Place your pop-up gazebo in the centre of the area to be sheltered. Remove the carry bag and stand the gazebo on its feet. Check to make sure that the roof struts are not stuck before moving.

With your partner on the opposite side, grasp two outer legs, slightly lift the frame off the ground and take a small step backwards. Be careful not to pull backwards too hard as this can result in the side supports bending.

Push the top and bottom of the diamond formed by side supports together. Then move to the opposite corner and do the same, move from one corner pole to the other taking a small step backwards each time until the gazebo is almost fully open.

You and your partner should each place a foot on the foot plate of the bottom of adjacent legs and lift up the leg, sliding the inner leg out until the snap button locks in the locating hole. Repeat this operation for the other two legs.

A sturdy, spacious gazebo. Made with a rubberised fabric to resist rain but I wouldn’t recommend leaving it out in a downpour as water tended to collect on the roof and cause it to dip, with slight leakage at the seam.
Likewise, don’t leave it out in strong winds unless you are absolutely sure it is secured. Rolling across the garden in a storm would probably wreck it.
Comes complete with side panels, carry bag and even leg bags to put weights in for when there is a slight breeze.
All in all, very pleased with my purchase.

Ideally takes two people to put it up but it is easy to do so.
Excellent head space inside, much larger than it looks in the pictures.
    Sturdy, easy to take down.
It is not the prettiest gazebo around as it’s a bit basic but it does the job & it does it well.
Transport is a bit tricky, had to buy a roof rack due to the length of the poles.

For what it is – a pop-up gazebo- it did a good job. It is not a tent and other reviewers obviously think it should be. It is spacious and was fine in a light breeze. I would only ever use it for parties and if you need something weatherproof that will resist gales you need a heavy duty tent. My only quibble preventing 4 stars was that there were bits missing from the wind stabilising bars where they are supposed to attach to the main frame. Hopefully they will send these on after reading this review.

Bought the white version in 2016 for use by my Girl Guide unit (and myself on occasion), and it has stood up to all that they – and the weather – could throw at it. The white is lovely and light for working under, but when the weather is very hot it does get rather too hot underneath, even without the sides on, so better in some shade if you buy white. The only gripe I have is that the plastic clips for the wind bars are very fragile, and are about the only part for which spares are not available unless you buy the bars as well – but we got round that by using gaffer tape! Have never had any problem with it in the rain in the nearly 3 years – and wet camps – that I’ve had it. Unfortunately I am leaving Guiding soon, and was thinking of buying one for myself when I can no longer borrow this one, but am now rather concerned at the many complaints about it not being waterproof. Has the fabric changed since I purchased mine in 2016?

Bought as a shelter for BBQ cooking. Arrived on time. It’s described as a “pop up shelter”, if it was a true “pop up shelter” it wouldn’t be as robust as it is. Read the instructions first, very easy to erect, I put this up on my own, you require patience . It should be straightforward with 2 or more people. Quality fabric, alloy metal frame. It is waterproof to a point, kept the Scottish drizzle out, except for drips through the roof eyelets,(you can see the wet / dry area boundary in my photo), it with stood a force 3 – breeze over night. The supplied wind braces help, and the pockets for leg weights held it in place. I pegged the feet using the flimsy metal pegs provided, but used extra strong 12mm diameter metal ground pegs for the supplied guy ropes. If you want a stronger totally waterproof shelter then buy a purpose made marquee. At under 90 including delivery this ESC Ltd. Gazebo beats everything else I’ve cooked under. If dismantled correctly, stored once material panels are dry, this gazebo should last a minimum of 5 years. I would recommended this garden / camping accessory to all my friends.. … (The photo is before I put the leg weights on for the overnight breeze)

    Very Happy.

We’ve had this gazebo for 8 years and it has lasted us well. We unfortunately left it up overnight (which isn’t recommended) and despite pegging it down it blew over in the wind and bent one of the legs, it has been soldiering on for 6 more years and has finally given up the ghost with one of the middle metal sections sheering off. We have used this extensively every summer and have found it to be great at blocking out the sun.

