Well, all I can say is that my seedlings have (mostly) germinated this year and much more quickly than usual. I’m putting it down to using the addition of this vermiculite to my seed compost. Wish the Scottish climate was as helpful !

I bought this because the price was good for a 20 litre bag. It arrived on the promised day. The package was heavily wrapped in clingfilm. I took this as a warning and unwrapped it outdoors. Below the clingfilm was a plastic bag filled to capacity and heat sealed. When I cut open the bag I was glad I had opened it outdoors because a moderate amount of vermiculite spilled out. The quality of the vermiculite appears to be excellent for seeds and cuttings.
