Great machine but would benefit from a bigger bucket as it fills up quickly
It takes a long time to reset after each load and is very noisy it is not easy to empty the bin, as the top is heavy and not easy to refi
Does what it’s meant to do. Which makes a pleasant change from other shredders.

Great machine and does its job well. Noise level is great. The draw is great for emptying but the back of draw is lower than front and gap between back of machine and draw. You end up with a bunch of shredded paper stuck at back of machine which makes a mess but stops draw from going back in. So when emptying or opening draw to push pile of paper build up in center you can’t put draw back in and have to Hoover inside of machine every time. Design fault for sure. Another frustration is if using in home office or bedroom office as my desk is, you have to switch off at wall as blue light blinks very bright even if you turn machine off with off button. Besides those faults it does its job well besides being messy.
Shredded around 4 years of old accounts, invoices and receipts. Was impressed by how few times it cut out due to overheating.
Auto feed is good but it does get jammed regularly.
Annoying issues: it has optical sensors, these get covered in paper dust from the shredding and the machine won’t turn off without cleaning them and if you leave it, it overheats.
Also the waste box is plenty big enough but the sensors are too sensitive, so needs emptying once about half full.
Otherwise happy purchase.
Takes individual and small 3/4 sheets into the top. Up to quite a few pages in the feeder. Great for destroying all that incriminating evidence with just enough time to play cool before the feds eventually bust through the front door. Very good product! Would recommend.
Quite large for home use. Would recommend if you’re wanting to clear out a lot of old documents. It just eats up the paper.
The only thing was it is a bit heavy. I do like it because what it can do. So I will put up with it being a bit heavy.
This does not burn out through over use (previously by other members of the family) so pleased with choice. Very user friendly and good if you want to be slightly more lazy than using other shredders.
This thing just wants to eat paper. You have 2 functions – standard feed from top which will accommodate smaller amounts – or – lift the lid and place piles of paper inside then let the shredder do the rest automatically.
Be aware this shredder sits on its own bin so once it’s full you lift the whole shredding unit off to gain access to the waste paper – there is no drawer that slides in and out. That is the only tricky aspect . The bin is spacious.
well i wish i had got a deeper one as it does the job well but seems to collect under the shredder and not move. it is heavy to lift off it does shred but stops every so often so it dosnt get stuck at least with this i can leave it alone and leave it to shred.