My only criticism is that it does tend to pool water on the top when it rains so you often have to poke the puddles which results in massive splashes of water hitting the ground and invading the gazebo area. Otherwise we are really sad to see this go

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersLike other reviewers, I too was doubtful but took comfort from the fact that the vast majority of reviews were 4 and 5 stars.
Having tested it thoroughly, it is a perfectly decent product. I used this as a temporary kitchen for more than 2 weeks whilst our new kitchen was under construction. It stood up firmly to some fair wind and plenty of rain without any problems. Erected as per the instructions including the cross braces, sand bags and guy ropes and pegs this is solid and never budged and inch the whole time. In addition our garden has a fair slope it even stood firm on uneven ground. It was a life saver to be honest. Couple of minor faults in the material and the stitching could be better – but considering the cost – I’m OK with that. There are some eyelets in the roof and they do allow some water. Just be mindful of that and you can have a great time despite our weather. I’m sure I will get many other uses out of it – inc Halloween and Bonfire night etc.

Possibly those that had it crumple, blow away etc did not erect properly or secure it properly. It’s a large sail after all so it will move unless secured. Do it properly and it will be fine.

I was a little doubtful before buying this as there were so many mixed reviews. My previous gazebo had the framework trashed after a windy night so this was a concern. The box was damaged on delivery, one of the legs also had a small dent in although this was high up out of sight. These were the only downsides though, putting the unit up was easy. A simple concertina effect with help from someone else and it’s up in minutes (it is a little flimsy until it’s extended but don’t let this put you off). Connection of the wind bars makes a great difference, then with the supplied weight bags around the feet everything is held well. Finally connect a wind rope tightly in each corner and everything is secure, it has lasted two weeks in quite windy conditions with just the roof panel & one side fitted. I think problems others have had may be down to not securing it down properly, I’ve no complaints after recent experience. Taking it down was also a doddle, an excellent product for the money.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersJust had my second one arrive cause first one damaged somewhere in delivery.
Im a joiner to trade and found also second one has a nut missing. On closer inspection all the fittings were tightened at various lengths. So every screw fitting not checked to see if properly secured to at least hand tight.
I searched through my expanse array of nuts lol but these ones are very small due to fitting enclosure so i had no luck.
Im in the process of either contacting the company which is proving difficult or again go through the Amazon route, meanwhile this replacement Gazebo is not protecting our Lasy Spa from our lovely sunny Scottish weather 🙂
PS: This Gazebo is not meant to be left unattended overnight etc. You will have to purchase at a cost of around 150+ for a more robust protection from wind.

Arrived promptly, slightly worried that the box was ripped, but it had all the bits with it and did just what I wanted. A reasonable balance of sturdiness v too-heavy-to-carry. Easy to put up with 2 people, though had to fiddle a bit to get the frame squared so the side panels tied tightly. One downside was that the pegs were a bit easy to accidentally bend when putting in the ground – not sure how strong they’d be if it got suddenly windy. It survived two days and a night with some rain and squally wind though, and looked good (important given I was using it for my business at an event). I did sleep in it, though had it been windier there would have been lots of draughts round the panels. It even packed back away in its bag (2nd downside – the bag zip is really feeble and splits open as I fasten it. An elastic tie round the bag solved the problem.)
One suggestion if you get one – the “leg weights” provided are (understandably for delivery weight ) just bags to put weights in. I borrowed some sandbags from a friend that went in nicely but I’d have been reluctant to just tip sand in, as I don’t think the Velcro would seal fully and would have been messy to take down and put back in the car. I’d recommend measuring up and organising your own bagged sand, or large water bottles might fit.

I bought this product in August 2016 to replace a gazebo which had been damaged at our annual BBQ. It was delivered and placed in our shed in readiness for this years BBQ which was on Saturday 5th August. When we got it out of its bag and started to assemble it we found that one of the plastic leg ‘joints’ which slide up and down was broken. I can only assume that this happened in transit as I am sure you would not despatch it in this condition. We did manage to lash the joint together with some nifty rope work and it survived the evening but obviously it should not be like that. If you would like to contact me and discuss what we should do about this I would be very grateful . I have taken a photograph of the damaged part but can’t fine any way of uploading it onto this message. If you have an email address I could let you see it.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersHeard/read a few contrasting reviews on this gazebo but though I’d take the gamble.

I was right to gamble because this has been a good buy. Upon opening the rather large bag, there is a note that recommends you check the legs and couplings to make sure they have not becoming entangled during transit. Did that, no problem. It also says that the gazebo should go up without having to use force. We met a bit of resistance whilst putting it up in a bit of a breeze. We stopped, made sure everything was straight and up it went. It recommends a minimum of 2 people to erect it. We did it with 2 and it was a little awkward but do-able.
We erected it on a Thursday evening with the guy ropes installed, it withstood wind & rain all weekend & we took it down on Sunday afternoon after a garden party & BBQ without issue. One negative was that whilst attaching the guy line to the corners I snapped one of the plastic rings quite easily, but that was me being heavy handed rather than the product failing.

