, which is supplied with a heat-proof mat and glove to help you make the most of the styling opportunities provided. The power lead is a very good length and enables you to easily reach a mirror for styling; the fact this is ready to use after just 30 seconds also ensures you don’t get caught out by lack of time.
I like the swivel cord, which ensures you don’t get in a tangle as, if you are anything like me, you twist and turn to get the brush in just the right place. You also don’t need to, apparently, worry about the selected temperature since this switches on in ‘StyleAdapt mode’, which means that it adapts the heat to the needs of your hair, learning as it goes. You do have the option of a manual override, but I am happy to let this learn about my hair and I’ll see how it goes.
I found it easy to use as a straight plug-in and use hot brush and not having to keep an eye on the temperature was useful as it was one less thing to be distracted about. It worked well on my straight, frizz-prone hair and I was able to produce something half decent on the couple of times I have used this to date.
This is a good gift option as a complete set of brush, mat and glove; so often a glove and mat are not included in the box despite being essentials. The box is a bit tricky to open, but should prove to be an entertaining distraction for a time at Christmas, perhaps, whilst waiting for lunch.
Superb hot air brush. Remington are a well known name in haircare, and this is another fantastic product from them. It gives your hair volume and can help give you fantastic looking curls. Fantastic.
Okay, this is a very nice brush. The box itself is pretty compact and small which is good tbh, no need for excess when trying to save on waste. Inside you get the brush (which one hopes!) a mat to put the device on and a glove, in all everything you need to get going.
The brush itself has an attractive design, good weight and comes with a long cable terminating in a UK plug.
The idea of this device is really need, it will optimise the temp for your hair which is actually pretty good then some manual presets. During use I found it worked reasonably well for the bulk of hair. If in certain spots I wanted some specific flair and in turn heat, could still select that which is fine. However for the bulk of hair styling, worked well. Price wise also not much more then on market vs other products without this tech so makes it a solid buy. That said, I say price wise, look around! at time of writing, I saw it 10 cheaper at a competitor!
