I’ve tried various phone holders and this one is fantastic. I have it stuck to the window with the pad. It holds the phone very securely and there is no movement at all. It’s withheld the heat through the window and not made the holder fall off like other ones have.
Really impressed.
This is a very solid product and offers multiple ways of affixing your mobile phone. Don’t waste your time and money on cheaper products, you’ll only end up disappointed!! You have been warned…!
Just fitted it but it is certainly more robust and better made than cheaper ones I’ve had in the past and I am sure it will last a lot longer. Well worth the money.
A robust piece of kit that secures very well to an air vent. One of the best systems I have seen. It’s the 2nd one I have bought and they are proving to be smart purchases.
Just set this up in my van and it’s very good and sturdy.

I bought this for the vent holder function. Havent used the suction pad, so cant comment on that. But the phone holder itself, in conjunction with the vent clip is awesome. The vent clip is metal, and solid. Once you tighten it (it has an adjustable screw), it is really solid and sturdy and doesn’t go anywhere. The phone holder itself is solid and has nice quick release function. Overall really happy with this, been using it months now. Also just bought a new one for my wifes car, I was so happy with it.

It is well made and designed. I particularly like the many different positions you can adjust it to.
I have used the rubber sucker to attach to my dashboard.
Three days later it’s still firmly attached and looks very smart.
It holds my smart phone with no problem,even when making adjustments.

It feels very sturdy. I like the fact it offers a few different fitting options & they both work well. I would say the sturdiest is the suction one. I have that on my windscreen & so far no movement at all, even with the arm fully extended. The air vent clip option is in my husbands vehicle and works better in his vehicle than the suction one would. This means we can just unscrea & swap the phone holder between vehicles which is fine for our use.
So many car phone holders are a disappointment, this one definately isn’t.
If you have a BMW this product is useless. It don’t stick to the dash, It may be good in the window but id rather it wasn’t there and as for the vent attachment, I now have to buy a whole new vent as it destroyed it.
Although I wasn’t happy with the product, Their customer service contacted me and issued a full refund after reading my review, It went from a bad experience to a very pleasant one. I recommend you try it because if you have any issues, They will be resolved.

Had this for nearly a year and it’s still working as well as it did on day 1 with almost daily use.
It’s a good strong phone holder and seems to stay still, but it’s not as good to stick to the dashboard if its not flat as stated. Does the job.
Great movement, really annoying vibration rattle. Compromises the quality somewhat as I am slightly distracted by it (which I realise is on me).

We use these in work vans and our car, can’t be used if you have a big wrap around phone case, has to be taken out, but it deffinately does the job its meant to do
Fits on dashboard hope I can remove it when necessary. Does not obstruct vision like my old one did. Does vibrate a bit but road conditions don’t help much as the roads are terrible at the moment. Pleased with this item would recommend.
I’ve had many of these that keep falling off when weather changes or just fall off in general due to poor suction. This holder is the best I’ve ever used. It arrives in a small box with everything you need for easy assembly and fixation. Once attached it is very stable and if anything you may struggle getting them off your screen! It is powerful, sturdy and adaptable. Perfect!
Pricey. But works well. Good fit using air vent. Secure. Holds S22 ultra in Spigen armour case securely. Would recommend.
This is the best phone holder I’ve ever bought. Yes, the price is slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for . The construction is sturdy and is very easy to set up. The suction power of the base is excellent , and the holder is strong enough to hold my phone in place without having to take the cover off. The choice of holders within the one package is an extra bonus. All in all an excellent product.
Suction cup is good and the bracket from it can be tighten to angle it, the bar coming from can be adjusted to lengthen or shorten. This connect by a ball and socket joint to the piece which holds the phone so you can swivel it about 45 degrees in any direction.
Have only had for a fortnight but very happy with it, also comes with a shorter bracket to hang from the vents in the car.

I little tricky to get into exactly the right position but absolutely will not come off the windscreen until you want it to.
Very strong .. stays in place even on those cold days when other ones have fallen off many times.