In summary, I think if you take care in putting it up & taking it down it will remain intact. If you go at it like a bull in a china shop then I can see how it could be broken.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersWell this is the second gazebo purchased from Airwave. The first one blew away with the wind. It couldn’t quite cope with 40+ mile an hour winds, how terrible.
Seriously though I had, had my first one up in 20+ mile an hour winds. Sides down but top still on weighted on the two prevailing legs,no problem. My fault that I didn’t take more care this time. My friend and neighbor also left his gazebo up in the 40+ mile an hour winds. Took the sides and top off just leaving the frame, and,it’s still there.
There are many negative reviews about these gazebos, but if you are a bit gentle with them they are a very good purchase. Would certainly recommend them.
By the way I have to move the gazebo to mow the lawn. This I do on my own, gently moving it back and forth.
If yours has broken then it was quite probably you being too forceful?
Had this up since the beginning of July (17) it is now the first week of August (17) ,just the frame and canopy. Today Wednesday 2 August it’s been raining quite hard, stood under the canopy and guess what? I stayed dry. Not only shower proof but rain proof as well.

Quick to put up by 1 man, I used this ‘on site’ for 3 weeks acting as an outside storeroom and although post-UK storm period,it was exposed to plenty of rainy weather. The company states to use it temporarily and demount it each night but to be fair, I left it erected in a sheltered position in the garden and it performed admirably. The roof/side panels are extremely waterproof and durable, moreso than expected! Eventually some strong winds did for it, causing a couple of the top braces to crumple.Being hollow-section framing (making it lighter and cheaper I assume), it was terminal for my tent however, had I used this ‘properly’ as an occasional pop-up feature then I would imagine much greater longevity. Gave it 4 stars based on price, ease of erection and waterproofing – there remains some doubt over its durability in windy conditions.

This kept us alive in 30c at lemans, we went in a tenner each and it was invaluable. So far, we havent destroyed it and it goes up and down easily. I fully expect it will blow away at some point, but thats a risk with any gazebo. You can sit 6-8 people around underneath it, and ideally want 4 people to put it up, although you could do it with less.

My main criticism is that the bag is cheaply made, its been up and down 4 times so far, which means it been in/out of the bag 8 times, now the zip on the bag has broken and the end has torn. You should be aware that this is a big bag too, it takes up a lot of space in the car.

Bought this as extra space for funeral “party” at home.
Was easy for 4 people to erect one on each corner.
Unfortunately I had no sand for the included leg weights and it blew over… My fault as had door open and back closed so it took off across the garden…. One leg bent a bit as we stood it back on its legs (the included wind bars prevented frame buckling) there was only 2 disabled short women to do this re standing
Was impressed bent leg only damage

    Now have leg weights attached
One guy rope came off top of item and I need to see it back on so check before putting up

Have given 4 stars because the guy ropes were poorly attached other wise would have been 5 as it blowing over was not the items fault

The brick is because I ran out of sand lol also used 4pint water filled milk carton till I get more sand

    It withstands wind jus

Have had reservations about these for a while but upon opening this up for the first time, I was impressed. Purchased this for a Children’s football club and it is doing the job very well. Some reviews suggest a “flimsy” build quality but the as with all in life, treat it with respect & if used with care, you don’t force the joints, it works very well. The only downside and as to why I gave this 4* & not 5* is that it is quite heavy when packed down, it weighs a good 20Kg so if you do need to carry it any distance before setting up and taking down, you may wish to give that some careful thought.

This is our second gazebo from this company we bought our first 6 years ago and have been more than pleased with it. Sadly last year it was blown over due to our lack of fixing properly and a huge gust of wind which bent the frame. However we managed to put it straight and it finished the season.
We have always put ours up over our patio furniture in late April and taken it down in late September.
Our new one arrived as expected and we’ve put it up. It is just as sturdy as our old one and has a redesigned frame and strengthening bars and weight bags. We are very pleased. It was well packed and the advice should be read before beginning.. don’t do the usual thing of reading the instructons when things go wrong!
Show the frame some respect and go gently until you understand how it works. Also in an ideal world have 3 or 4 people putting it up so it opens up evenly. 2 could do it 2 legs at a time
We don’t tend to put the panels in unless were having people round and it’s raining.
We love our new gazebo and would recommend it to careful owners.

