Awesome Keyboard for the price, can’t yet comment on the longevity of the switches but it feels and sounds really good for the price if you don’t need a software.
The sound of the keyboard is really nice!! There are so may amazing colours and types of lights to choose from on the keyboard so there’s plenty to choose from. It comes with a keycap remover which is also really nice since I didn’t have one before. The cable of the keyboard is also really nice and helps me keep things organised. The colour of the keys are also really nice. Overall a really good keyboard would highly recommend.
Los switches son bastante buenos, muy sensibles pero si te acostumbras al tacto es una maravilla, recomiendo poner que tengas dos idiomas en el sistema para escribir algunas cosas.
Good keyboard overall, very clicky so consider whether you’d want to change switches. Left control button stopped working about a month in but otherwise very responsive
Es precioso, de buena calidad y se puede configurar las luces y dems. De lo mejor en relacin calidad precio siendo 60% mecnico. Hay que tener en cuenta que el teclado no es en espaol.
Nice enough keyboard backlight is really good and you can adjust it more if you press page up or down with whatever button it was to change it which is not mention in manual even tho it talks about the other changes
Been wanting a rgb keyboard as i like to play in the dark i was also looking for a nice sounding click and a keyboard that felt sturdy and looked nice, this keyboard delivered all of this and after about 3 months of using its as good and responsive as it was. One problem i had was that i received it with us keyboard so the @ button was on 2 while i had to press the , button but i got used to that, the program i was told to download also didnt work but i was fine without it. Overall great sturdy keyboard nice selection of rgb options and sounds lovely when i type
For this being my first 60% keyboard, this is the best keyboard I have ever used. I was a little worried about missing at least the arrow keys but they have added them with the help of the function button, of which I have gotten very used too. The keys are also very quiet being they are red optical switches, which I love since nobody in my house or on my microphone can hear. Love this product and a good starter keyboard for someone getting into 60%!!!
A really nice looking keyboard.
The colour combination really stands out.
Keys are nice to press.
No ghosting on the keys from my testing.
There were no false inputs either.
A very nice keyboard for the price, recommended.
This is a lovely keyboard. The ivory/grey/orange colour combination is classy and stylish. The “proper” keys have a great feel and make a small click so you are in no doubt you have connected. Great for gaming maybe not so much for working all day unless you are used to a mechanical keyboard. 100% reliability with no lost connections or batteries to worry about being (substantially) wired with a choice of connectors too. The small form is a boon for the smaller desk though legs for elevation would have been nice. Love the lights too but non-gamers may find them a bit gimmicky.
My stepson is a MASSIVE PC Gamer and always has favoured the Mini Keyboard. Personally, I prefer a Game Pad, but if I have to play on a keyboard am a bit OLD SKOOL and prefer the full-size one. He has been hassling me for almost a year now, so switch to a Mimi Mechanical one, and said it will make the gaming more enjoyable… I was doubtful, but this was my opportunity to give it a shot…
Aside from its size, you really notice the difference between the key presses when using a standard keyboard vs a mechanical one. The spring in the key is firmer, and there is a very satisfying “click” every time you hit the keys. I cannot say I found the keys any more responsive, as all decent keyboards have an instant response, but it was nice to use and I will certainly carry on using it.
The colouring of the keyboard is nice, and the backlight effect certainly in a dark room is very nice. I like this keyboard a lot, and think for 45 its very good value for money, as it feels strong and very hard wearing.
The YINDIAO T8 is a small-form budget mechanical gaming keyboard. My first impression of the T8 is its small form, compared to a regular-sized keyboard it’s very compact, and it would be great for smaller desk spaces. The build quality is very nice, it feels durable, and has a nice weight to it. The keys have a nice sound to them when hit, very satisfying.
The keyboard backlights are very fun, there are a lot of colour patterns, the lights are very bright and vivid, it can be solid backlit or you can have your very own light show. It does help for typing in low-light environments.
Although the keyboard is small the cable is very chunky, I feel like it should be either wireless or have a more lowkey cable because if you are using it for a small space the cable is going to annoy you.
