Telescopic ladder seems sturdy enough. The instructions are blurry and not clear. So let’s hope I got this right! To add the stabiliser bar you need to remove the black plastic from the slots then slot in stabiliser bar. The black treads then slot on to each end with a big push and bit of strength. Then you put the bolts through and try and do the nuts up tight. This I found really tricky and couldn’t tighten them up completely. Hopefully two pairs of hand should do it one to hold the bolt in place the other person to tighten up the nut!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWas looking for an extendible ladder that when folded would not take up too much room and this one fits the bill.It is not too heavy and moveable and when folded to its smallest size and does not take too much room for storage.

Easy to extend. Watch your fingers when you collapse it. Neat and tidy. Compact nature makes it easy to store. Does just what I expected it to, and its no too heavy to carry around ( I did chose the 2.6m one to keep the weight down ).

I’m writing this before using the ladder. It seems strong and the instructions on how to expand and contract it are clear with a good emphasis on safety. However it came with extra bits which were not referred to at all in the instructions – not even in the diagrams. There are two optional hooks for the top, which is OK, something which may be intended to help with leaning against a curved surface like a pipe (maybe), and what seems to be a couple of rubber feet and a rectangular beam to hold the feet in place – these can be seen on the Amazon web site. However, it looks like the design has changed and one can no longer fit the beam, as the slots intended for it are permanently filled with black plastic plugs! This is all very confusing. I’ve either misunderstood or I have some redundant parts. Strange.

Good ladder, but comes with mysterious extra bits

I liked that when you extended it autolocks the rungs.Stability is achieved by adding the extra footbar at the base of the ladder. And it so light in weight you can move it around easily.

    Easy stored ladder.