  19. BasilSteiner says:

Only used it once so far, but frame appears to be strong, and putting it up is fairly easy so long as there are at least two of you.. Fabric seems a little thin for what was supposed to be a higher-end quality product, but it would be unfair to criticise it unless it starts to rip or fray, and so far there is certainly no sign of that. The one small complaint I would have, which relates to the note that the whole thing is very heavy to carry around, but the carry bag ripped when being picked up by only one of the handles. The bag fabric is very thin, and the whole gazebo is a real lump to carry (be aware it is too long to fit in a normal size car boot). The leg weights are only any good if you have sand available near to where you want to erect the gazebo. If, for example, you wanted to take it to a show or sporting event, you don’t want to be carrying around 25kg of sand to wherever you want to pitch it.

We are so pleased with this pop up gazebo. We bought it as my husband was singing and playing guitar at an outdoor charity fundraiser and the forecast predicted heavy rain. As he has very expensive electrical equipment we needed to ensure total dryness and safety, for him and the gear! We had already battled to put together a standard gazebo for my stall in horrendous windy conditions and it was a nightmare to say the least. When we came to erect this pop up gazebo it went up like a dream. It was so quick and easy and was fully up with sides in less than 10 minutes. It does take 2 people to make it so easy but it could be done single handedly too. It didn’t flex or bow at all, unlike the other one, and we didn’t even put on the leg weights, wind bars or ropes. It is great to have these accessories with the gazebo though and we would use them for longer periods. Once the rain arrived he, and the equipment, stayed perfectly dry – to our relief! There are eyelets in the roof to stop it getting water laden so just be sure not to place anything directly under those holes. We ordered it Friday and it arrived Saturday in time for the gig on Sunday! It comes in a great zip up bag but is quite heavy at 20kg. We were going to sell it on after it had served it’s purpose but have decided to keep it now as it’s so awesome! With the option of having the sides on or off we’re sure it will now get used many times in the future – even if it’s just to have a day on the beach with some shade or a wind free place to do the BBQ in the garden 🙂 Highly recommended and a great price! Now we just have to wait for the rain to stop to dry it out!! lol

This Gazebo has a sturdy frame but based on changeable British weather, I recommend using the extra wind bars anyway if you intend leaving it up for more than a day. The material was better than I expected however the guy rope runners are virtually useless and should be replaced with ones that can lock the cord. The Gazebo can mostly be put up single-handed except when the legs need to be raised, as they can only be raised in tandem. The sides are easily fitted be means of Velcro ties but cannot be properly fitted at the bottom if you are using the white plastic Airwave leg weights (I haven’t tried the leg weights supplied which are fabric and must be sand-filled). The 8 pegs supplied (12 are needed if using the guys) are pathetic, but that’s not unusual with ‘supplied pegs’. The four sides consist of two with a window and two plain with a zip door in the middle. A design recommendation would be to fit peg down points at each side of the zip on the two door sides. I give it 5 stars because although there are some minor failings, they are easily and cheaply remedied and it is good value for money.

After having a similar gazebo collapse in medium winds I purchased this one as it came with sides, leg weight and wind bars. After easily erecting the gazebo with the help of my glamorous assistant I got the canvas on and the sides fitted within about 15 minutes. As the wind got up a little I fitted the wind bars and immediately noticed how much more stable the whole structure felt! I am really impressed after having the tent up all day long for a birthday party the gazebo held its own against some pretty decent gusts of wind. The sides could do with attaching to velcro on the underside of the canopy rather than with velcro loops that go around the frame however, it does do the job really well as it is. As with my last gazebo the guy lines are just cheap nylon “rope” and could do with upgrading to something a little less likely to frey however out of the box this thing is just plane awesome! I’m so glad I bought this one and I’m looking forward to seeing how it copes with being used as a shelter for my upcoming season of motor racing. I have recommended this item to friends already!

Had the Gazebo for a week or so and used it twice.
Very good material, fairly robust, and the beige colour was a really good choice.
Had a barbecue in variable weather (light winds and stop/start light rain) and it came into its own. I used it for storing the food and drink, and some seating using delicate furniture.

Definitely wouldn’t use it in medium to high winds, but I think it could cope with heavy rain.