Another issue was the keyboard has no elevation stand, it’s flat down, now some people might not mind this but I was surprised you couldn’t tilt the keyboard, I don’t enjoy typing flat.
Overall I enjoyed testing this keybaord, it a fun small-form wacky light show of a keyboard, checkout my video of all the different light modes.
The feel of this keyboard is very comfortable for prolonged periods of time. It’s spacious with large keys, which makes it easy for me to type quickly, without making many mistakes.
It’s extremely responsive and is great for gaming.
My favourite parts of it are the visual aspects. In daylight it looks like a really cool 80s retro keyboard. At night when it’s dark, when this lights up, it looks fantastic! I’m surprised there are no photos of it lit up in the dark from the seller, as it’s such a big part of the appeal of this to me.
The build quality is very good and all in all, for the current 45.99 price, I think this is fairly priced.
Keyboard is a much needed upgrade from my 10 one I got from Tesco. It feels and sounds pretty great. I’ll definitely get another if required
I got this to replace my full sized keyboard for my gaming/entertainment PC. I have both personal and work machines at the same desk so space is precious. As well as being able to identify which peripheral is for which machine.
The keyboard is brilliant. It’s plug and play, so just plug in and it’s ready to go. They include the required cables for connection. So it’s very easy to setup.
The mechanical keys are very comfortable and feel lovely under hand.
The star of the show is the LED effects. There are sveral strobing, pulsating and fading effects to choose from aswell as the brightness. You can adjust this easily with the function keys.
The keyboard does have a usbc connection so can connect to anything with a usbc port, and does it quite well. I tested on my very old smartphone and it worked a treat. No more typing with the edge of my thumbs!
Highly recommended
Yindiao T8 is one of the better cheap keyboards I had so far. It has good key gaps, easy to press keys and it is supper user friendly. However, there are a few things I do not really like about it.
The first and most important thing is the keys themselves and clicking on them. Yes, I agree that It is advertised as blue “clicky” buttons but this is sort of too much for me. I am typing sometimes for 2-3 hours straight and the constant clicking noise can be very frustrating and not allowed to focus. Another thing I noticed is that when the buttons are pressed and released vigorously you can hear some metal or spring-like sound. The sound is like the slightest tap on a metal sheet or a pot.
The second most important thing which is connected to the buttons is the SPACE button. As far as I’ve noticed space button can be a real pain with nearly every keyboard and a shallow and plastic hit sound can be heard. It is the same thing with this keyboard but combined with the click sound.
The “clicky” and I’d say “clanky” buttons are the major flaw of me this keyboard. But again I am saying FOR ME. Someone else could enjoy this keyboard as much as it can get irritating for me.
Regarding to typing speed and layout, I’d say this is the keyboard I got used to very quickly and I like how fast and easily the speed can be achieved by transitioning to this keyboard.
All the other functions that this keyboard has worked perfectly fine and LED modes are super good and give a great effect to it. However, another downside I could notice is the instructions. The booklet is so tiny and low-quality print that it is nearly unreadable and if this is your first keyboard and you need to learn special functions through instructions you will struggle.
If you like the clicky and clanky and fancy keyboards at the same time I can recommend this keyboard to you but If you are taking typing professionally and seriously I’d recommend you invest in a better and quieter keyboard.
This is a delightful little keyboard. We initially wanted to replace our big chunky keyboard on our desktop with something a little more fun and pleasing to use. However my teen daughter has found it can also be easily connected to her Samsung galaxy tablet using a regular USB C to USB C wire. She’s now using it on there for everything from playing games to study work.
The keyboard has some amazing lighting settings and really does look very impressive in the dark. It’s also a joy to use – each key makes a lovely click sound when pressed. Both myself and my daughter find this quite soothing!
The keyboard came well packaged with instructions and cables to get you started, and it’s plug and play so no messing around with set ups.
I have nothing but praise for this wonderful keyboard – it really is a gem!
This keyboard is great. Saves space and feels great when typing.
