Really good solid product, would highly recommend. Also customer service is fantastic, had a minor issue after about a year of having the phone holder and within an hour they had shipped a replacement part.
I have acquired 3 of these and one of the pieces broke. I shared some pictures of the broken element and a new one was quickly dispatched. Really good customer service.
I liked the ease of use, the flexibility of positions; and after having other models previously, this one has been very stable; my make of car does not lend itself fixing phone holders, no flat surfaces, but this one works very well.
This is a fabulous product and the adhesion and suction power are amazing. I will always buy Vanmass now and couldn’t recommend them more. I’ve never had a dashboard device that didn’t fall off but Vanmass stays in place and it’s still as strong after 20 months!
I purchased this product and hoped it would be worth the money. it arrived and the sticker didn’t quit worked, but the product itself is excellent. it functions as needed and holds your phone while not blocking the view.
after over a year of using it, it suddenly broke. But after contacting customer service they’ve sent me a new one Which arrived quickly.
Purchased this a little over a year ago, very happy with the mount, easy to use and holds phone securely. Unfortunately after 13 months of use the threaded joint on the back of the mount snapped rendering it unusable. Contacted Vanmass and provided a photo of the failed item and within 5 days they had sent me a brand new replacement. Even better looking at the new item it is clear that the design/materials have been updated to avoid a repeat of this failure. Good product development, great customer service.
Our product broke after a few months. Communication about this problem was swift and polite and the issue was resolved quickly. I would be happy to deal with this company again.

Sturdy product that does not fall off the dashboard or windscreen. Mine came with lots of accessories for dashboard/windscreen/air vent. I’ve bought cheaper phone holders in the pass but always regretted it. Support also very proactive and helpful.
My husband and I have been using this brand Vanmass over a year. It’s really well made and adhesion is super. Their service is nice and hassle-free as well. I highly recommend this brand.
I use it with the air vent support and I have to say that is really good and stabile. I did not use the suction support so cannot give a review on it, but seeing the quality of the product I guess it is good.

Can’t recommend this mount highly enough. It’s really study and good quality. I use it on my ioniq 5. If you ever have any issues even after some time, contact support and they go the extra mile to help and advise.
Having had a couple of phone holders in the past at around 10, I opted to spend a little more. I’m pleased I did. This is a robust, well thought through product. All holders look the same in the photos, but they are most definitely not. Buy cheap, buy twice!
Had a slight issue with the first mount I received. Contacted vanmass and they responded within a matter of hours, and shipped out a replacement which arrived a couple of days later. The mount itself is of good quality, clearly built to better standards than most other brands.
Unfortunately this item was unsuitable for my vehicle’s dashboard as it’s a leather effect. Vanmass offered an adhesive pad to resolve the issue but as no flat area on my dashboard large enough for product base this wouldn’t work either. Vanmass promptly refunded cost. Although not suitable for my purposes quality of product is excellent and customer service exceptional.
Very easy to put together, sturdy and fits onto window very easily with the suction pad and lever. The holder has a arms that clasp the phone in tight, and a button to release the phone. I have used it a couple of times, and the phone has remained in position on both occassions. Im very impressed with my purchase, and would definitely recommend.
I bought this product so I could use my phone as a Sat Nov on linger journeys so I woukd have up to date travel information on the go. I used the attachment for my car vent which works well and is very sturdy. When I tried to change the attachment to use in a different car the circle part for the attachment broke in two pieces. However, I contacted Vanmoss immediately and they were superb. They quickly responded and sent me a replacement with fast delivery. I am very impressed with their service and would recommend to others.

