This is fantastic. I bought it for my new Zelda Oled console.
It has tons of storage for games and i like that its an official nintendo one. I paid 16.99 for 128mb which i thought was great value.
Would buy again.
Easy to install, not too bad a price, came quickly and I like the cute little toad design. Probably where the extra money is in this. Normally speaking you can get a normal SD card a lot cheaper but I like this one. Happy with my purchase!
Nice and easy way to pick up your delivery. Arrived in time specified
Would deal with theses again my sons are really happy and really fast delivery thank you
I’ve had it for a few weeks now and works fine. I ordered it while it was on offer, and I don’t recommend anyone buying it unless that’s the case because normally it’s very overpriced when you can get the same thing from the same company for a lot cheeper (minus the toad logo).
After reading some of the feedbacks I was a bit worry. But buy with no fear. Works perfectly for Nintendo Switch. Strongly recommend
Much needed addition to the internal memory! Easy to install
I would like to know how many games it holds
Can be Used as a Standard Memory Card.
It’s not specific to Nintendo so can be used for anything, including my Nikon camera!
Not the fastest on the market, but good value for money!
Plugged in the card and the Switch formatted it so it was really easy to install. Soon after the formatting finished I could swap games from the console to the card.
Great card, was bought to replace my old SD in a hurry. Came a day early which was great, was easy to format ready for the switch. Easily transferred my data using my pc and a microSD card reader. 5/5.
My first SD card for nintendo switch. Good space for 12 games.
Now have lots of triple A games on switch, no problems
It was easy to install in the switch, my kid has all the storage he needs now on the switch
I am all for saving the high street shops – but when it comes to storage & hard drives, Amazon usually wins the best price.
Official & Nintendo branded for switch. Plug & play. 128gb will give you more than enough storage to store plenty of games on your switch.
I bought this because the memory of the Nintendo Switch fills up surprisingly quickly for eShop games. The price isn’t bad for the GB you get and I’m worried that anything other than an official Nintendo memory card won’t work in my Switch. Fortunately, this memory card works perfectly.
Does exactly what you want…insert into nintendo switch format sd card…and configure nintendo to save to sd…job done. No issues and this is a genuine sd card…arrived in good time.
Well worth the money and came very well packaged and delivered on time. Highly recommend this.
Last time I bought another Sd card for my Nintendo Switch Lite. It’s okay as a media player but I couldn’t instal or play games on it. Each time it says a bl***dy error. Then I choose this Sandisk sd card and eventually it working perfectly.
This card was recommended and needed for version of Nintendo that my grandson has recently aquired. I bought it as a present this Christmas, and he is over the moon as he an now use the Nintendo for all the games he got as presents.
Was OK
Just delivery kept changing time and waited all day be deliverd
Job done. 450+ hours of Animal Crossing had eaten my Switch storage like a hungry villager and caused me to archive every other game I own until boom – teeny tiny mushroom card. Extremely easy to use, worked perfectly, reasonable price and has a Super Mario design, what’s not to love.
Bit of a bummer that the system takes 9gb off the storage device. Apart from that it goes great with the switch, ie toad design.
Lovely mario star branding. Easy to install and you do need an update when insertion into switch is complete. Only problem is the install update which you need to format the card takes up space. Sd card size available after update is 231gb. Not a problem as its still great . Stick with this for your data game saves. Going into your data management settings in your switch menu . To transfer save data back and forth from switch oled built in memory. Great produc
128g storage card. Stores info. Slots in the slot. Not much more to say. Was for daughters switch, so no we got the Nintendo branded one. Tbh a generic would have done just as well I think for less money. But it is Still working, so can’t complain.
I got this for my Nintendo Switch as my first mSD card because I mainly stuck to physical.
It is extremely small so was a bit fiddly to insert but thankfully it’s not something you’re going to have to do regularly.
It is a little overpriced since you’re paying for the brand but at least (I think) there has been more care put into the testing of it.
My advice is to buy a bigger size, if you have to buy games that are only available digitally in your country, this card will fill up fast.
If you buy digital expansions & DLC while also having a lot of physical games in comparison, this card will fill up fast.
edit: Not sure if clear but this review is for the 128GB card, if it shows up for the 512GB card then it’s incorrectly linked my review, the 512GB has lasted me great & as usual with these branded cards I’d recommend a sale (Black Friday usually).
I love to play games and I needed more storage, thanks to this I don’t have any problems.