Only downside was trying to fit everything into the carry bag – the frame, the roof and 4 side panels, the two wind-bars, the four leg weight bags. Just couldn’t do it. The carry bag material was a bit lightweight and the zip broke at the first attempt to close it with everything in it. Case could do with being another 20% bigger.

Overall – good value for money.

  24. RobbyTruebridge says:

Good sturdy frame. However there could be some ties so that the side panels may be rolled up when not required and quickly released when weather dictates. The zip on the bag is flimsy. When unpacked the whole Gazebo does not want to fit inside the bag! First time deployed one of the guy strings broke. Very weak cord used. The leg weight bags do not hold water, they must be sand filled.
The fabric is waterproof however there are eyelets that in the roof panels that are designed to prevent big pools of water gathering in the roof. However these eyelets allow the water to run inside the gazebo in very heavy weather.
Overall I would recommend this as an occasional use garden gazebo.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersI purchased this item with extreme trepidation because of all the negative reviews. With research, you have a choice of either a real cheap gazebo (which you expect wont last) for around 40/50, this one, or have to go for a ‘commercial strength’ gazebo for which you will pay 400/500. This Airwave 3x3mtr pop up gazebo arrived within 2 days, very well packaged and I used it the very next day at a sporting event. I read the first review (a very positive one written in 2010) and followed their advice on how to put it up – as well as the enclosed instructions. To my amazement, the two of us (ladies) managed to put it up in minutes! There seemed to be no fragile parts, all were sturdy, nothing broke and I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised with the ease of construction and quality of the structure and fabric. It was quite a windy day, but despite my not ordering the leg weights to go with the gazebo, the tent pegs did a more than sufficient job of holding it down. Therefore, I think this was very good value for money and certainly not worthy of all the bad reviews. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase one to take a leap of faith like I did. My advice to you is be sure of the method of construction before you start and go about it methodically – brute force is not required. Do not expect it to stay up for days on end, if you want it to stay out for any length of time, get yourself an industrial strength one. Otherwise, this is an excellent gazebo for the money which looks really good!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Usersarrived in good time, was disappointed to have a small hole in the fabric which shouldn’t have been there. the windbar arrived damaged, not sure how as the box was in ok condition. the windbar was dented so that we couldn’t fit one in without using tools and pressure. we would have returned this had we not needed it the next day. Boy did we need it, party started at 2pm just as the rain arrived, torrential rain. yes this leaked and wasn’t as waterproof as we’d expected, but it did a good job considering the conditions. Very easy to erect (apart from damaged windbar), very easy to take down. delighted. I’m just not convinced it can be classed as waterproof as water came through. would still recommend for use in a dry, non windy day. folk commented on how good it looked, but just a shame they got wet whilst admiring it. I would however buy another one, but waterproof seal it some way myself.

REASONABLE EASY TO SET UP ON MY OWN, JUST REMEMBER TO PUT THE TOP CANVAS ON BEFORE YOU EXTEND THE LEGS FULLY ! LOTS AND LOTS OF VELCRO FASTENINGS IN THIS . I THINK WHOEVER MAKES THIS GAZEBO MUST HAVE SHARES IN VELCRO LTD! SIMPLE EYE AND HOOK FITTINGS WOULD BE A VAST IMPROVEMENT AS A METHOD OF ATTACHING THE 4 SIDES. THERE ARE EYELETS IN THE TOP, SUPPOSEDLY TO STOP WATER BUILD UP AND POOLS GATHERING , STUPID IDEA, ALL THEY DO IS LET WATER IN, SEVERAL SMALL PIECES OF DUCT TAPE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND THE WATER STILL RUNS STRAIGHT OFF THE ROOF NO PROBLEM. MINE WAS BEIGE IN COLOUR, WOULD HAVE PREFERRED BLUE OR WHITE BUT DIDN’T REALISE WHEN I WAS ORDERING, MUST HAVE MISSED THE BOX WHERE YOU TICK YOUR COLOUR CHOICE. ANYWAY, VERY HAPPY OVERALL, JUST UNDER 100 QUID WELL SPENT, AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD LAST A WHILE, HAVEN’T HAD TO TIE IT DOWN WITH THE STRAPS PROVIDED YET, IT’S ON MY PATIO ANYWAY ON FLAGS.

After seeing some of the bad reviews on here I was apprehensive about ordering this gazebo. Well I’ve had it up for 2 months. It’s easy to put up but I recommend two people and to buy the weights to go on the legs. It’s very waterproof. It does come with one wind bar to help stabilise it in light winds. But during the recent thunder storms I forgot to put it down, hence finding it in a bit of a pile! But the bars were not bent just the plastic connectors broken. Luckily I found a camping site that sells spare parts for the airwave gazebo at a very reasonable price. Beats buying a new gazebo! Now my gazebo is like new.

