    Simple and effective
Very useful, simple set of silicone finger exercise petals, I used them as a part of my recovery after breaking one of the bones in my palm. Great value for money. 5/5

    Great little stocking fille
Saw these and thought they would make a great stocking filler for my son who is a perpetual fidget. I see these lying on his computer desk and he says he does fidget with them now and then and he likes having them.

    Actually work
Got these as a bit of a joke gift for a relative who spends a lot of time working out (in the gym rather than hard sums). They actually do work and you can feel the burning in your forearm after a few reps (as obviously your finger muscles aren’t actually in your fingers). Happy with the purchase

    Ideal for strengthening hands…
I got these to help strengthen the hands of someone who struggles with lots of writing making their hands tired. Using these little stretchy bands helps to exercise the muscles in the hands. They take some getting used to but they do help! Start with the easier one and move up to the harder one when ready.

    They work well!
These resistant finger exercise petals work very well. I have muscle weakness in my hands, so I do need to work them out. Both of them gave me resistance, and the red one has less resistant than the blue one. The issue that I have with them are their texture, and they feel really weird to me, and it’s taken me a while to get used to them. They’re also quite sticky; I washed them in soapy warm water, and after they had dried, they became a little bit sticky again. However, they’re currently selling at a worthwhile price of 7.99 they’re practicle and easy to use.

A different type of finger exercise
These felt very different to what I was expecting. They are made of a silicone rubber type material and have a very sticky feeling to them.

They do work though. The red one is very slack and doesn’t have much resistance and the blue one has much more. So this could be useful after an injury to build the finger/s up.

    Probably better for bigger hands
I have quite small hands, and so these gadgets didn’t stretch much when I put them on. I could still feel the stretch to a degree though, and I think if you have a hand injury or need to improve your strength/dexterity they would work very well.

They do feel sticky to the touch, but this is more about the material that they are made from.

I think for the price, 7.99 for the two (they are different resistance levels), they are good value.

    Finger Exercise Petal
There are 2 in the pack
As I have really bad arthritis in my fingers I thought I would try this gadget
I am trying very hard to use it but my fingers are not working right
I shall continue trying until I can move it
    It is certainly fun trying

Useful exerciser for an injured hand
As someone who had their hand badly damaged in a motorcycle accident & who also plays guitar I’m always on the lookout for anything to help maintain or improve the dexterity in my left hand and these hand exercisers seem pretty good in that respect. Unlike stress balls or grips they provide resistance (slight for the pink, a bit more for the grey) against spreading your fingers, a less considered but also important group of muscles. They’re comfortable & easy to use and will fit easily in a pocket. The only downside is the that the silicon rubber is the ‘sticky’ feeling type that will really attract dirt.

    Great Finger exercise tools
As someone with degenerative arthritis in both hands, I often suffer the discomfort of RSI and join pain in my fingers. I use stress balls usually to exercise my fingers throughout the day to help encourage warmth and blood flow to my fingers and to help prevent stiffness but I never considered this design before. Marketed as a fidget style device, I have found using them through the day has helped with my condition, so for me, these have a very real and practical use.

    Strengthen and Rehabilitate Your Fingers
This small device can help improve range of motion and hand strength. I can be used improve fine motor skills, dexterity and coordination. I’ve known people in rehab from broken wrists and think this would have been useful. It’s a rather gentle device while applying a little reistance to a less than usual movement. Come in pack of 2, a red and dark blue one. Good packaging—nice box!

    Great relief for your fingers
Working pretty much on my laptop all day, using my mobile phone/tablet etc. can make my fingers/hands feel strained. Thought I would give this a try, I don’t do much exercise so at least I can claim I am working out! In all serious they work pretty well and relieve some of those cramps. The red one is a little easier with not much resistance but the blue is better. Certainly seems to help after a day of typing away. They are made of a slightly sticky silicone material, probably so they don’t slip off your fingers, but they do attract dirt. Easy to clean though! I like them and will keep them in my desk drawer and use regularly.

    Great for rehabilitation and elderly
I am recovering from a broken arm and damage to my elbow so my grip in that hand is severely compromised. These finger exercisers are spot on for my recovery as they do the opposite to squeezing a soft ball. My hand was very strong before my accident and I find the red exerciser just the right resistance to start with, the blue one is too difficult for me to pull apart because of my injury but I want to work up to that and beyond. These are ideal for recovery from and injury or surgery and also for the elderly to maintain hand motion. The rubbery silicon is very soft and stays in place on your fingers once it is on, overall these are going to be very helpful to me and I hope this review is helpful to someone else.

    Work well
The work well but attract dirt and hair and fur easily so you will need to clean them or they will have dirt and fur and hair on them but they work well and the red one is easier to use than the blue. The design is decent and looks good too.

    Nice sillicone hand stretchers
This set of 2 sillicone hand stretchers work well and are easy to use. They come in a light and firm stretch. They are made from a slightly sticky and gummy material so they don’t slip off of your fingers. Great for stretching out hand cramps after gaming or texting etc. Overall they a a really nicely made product.