It works perfectly, it took less than 10 seconds for my switch to recognise the card, and it automatically uploads my new game downloads onto the SD card, which is what I was looking for. However, when I checked the storage on the card, it didn’t give me access to the complete 512GB, even after I transferred all the game data from the card to the switch, maybe that’s a normal thing? I don’t think it is, it might just be an issue with my card. But it does still work perfectly, and there were no other issues, except for the initial storage amount. 4/5.
The micro sd card is inside a plastic container really neatly. I got it installed right away in a Nintendo Switch OLED. It was read instantly and ready to use. Speed is great.
This is a great SD card for the switch. But if you plan on just buying digital from the Nintendo store. Then maybe consider the 512gb.
I have about 15 games on my switch and have used just under 100gb already of the sd card.
New to the switch family and grabbed this as my first memory card, and it is a very good size for the price. Have plenty of games installed with only a third taken up. So it has just made life a lot simpler for storage
I got this for half the price it is on the official Nintendo store. Great product, plenty of memory for all my digital games. It was super easy to install. Definitely do not pay full price for this though, wait for the sale!
Was recommended as the ideal memory card for the duration. Downloaded 10 games so far and got over half space left.
This is the one i got but i wanted the yellow lwxar 256gb nintendo switch memory card i will return the white gigastone one back but i dont no how to return it to u
This worth every euro. I went for the big one, couse the memory of the switch oled got full fast. So I thought I will go for the big one. Easy to install works very nice so far.
The price isba bit high, but if you are buying it, it’s probably you want to get a SanDisk with the Nintendo Stamp on it, so you are aware that there are cheaper ones around, but you are a Nintendo fan, so… I paid more because I wanted ahaha the card works fine. I’m use to SanDisk products and I know I can trust them.
You pay a little bit more than a generic memory card but get that extra security and quality so happy
Glad i got this on 50% discount as the price of nintendo branded sd cards is a bit bonkers and you dont even NEED a nintendo branded sd card for your switch to recognise it!
It’s a class 10 sd card, it works for storing game memory and or whatever other purposes you’d need it for if you were to utilise it elsewhere.
Overpriced considering the nintendo branding.
Not as cheap as buying a regular micro SD card, but wanted to be certain it would work with the switch lite, and keeps it apart from the other micro SD cards in the house (nicely bright yellow). Easy to install and worked straight away. Son is happy now. Should provide ample storage for all his gaming needs. Came with a little storage container should you ever need to remove it from the device.
Scan disk maybe not be the cheapest of micro cards but they work they’re fast and have no issues packaging is minimal so little waste all and all good to get. Tried a cheaper card for my switch and it corrupted the data constantly. This card however has been an absolute dream data transfer is fast and i’ve had no issues at all .
sometimes its just bettter to spend that little bit extra for quality.
Bought it when discounted to 99 down from 169. The non-Nintendo branded Sandisk 512gb was around this price anyway so it made sense to grab the Nintendo one.
Bought to replace a 256gb memory card in my Switch as I had maxed it out. I made the mistake of trying to copy to the new card immediately after opening it which ended up not reading in the Switch console properly. After re-formatting the card and copying the old card over again, it worked fine.
Happy to now have a massive 512gb Animal Crossing branded memory card to go with my Animal Crossing Switch console.
Just bought the 512GB card and transferred all my data from my previous 128GB card. All went smooth, works perfectly with my switch so far and I was able to download all my chnky games again 🙂 I currently have 262GB left and I am beyond happy! I can stop being anxious for buying digital! That being said, I hope down the line they release a model for the Switch with 1TB storage.
I bought this for 3 more than the standard Sandisk 128GB since I didn’t want to experience any compatibility issues. What’s more, it looks the part – upbeat tru to the style of Nintendo with its red colour and print of the mushroom and Switch logo. Ultimately it’s not even money spent, since if I ever choose to resell my Switch (not likely any time soon), the SD card will just be added onto the price and the Nintendo one will be more attractive to potential buyers.
To the point; the card comes packaged well cardboard backed with a Mario Kart image, logo and capacity details as well as the Sandisk logo which you’d expect. I was wondering why the card looked a little washed out in colour in the packaging, but opening it up with a pair of scissors I realised it was contained in a little plastic case which is a nice touch for storage and protection
For the very first time I snapped out my Switch kickstand with my finger after difficulties. Powered on the Switch, noted the ‘No SD card’, slid it in and it detected it immediately and prompted me to run an update. 10 seconds later, after a reset, the SD card was showing with 208GB capacity free (I expected to lose a little, since that’s what happens).
So, it worked perfectly and no longer will I have to put up with ‘Not enough space’, since this is all I’m ever likely to need.