Ordered this to go over our Lay-z Spa. (If you have a Lay-z Vegas it’s a perfect size for it.)

First thing you notice is the weight, its fairly heavy and is easier managed by two people. The instructions tell you to put it up first to see how it works before you attach the canopy, we didn’t bother we dove straight in and put the canopy on.
Putting it up is easy, and after the first attempt will probably only take 10 minutes, first time is a bit longer – you need check none of the connectors have become stuck in transit.
The pegs that come with it are a bit flimsy but the pre drilled holes in the feet probably wont take anything bigger, perhaps the optional weighted feet may be worthwhile (on amazon).
The sides are easy to fit, the material seems fairly sturdy and the stitching appears ok, but I don’t think it would stand too much heavy wind.
It hasn’t been used in the rain yet so can’t comment on whether its waterproof.
All in all, an impressive piece of kit for the money and I would recommend it. Incidentally, Argos have one that looks the same for 110. – only 87 on Amazon 🙂

Great value for such a large tent / gazebo but not the most robust of products. One of the guy ropes has detached itself from the tent material – sorted by fixing it to the frame and a velcro tie has come adrift too. It was carefully errected by four people twice over the course of the tour weekend and in very calm conditions so can only think it’s poor workmanship / materials. But to be honest for 88 delivered if it lasts a season I’m happy! Be warned 3mx3m is a good size but it does mean that the tent in its bag is quite heavy to carry (18kg) and at 5ft ish long is quite hard to transport even in a large estate car without folding down seats. Can’t imagine the carry bag zip will last too long either but as I say for the price you can’t really complain. It also goes up in minutes well the frame and the top cover does – then just 5-10 mins to get tent pegs and guy ropes in and sides on – great so far! Be interesting to see how it fairs In breezy conditions even with the wind bar!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI was worried about buying this gazebo having read all sorts of reviews describing all sorts of problems and disasters, but following advice in those reviews I also bought a set of 4 Airwave leg weights, which proved essential. We inserted the cross bar across the top of the tent, from west to east as the instructions advised, in the direction of the prevailing wind. The gazebo was bought just for a birthday party in August, but we left it up and it was fine during high winds and a lot of rain, though we did deliberately leave the back and front unzipped so the wind could go through rather than fighting it. On the evening of the party the night did get a bit chilly but we just zipped up the back panel and were able to carry on sitting outside in comfort, and it was very pretty with the outside light on. Putting the gazebo up, if there are only two of you, you both need longer arms than mine as you need to grasp an end each! Another couple of people helping would be preferable. But nevertheless it is possible, and takes a far shorter time as it’s all-in-one than other tents with all sorts of poles to be fixed together etc. I would definitely recommend it, and think it is very good value for the price.

Yes this Gazebo was very good for the price. Easy to erect and take down. Has been very good in failry strong winds, with the benefit of the weights. My only adverse comments are that I did think the side panels were going to be thicker than they were, but find that on most websites you can easily get the wrong impression of the thickness of side panels. In addition the WindBar is an excellent idea but on the first day of putting it on the Gazebo found that the end clips were very brittle and snapped easily. It then still remains a case of trying to replace them. I would recommend trying to put them on the Gazebo in a plce where they could stay and on erecting the Gazebo try and put the WindBar onto the clips, that may work. Otherwise very happy with the product.

I was a bit nervous about purchasing this product as some of the reviews were so negative, but I am pleased to say that my fears were totally unfounded. The article arrived on time and in excellent condition. The instructions on how to erect the gazebo are not brilliant but, frankly, it’s not rocket science and two of us managed to do it successfully within half an hour. Next time it will probably only take 15 or 20 minutes. If I can do it, anyone can.

The gazebo looks good and I love the fact that you have the option of shielding it entirely with the 4 supplied side panels. In the event, we only needed 2 of them this time but the flexibility of having another 2 is welcome. We used the gazebo without mishap in spite of a stiff breeze and it has remained up, undamaged and unmoved for more than 48 hours now. When my extended family came over for the family celebration (the reason for the purchase in the first place), they made for the gazebo immediately and stayed there.

The final accolade? My neighbour complimented me on it, so it has impressed others as well as my family. What more can I say?