Very sturdy. I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max in an Otterbox Defender case and it holds it perfectly. Very happy with the quality of this holder.
The mobile phone holder is well constructed, aesthetically pleasing and easy to use and assemble my wife loves it. We ordered a replacement as the one delivered was missing a spindle. The Vanmass guys could not have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
This phone holder works on the vent as expected, very easy to install. Did not use the suction part so can’t comment on that.
The only draw back, is that it mentioned it would work with the iPhone and a mag wallet, yes it does sort of, as long as one clips it in firmly. Would have liked the bottom holding clip to be a little longer.
Used on a Skoda Yeti 2014. I decided on the air vent fitting on the right hand side of the driver (UK).
It holds an iphone 11 in its case very snugly. It seems very secure. I didn’t use the suction mount
as I prefered the air vent fitting.
This car phone holder is brilliant. I use it for a Samsung s22 ultra and I honestly thought it would be too heavy but it stays in place without a problem unlike most holders, you don’t have to have it on a smooth surface which gives you more choices of where to place it. 10 stars.

It’s easy to install, the suction seems strong and the adhesive just as strong. So it stays firmly in place (so far), no shaking when driving over bumps. The phone stays firmly in place too.
I used it on my dash and not the window as my car is small. I did want to use the ball in the vent but my vents are slightly too small for the attachment.

Fantastic holder at a very reasonable price. The holder has a great range of adjustment and is very sturdy. I wanted to move it on the windscreen but the suction power was so good, I had to get a screwdriver to ease the suction pad off the screen. Would definitely recommend.
After a lot of research I opted for the VANMASS Ultimate Car Phone Holder Mount (I bought 2, one each for my daughter and I). We haven’t been disappointed, the holders are very sturdy and once in place don’t budge. Very happy with the design and range of adjustability as well as the 2 different mounting options.
Even when my holder developed a minor fault the customer services team were fantastic and sent a replacement part which arrived next day, which was very reassuring. I would definitely but from VANMASS again.
I love the product as I have had it before. I have brought one for my daughter and when the replacement part arrives, she will experience this quality product as well.Already had phone holder, and am so happy with it.Ordered another one for my daughter, unfortunately they was an issue with the cradle. Bought this to replace my old magnetic phone holder. My dashboard is a bit of a weird shape but this was really easy to install and the extending arm meant I could position my phone in a comfortable place. I was worried that it would press the volume buttons on my phone since they’re pretty far down but it holds strong just under the buttons. Was also worried the locking mechanism would be awkward to use compared to the magnet holder but in practice it’s really easy. I’ve only used it once so far but the build quality feels nice, hopefully it continues to hold up.
Really good phone holder however – brought on 2/12 and on 24/12 the phone holder came off as the suction just wasn’t there anymore. If the suction was better this would of been a 10/10 phone holder
Update 14/02 – i received an email from elsa and she arranged for another to be sent out and i have had no issues since. Appreciate this company sending out another for me. Like i said in my previous comment the phone holder is a really good phone holder and the only issue was the suction but this had now been resolved
The suction cup itself is sticky, and the suction is also strong. The device has three joints to allow you to change its angle height / drop (two) plus one to change the angle the phone faces the driver. It has an extendable arm to allow the phone to be positioned closer to you. The fixings do up tight so it does not move. The sides of the mount squeeze together to grip the phone securely, and a button on the left of the mount releases the phone.
There is an attachment to allow you to remove the mount from the arm and then affix to an air vent grip.
We’ve used this for several hundred miles of driving with no problems (no rattling, no lose of suction, no drooping). I use a Samsung S20 and experience no difficulties, even with it in it’s rubber protective case.
I have not tried to secure it to the dashboard as I prefer the window, but with the stickyness of the suction cup I believe that it would not be a problem.
Considering it is most likely ‘made in china’ I feel that this is a good quality product.
Disappointed in this after using it for a few weeks.
The extra stickiness on the suction pad is great if you don’t plan to ever move it again, but if you need to ever take it out of one car to put it in another it becomes a massive pain in the ass and I had to get a knife to pry it off.
Also, the release button for the clamp is only on the left side of the holder, this is very difficult to reach due to the shape of the dash on my car and means I can’t easily release it with my right hand, when mounted on the right side of the steering wheel, very annoying.
Finally, the feet at the bottom are very long and fixed, they don’t rotate at all, this makes it incredibly difficult to swipe the bottom of the iPhone screen to easily switch between apps, making it much more distracting and difficult when trying to swipe between say the sat nav app and spotify.
EDIT: The manufacturer reached out to me and sent me an alternative one to try with the button on the back. Incredible customer service. I’ve bumped my rating up to 4 stars, as it does seem good quality, but the service is also excellent, which is rare for companies that sell through amzon these days
