Precautions
Please exercise in a spacious venue, and at the same time make sure that each connection is firm and fasten the rope to prevent the small ball from falling off and hurting people or objects around you, especially children, please do not approach.
Please noted before use:
1. It is recommended to hula hoop for more than 30 minutes.
2. Mainly rely on the waist to exert force, and persist in exercising can achieve the effect of tightening the waist.
3. Do not exercise for half an hour after a meal.
4. Do not put the hula hoop on your neck.
5. Special population: if you have a disease, or are you unwell, or women should avoid exercise during pregnancy/menstruation.

Having never being able to do hoola hooping, I can do this. It’s amazing. I also got 27 links as I’m a bit chubby but had to take 2 off so at 22. Well chuffed, fingers crossed it helps with my weight loss and fitness
Watched a YouTube video to get the correct way for most benefit. I am building up my time with it.
The clipping together was tough but once together was easy to use and no more bending down to pick up the hoop.

Fabulous bit of kit, takes a while to get the hang of it but my goodness it works!
Very easy to assemble and use. Not noticed any results yet, but it can be used no matter your fitness level and you do move your body when it is on, the weight helps massively, so you are exercising.
If you are starting your fitness journey then this is a good start.
I love it. After reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical, yes it’s stiff to get on and off but nothing major and yes it makes noise but you don’t hear it when you got your music on doing the hula hula. I’m two days in and super excited to start seeing my results.

Bought for my daughter. She says you need to wear a t-shirt as links of hoop can nip you.
I got a real workout with them.
I love this concept! I don’t even need to breathe through my mouth or walk away every time I work out, you just need an open space away from anything fragile. I usually start with my feet shoulder-width apart, spin the weighted ball, and then synchronize my movements with the movement of the ball. It’s really easy once you get the hang of it. Then every once in a while, I’ll put my right foot in front for a few minutes and then switch my left foot in front so I can work different muscles. I like to spin the ball halfway through the workout in one direction, then switch to swing it the rest of the way in the other direction.
On my first day with this product, I did a 1 hour workout and burned 520 calories. My heart rate hit 142 BPM by the end of the workout. I’m not kidding when I say these things will give you a real workout. However, if you’re not used to exercising with these weighted hula hoops, or if you say you’re generally not in good shape, I highly recommend you start slowly and work your way up. Maybe 10 minutes the first few days until you’re ready to do 15 or 20 minutes. Then do a 30-minute workout when you’re ready. No matter how many minutes you work out, you’ll burn calories! I will be working out with this hoop every day to lose the belly fat I have accumulated over the past few years.