Let me start by saying this is a good product. For the money your paying and the size and build your getting it most certainly is worth the purchase. Easy to pop open the frame, easily assembled and easy to put the sides on, yes it is better with a 2 man crew, but pretty easy to build. The material is heavy enough to withstand the rain and feels pretty hard wearing, a heavy cotton feel (like a pair of jeans). I was quite impressed all round by the product. BUT, and heres the down sides.

We built ours in a field (all be it a Scottish field) so it was windy and raining. The material held well with the battering but where the velcro roof straps were attached into the roof there was water pooling and dripping (which was annoying).
When the package arrived there were spare hinges for the frame, I did think this was strange as why would I need spare hinges? I found out the hard way as the middle of the frame snapped. Disaster! I’ll admit it was due to the wind being quite strong but the plastic hinges, although originally seemed strong enough, did not withstand the Scottish weather. After I patched the frame with gaffa tape we got through the day. I then took the broken hinges off and replaced with the spare hinges (which was easy enough).

Overall I am pleased with the product but shall be using it for garden purposes only from now on.

I ordered this on Saturday. It was waiting for me when i arrived at my workplace on Tuesday, and that despite being advised it would take upwards of a week to arrive. Absolutely excellent service.

Next weekend was not supposed to be very good weatherwise so I attempted to put the frame up in my office during a quiet spell. With no assistance whatsoever I had the frame erected on a matter of less than 5 minutes – and collapsed again in less than two. I have not yet tried fitting the roof and the sides – that will have to wait until a dry weekend, but previous experience has taught me, it is more time consuming than difficult. I believe one the roof is on, it will pack up again with the roof still attached. The only thing to be careful about is not to bend the metal. Take your time and it goes up fine, just a couple of inches at a time. That will do for me. This will come with me to a couple of rock festivals. As with my old one, it’s more roomy, and much easier to put up than a tent. I have had a look at the material this gazebo is made from and it is certainly a quality product.

Now all I need is some sunshine!

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersBought the gazebo on recommendation of a friend who has the 2 metre version. Gazebo arrived super quick (very excited family!) Packaged very well. Unusually for us, we read the instructions before attempting to put up and there was a part about checking to make sure none of the bars were ‘caught’ in transit. One of ours was caught but any damage was prevented because we were expecting it having read the instructions (lesson learned!!) so we were able to gently move it to avoid damage. The whole thing was super easy to put up by two of us, just slowly but surely. We’ve since put the gazebo up and down a couple of times and it’s just so easy and quick. The 3m version comes with a wind bar which is handy and we bought some weights for the legs separately in case of wind, though it seems very sturdy in the wind. One thing though, we bought a plastic box with a lid to store all the cloth folded sides and top because we didn’t want to try forcing them into the carrying bag but that’s not really a fault! So I suppose the only down side is that I now have a garden full of teenagers every night chilling under MY gazebo!

We entertain a lot & having a nice garden & space its great to be able to , although british weather is never predictable on the sunshine side of it.
I had bought originally a self build gazebo which served a purpose until it broke after 1 use.
Then i bought my first pop up gazebo until that blew away as the wind ewas that strong
The second pop gazebo came packaged well but when went to erect it & its extend legs were not there, so was made for very small people.
Now we boot this gazebo & for a outstanding value for money & set my whole garden of & just hosted my friends 40th with the gazebo been attached to the end of my decking, also the wind grip bar is great .This is a good standard quality product with little expense.

I wanted a gazebo to take to the Derby as I’ve just had a baby boy & found the small UV children’s tents too tiny & stiffling/stuffy in the hot weather. Having spent ages looking for something suitable, this gazebo appeared to be the best &, having now used it, I was not disappointed.
My partner & I carried it & put it up in about 4-5mins (the main frame & ‘roof’ gdoes indeed ‘pop up’ in less than a minute). It was very easy to do & I am not a person who goes camping or can be bothered with fighting with fiddly fixtures. It also came down very easily & packed away back into the bag provided (something which can be a struggle with some similar products – they come out but won’t go back in!).
My only slight constructive criticism would be that the straps on the bag can slightly cut into your shoulders & could be padded. I put a blanket over my shoulder to stop any redness (worth bearing in mind if you take it to the beach & have sunburn!).