This holder is really sturdy in holding my phone and also attaching to the air con vent.
It does the job well, but I think it’s a little overpriced.
My last phone holder was prone to falling off. This one is great quality and sticks to my windscreen firmly.
I’ve had this for over a year. I use it on the dashboard with the sticker because of the textured surface. It’s held my phone securely, despite slight wobbling the in the arm and rotation of the base. This does sap confidence a little. I’ve deducted a star because of this.
Now I have a larger phone I wish it had adjustable feet like the newer models.
After loving the product for over 12 months I had an issue with the rear holder screw assembly. After raising the issue within 24 hours they had sent me a new unit!
I brought the car holder 2 years ago and the car holder suddenly fell off from the car vent connector. As it has 36 months warranty, I got in contact to the Vasmass customer service. They have given a very quick response and sent me the replacement straight away with follow up email to ensure I have received the replacement! Very good customer service! Overall I am happy with the product itself, fit for purpose!
This Vanmass produxt is one off the best i have ever gotten and used in the lastb2 years. Used on every single Vehicle i drive and keeps phone in good position aswell. Never a problem with it sticking to any window. Rexommed anybody to buy this prosuct and use it.

Well packaged and well made. Grips the phone well. Unfortunately the tightening nut eventually failed but after contacting supplier it was replaced free of charge without any fuss and received within 2 days. Excellent customer service. Would recommend this company and shall certainly use again when the need arises.
Used the sticky disc to attach to the dashboard in a Citroen C1 and despite the considerable curve on the dashboard it’s still holding tight three weeks later. If it doesn’t hold, plan B will be to still to the windscreen. Great that there are three options here (including the airvent clip). Excellent product.
I bought 2 of them unfortunately both is not working try to email them I explain it they post 2 of them I get it fast both is working well without any issue as I told best customer servis
Bought 2 of these after seeing the reviews and its a cool holder. I do a lot of light off road and its nice to film some live on to my Facebook page and this holder does the job and it great that you can alter it length and orientation to suit your needs. Highly recommend.

A very solid, practical device (with a couple of configuration options) that is easy to fit and adjust. Saying that, I had a slight mishap with the included sticky pad on an unfriendly dashboard that meant it didn’t stick firmly. Contacted customer service, who sorted me out immediately, not just with a spare sticky pad but some specific guidance on where best to place it in my car model. Couldn’t really ask for more, went straight on and stuck firm second time around.
A very nice chunky holder. I was going to attach it to a chest of doors next to my desk but, using the suction pad alone, it kept falling off.
I didn’t want use the adhesive pad so I now have it standing upright on my desk. My phone is clear my of paperwork, is in easy reach and the screen is easy to read. That’s all I wanted.

I bought this phone holder after reading the reviews from many happy customers – and I was soon one of them. Unfortunately, after more than a year, part of the ball joint on the mounting broke and I contacted Vanmass. Sophia on the customer service desk was amazing. She was prompt and helpful in dealing with the issue, my phone holder was quickly replaced, and the follow-up to check I was happy with the action taken was an unexpected but very welcome surprise. All-in-all, exceptional service.
Cleaned the surface with rubbing alcohol, but still the plate for the fixing the suction pad never supported the phone and would peel off. Lasted for a couple of days, at the most. Very disappointing.
ADDENDUM…..
Since writing this review I have been contacted by Vanmass with the offer of a product that should support a larger phone. They didn’t need to do this as my original purchase was over 2 years ago, but they did. I might have been disappointed in my original purchase, but Vanmass’s customer service is exceptional so any buyer should talk to them with any issues, and I am sure a solution will be offered.

I have to say the customer care with this company is faultless.
The cradle is great and worked really well in my ford mondeo. After a year though I had a slight issue with one of the attachments. The customer care even after a year of ownership couldn’t have been better. Very impressed.
Bought this for my sons VW Polo. He mainly uses the air vent clip for mounting to use sat nav. Not used the suction cup yet but appears to be of good quality.
He used it recently as sat nav air vent mounted on a 500+ mile round trip and said it was secure at all times. Only downside is that it is a bit pricey.
The mount was easy to place and held solid when in use. Accessories supplied are useful giving options to how the mount is used.
Support has been quick and promptly resolved my queries.
After sales communication and care has been excellent throughout.
We have got one in each car and I even bought one for my Mum. As a delivery driver, this is a fantastic holder. Sturdy doesn’t fall off and can cope with the phone being put in and out multiple times. Highly recommend.

