Good tablet, value for money with updated software and large screen with ample storage. Better used for browsing and videos. May feel a bit slow at other times.
Pros – Screen size and resolution, storage, updated software including Android, battery life
Cons – Charge and boot time, camera, Wifi 2.4 GHz support only (not a deal breaker)
An additional star for quick after sales support for issue faced during software update.
The table unable to handle the android it’s running not alone any other app it’s freezes on simple task like typing major input lags.
Edit I was contacted by support and offered a full refund with the option to keep the tablet. I all this 100% 5-star support.
I cannot praise the company enough for the afterwards service…they went above and beyond and solved my issue immediately…the tablet is definitely worth buying .

This is a very impressive tablet. I didn’t think I would say this being a loyal Apple and samsung user. This tablet has an impressive battery life. It is very easy to use and has all the functions required. I can’t fault it and for the price its ideal for what my parents use it for. Speed is good and reliable. I would thoroughly recommend it.

I got the tablet as a means of supporting my wargaming hobby. IT does take a bit longer to start up but once it is up and running it is more than sufficient for my requirements i.e. a larger screen for displaying text and painting guides on YouTube.
The tab body and Build up is very strong. Display should be more sharp and clear, also it’s important to improve ram management. For lower pixel density, watching YouTube or photos are not comfortable enough. For lack of better ram management, everything seems slow even when I extend virtual ram 2gb.
Battery life is great.
So, there’s so much to improve, but in this price range, not a very bad deal.

All in all after the Tab 6 I was expecting much more than I got in the Tab 7 and whilst it will do what I require (I do not use very memory hungry games) and so will not be returned, it has blotted Blackview’s copy book with me. I cannot recommend the Tab 7 ( the 10 inch tablet) and it makes me wary about buying any other Blackview products despite being happy with the Tab 6.

A replacement has been offered without being requested so I have changed my rating to account for the excellent customer service. I may update my comments further once the replacement has been received and the unit assessed but at the moment I am impressed by the customer service so have changed my rating to 5 stars
Further update – received a 10 inch tab 12 as a replacement for the unimpressive Tab 7 – I am very happy, much more responsive and quicker to start up. Excellent customer service and now an excellent budget priced tablet. The Tab 12 even has sim card facilities, not that I have used it yet, but the Tab 12 is streets ahead of the Tab 7 and I am very happy with the unit so the 5 star rating now matches the unit in terms of value for money as well as the excellent customer service.
I use the tablet for on line shopping and on line banking. It performs speedily and efficiently and I have not encountered any problems.

I love how easy to use this tablet is. With the extendable RAM, it provides fast running speeds and very responsive action. The battery is very good, certainly big enough to last all day streaming videos, which is why I got it. The screen is high quality, and good depth of colour. Well worth buying
Bought to replace my ageing Samsung tablet, it is a little bit on the slow side, but does exactly what it says on the box.
Great item, large screen. Bit slow on gaming but enjoying it! battery doesn’t last longer than half a day when gaming

Update. Customer service of the seller have been in touch and have provided me with different solutions how to resolve my issue with this tablet. All I can say this technology is for certain budget,so don’t expect miracles like I did, but their customer service is second to none and will go out of their way to help you if you do encounter any issues

Tried a different model and had manufacturers issues right away so was very sceptical of going away from my tried and trusted Lenovo brand, but opted for this as a last ditch before going back to safety and I was shocked. I mainly use a tablet for sky go, live, recordings, movies, etc .. it’s basically my portable TV. I do use Facebook, amazon, messenger, check emails etc but nothing intense other than watching tv. When I first saw it in the box I was shocked, it looked horrid, like corrugated plastic, then realised after removing it this was a moulded case already placed on it, but easy to just remove if you want to like I did.
Build quality is good and a usb to usb-c adaptor included is very useful if you want standard usb connection.
Needed changing first and took 3-4 hours but that’s fine, powered up quickly and set up was simple like any other android tablet. This is still day 1 and still getting around but overall set up is just like other, standard tablets I’ve had. Screen quality for viewing is fantastic and download speeds are good.
So far no complaints, and very good quality but will update in a few days after it’s been really put through it’s paces but first impression is a very good product and at a great price.
had to replace my samsung tab3 which could not get repaired. even samsung were not interested. It was more economic to replace. The blackview is as good if not better than the old samsung. well pleased with set up and performance
So far so good for uny use ! We’ll see in the next few weeks how it goes… For now battery life is good and it doesn’t freeze.
