Very happy with purchase, I got the 14kg one. It’s a bit bulkier than expected. I was after something in which I could wear a shirt or T-shirt and it almost be invisible. Side note, I’m not sure if this exists. It’s not super bulky but the pockets are at the front and with all the weights in it does bulge out a T-shirt or shirt (infact I wouldn’t wear it with a shirt). But if you wear a T-shirt on the baggy side it’s fine.
My previous weighted vest died courtesy of the strap coming away from the main body of the vest. This was likely due to the relatively lightweight the strap was stitched in and the fact the straps needed constant tightening during a rigorous run.
There’s no such concerns with this vest. It has multiple pockets allowing you to swap in and take out 0.7kg weights to get the desired settings. Everything feels tight and secure when in place, courtesy of the quality stitching and material.
The vest goes over the head and there’s plenty of space in the armpit area as the straps go across the waist, meaning you won’t get chaffing across the ribs when running.
I was really pleased with the straps. Once snapped in place, it’s a case of drawing the straps forwards to tighten. The weights are evenly distributed so you won’t feel the strain on the shoulders, front or back. More importantly, the vest stays nicely in place when running, with only movement up and down. This is great as I find the constant pounding of a vest when running both distracting as well as tiring.
At 46.99 this is relatively pricey, but for this you get a secure, robust comfortable weighted vest. Caution only advised as they suggest handwash only.
Wow, well it certainly works as intended! So heavy that it hurts my shoulders after 5 minutes of wearing it but I’m guessing it’s the type of thing you just have to get used to. Feels way heavier than 14kg
This review is about the 5kg – 9kg version. Taking advice that one should keep the weight of the vest to 10% of body weight, it was easy to use the individual 0.7kg wts to reach the required weight. It fits snugly enough for use with exercises such as walking around, balance paths, step-ups, farmer’s carry and so but this reviewer hasn’t tried to jog with it on. Excellent price to performance value.
I ordered a weight adjustable vest to help with my workouts, I wear the vest to add extra weight when doing push ups, squats, pull ups and chin ups etc…. It is very comfortable and if I want a short but tough workout, I just put more weights into it. Excellent all round product.

Firstly I can’t believe I got this for 50, the 10kg version is more expensive than the 20kg version!?!? Either way I’m ecstatic with this buy! Very high quality vest with pure iron weights that you can take out. You can take all 20 out and the vest is like a feather! 20kg is very heavy though I plan on using it for walking. It fits big guys, to a maximum of 50inches so even for huge and wide people! Glad with this buy it looks the part and everything is premium quality. It’s selling for double the price in the USA and it’s nearest European competitor is 99 so I’m genuinely suprised with this price I bought it as soon as I saw it and I really am not disappointed by it. If its still 50 when you’re reading buy it ASAP it should be atleast double that! Also delivery was literally in a few days much faster than expected.

The best fits well, and is a great aid, good idea to be able to remove some weight from the 14 kg vest, even in first use with 5kg removed 9 kgs takes getting used to.
My son loves this wears at most of the time.
Use it for working out to increase resistance because my hands aren’t strong enough to hold a heavier barbell
This vest arrived as advertised, in good condition. I got the 9-14kg version. It’s great for extending my body-weight exercises. Compared to the other, much more expensive, vests, it might be a bit less versatile, but for me and my relatively simple regime, it’s perfect.
Did not like the open weight pocket on one side