Using the VANMASS Car Phone Holder allowed me to mount and position the phone on the dashboard so it was easily seen while driving and without obscuring any vision of the road compared to when I use my Sat Nav which mounts on the windscreen.
Having made a 200 mile trip using the Holder and my phone for directions – I would recommend this over my Sat Nav for directions while driving
This product is extremely flexible and well designed and has allowed me to position my device in the perfect location when navigating, it adheres extremely well when used with the provided plastic mounting disk. I had a minor issue in that the suction cup stuck so well that it sustained some minor damage when I was switching it for use in another vehicle, however the customer service was very prompt and polite, dispatching a replacement part on next day delivery, can’t ask for much more than that.
This Vanmass phone holder for the car is very easy to install and the customer service team at Vanmass is excellent. The adhesive sticker was affected by the sub zero temperature( -10 ) and they sent me a replacement within 24hours, which was amazing.
Sophia from the team kept me up to date and checked after delivery that my issue was resolved. You don’t get this service often but I have to say I was extremely impressed by the care that was shown.
I bought a mobile phone holder for my car as to update my sat nav I was quoted 400 the mobile phone holder was under 25!!!! It’s a great product, really easy to use and solid and substantial. I find it very useful when I am in an area with lots of new roads which aren’t on my cars sat nav, it also always an alternative to the cars sat nav. Very happy with this product and Vanmass’s service.
I bought this one after getting a cheaper phone holder that my phone would fall out of all the time and it came loose a few times, but this one has been perfect. After installing a few months ago, it hasn’t come off at all, even with some rough driving. I had to get in touch with customer service as the release button on the back was very stiff and sometimes unusable, and they were so fast in replying to me, and very transparent about the production issue. They immediately sent a free replacement, it arrived the next day and has been perfect since. Can’t recommend them enough for quality and customer assistance.
This is a top quality product. Both the car mounts (adjustable arm / suction cup and air vent clamp) are strong and stable. (The air vent mount stability does of course depend on the design and robustness of the car vent louvres).
The phone cradle is solid and easy to adjust for different phones.

I’ve had several car phone mounts and I’d say this is easily the best. On the plus side, it’s very flexible in terms of installation, and the phone is held firmly with no danger of slipping. I’ve not needed to use the included sticky pad as the suction is very strong as long as you put it on a smooth surface. However there is a design issue with the placement of the side jaws, which can impede access to my Pixel 7 Pro’s volume button, though not to the extent of making it unusable. I also had to contact the manufacturer as the release button started to stick, but they were very helpful and sent a replacement.
First and foremost the product is the best car mobile phone holder I have ever purchased. I am genuinely shocked how strong the suction mount is when fitted to the windscreen. The fucntion of playing the mobile in the holder and releasing it very easy to do and unlike others in the past has not let me down by this mechanism breaking. The most has the other standard adjustments to help you get the mobile in place at the perfect ankle for you to view whilst driving.
I did have a minor issue more down to how I used the product rather than a fault with it. However, Van massive has been amazing and replaced the part with me without any quibble and even sent it out on an express delivery service. I am so impressed with the product and the after sales product support. Should anyone require a mobile holder no need to look elsewhere!
Be careful where you put it as once it’s in place you’ll need strong fingers to get it back off, it will come off and restick no problem, but boy does it stick.
Doesn’t vibrate or move when it’s got a large phone in, mines a Galaxt S22 Ultra, and no problems with movement or vibration.
It feels like it’s got neoprene on the side arms and bottom holders that grip your phone, if it’s not neoprene then it’s got very good quality foam.
It was so good I bought a second one for my other car.
When I did have an issue with one of the mounts the company got back in touch within a day or so and asked for photos and the model number, I sent these and within a couple of hours I received an email saying that they were going to send me a replacement straight away, which I received 2 days later, this was after 13 months use.
Cannot fault the Company, the Product or the Customer Service.
