Tracker is very small so it’s great option to hide it in you’re property that u need to protect. Had issues with the signal but after contacting support they helped and sorted problem very fast. Very good customer care.
Got this in my car plugged into the cig lighter so it stays charged. Accurate tracking and geofencing alerts appear as expected. not bad value for the monthly charge, quite happy.

Well made very small. Used a magnetic strip so it can be removed to ‘re charge easley. Remember to use the charging lead provided as it has a longer plug. Metal tip that plugs into the unit .
The tracker is a good size, easy to set up and does the job fairly accurately. There were a few occasions where it showed the location as across the street and when I queried this with the support team they explained the “trackers have a rated accuracy of 10m diameter”, which the tracker was within. We have had no issues since.
The monthly subscription is much cheaper than alternative GPS trackers. Overall we are happy with our trackers and the peace of mind they provide.
This tracker is very affordable, easy to set up, very good graphics and great support if you need it. If needed the subscription can be paused and reactivated at any time.
Bought the product to track my son on his school skiing trip in Italy from Scotland. It was easy to use, small and worked very well. Customer service were fantastic – fast, efficient and happy to help. Highly recommend.
There is nothing to dislike about this product. Easy to setup and use. Had a slight problem with charging cable but Callum sorted that for me with a replacement cable. Nothing was too much trouble, cannot fault the customer service at all. Highly recommend.
Really pleased with this item, small enough to pop in your pocket or hide in the car, watch on your phone, look back on previous journeys. Just download the app, follow instructions, was live in 5 minutes. Very happy.

Purchased this as a “trial” for my Father. He has dementia & likes his walks, so to allow him his independence but also keep him safe wanted to see if this would be suitable. I’ve looked at & been recommended other personal gps trackers but found them quite costly and then a high priced monthly subscription on top. This is reliable, accurate and extremely affordable. It does need a subscription but the yearly price is very reasonable. I’m just hoping this company will offer a more compact, personal gps tracker with a loop for attaching to keys, lanyard, watch strap in the future. Would highly recommended. Thank you.
I have found the product pretty accurate, takes time to get used to it but once you do it’s a great little device. The support you get is just amazing.
The product is excellent. Very easy to setup and use. The live view in the webpage is very helpful. Coupled with the recording of my computer screen. Then I know where I have been to during my trip.
i had problems setting it up and activating it as i am not tech savvy – it’s actually very simple but I am useless. I emailed the customer support for help and they were so quick to reply and patient and friendly and SO HELPFUL even though i was really annoying so I can’t stress enough how good the company is. Product is great easy to use small and accurate and the subscription cost is not high. Only annoying thing is it logs my phone on the map so it tells me where i am all the time which was confusing and i dont really need to know but i gave them this feedback and they are thinking bout putting an on off option for this which is really helpful. Overall very happy thank you great value good job
Been using this tracker activated with a global plan to let my family and friends check where I am as I’ve been backpacking solo. It also doubles up as a safeguard against losing my luggage. I have to charge the batteries every few days, but this hasn’t been a real issue. No complaints.

It’s great, I’m using it to keep an eye on my year 6 children as I’ve started letting them walk to school on their own. I put it in their bags and follow them all the way to school and back.
Found tracking accuracy to be very good for walking (note: app updates tracker location every 30-40 s, so the obvious mini lag when compared to GPS location). App is easy to use and provides (semi) real-time location as well as tracking history information. IMO SafeTag subscription service is one of the best. Looking forward to using the tracker, will update my experiences as well.
I’ve put this in my car just in case anything happens, I like the location history, useful for me to remember where I went!
I recently started letting my oldest walk to school by themselves for the first time, and I have been using this tracker to see where they are and when they get to school. It’s easy to use, really accurate, and it’s great to get notifications when they get to school and leave school. I would highly recommend it to other parents.