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersBought this gazebo for a BBQ on the Sunday of Jubilee weekend, rained all day and so wasn’t going to use the gazebo, however erected so son could cook on the BBQ under the gazebo without getting wet. The gazebo was waterproof although some rain did eventually seep through and run down the inside of the roof, no one got wet though. It wasnt too windy and despite not securing the long pieces to the legs the gazebo was secure, I also bought the leg weights but didn’t use them. It was easy to erect between 3 of us, although we did erect to full height and then realised we needed to put the roof piece on first!! It was easy to put up and take down, especially in the pouring rain. Only downside to date is that putting everything back in the bag is difficult, the zip ‘split’ open part way down and as the roof piece wasn’t dry I still have to get that in, may need a separate bag for all canvas pieces and just the carry bag for the frame. For this reason will rate as a 4. All in all though very pleased, and gazebo was admired by all guests and daughter is borrowing for her birthday in July.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a good quality product that is exactly as the supplier describes. The materials appear to be good quality and all parts come in a carry bag. The metal frame seems strong, but as the instructions warn, don’t force the joints. Erecting and putting down the Gazebo is easy – if you follow the instructions! If you find that a joint isn’t moving easily, the chances are that you are doing something wrong and are about to break one of the joints. No force is needed to put it up and down. It can be put up/down with 2 people, but is really much easier with 4. I wanted it for a party on a roof terrace 4 floors up, I think that the Wind Bar was helpful and the ropes provided seem strong and well connected – but I also used some additional ropes just to be sure. The gazebo was just right, it didn’t move in the breeze. The height of the Gazebo is also good – reading the reviews of other products it seems that some are too low for people to stand in without hitting their heads on the framework. No such problems with this one. Everything fits back in the bag as long as you put it back in the same way that it was originally packed – its worth noting as you unpack for the first time as other reviewers have reported problems.

Golden Review Award: 16 From Our UsersThis is a great Gazebo. I own a company which requires me to attend craft shows all through the year so this gazebo will be given a thorough testing. So far, it has held up remarkably well considering its reasonable price. For its first outing it was erected in strong Cornish winds and driving rain and it fared extremely well. It is, as described, waterproof. It is a bonus that it comes with a free wind bar but you do need to weight down the corners in strong wind. I did a fabulous Mary Poppins impression until we stabelised it but bear in mind this was erected in a Cornish seaside wind, so quite a test! You can go for the useful option of plastic weights that simply attach to the feet, which look rather neat; I simply used sand bags which worked great. It couldn’t be simpler to erect but you do need two people, just to ensure that you open it out evenly and don’t bend the frame, but it is very smooth. The four sides being included in the price is also a great bonus as the cost can mount up if you need to buy them individually. The ‘windows’ in two of the sides is another great feature as it gives more light inside. The zips to close the front and back when required is also a small but extremely practical touch as this gazebo can be ‘customised’ to your requirements. These also come with tie backs so if you want both flaps open you can keep them out of the way. All four sides merely attach with Velcro and stay fast until removed. This gazebo looks very stylish and I can see it being long lasting, particularly for general garden use. I, however, am going to give the poor thing a huge work out, but I have high hopes.
Lastly, delivery was super quick so no problems there either. So in all, highly recommended, a great buy!

Golden Review Award: 32 From Our UsersNeeded a gazebo for a fete & best one I could find after some research was this one on Amazon. Contrary to the longer predicted delivery-date, it arrived within 2 days. Roped in a friend to help erect & basically it proved as easy as reviewers have suggested, though the instructions are not brilliant & it took us a little longer than others have said (perhaps we’re a bit dim). It’s quite robust & there’s a general air of quality about it but couple of niggles: 1) a guy-rope attachment quickly became unstitched & had to be fixed with a staple; 2) the nice (& necessary) carry-bag is made to be just big enough to take the gazebo (when it first arrives, folded neatly by the makers), with the result that it’s quite difficult to get everything back in again & we managed to break one end of the zip in the process (it’s double-ended, so it was actually no problem). I’ve knocked off 1 star for the niggles, but, overall, I have no hesitation in recommending this.

Golden Review Award: 193 From Our UsersOrdered this item a little closer than planned to daughter’s birthday for her birthday BBQ. Superb service by seller in getting the item to me in 24 hours and emailing me with progress – thanks for that. Always a bit wary of Gazebos as I’ve had a few 5 minute wonders/cheap and nasties in the past. No worries with this one however.

When received I was relieved to find that the assembly really was straightforward – no need to identify dozens of items and poles, just take the frame out of the bag, place it where you want the centre of the gazebo to be, and then two of you can simply “walk” the frame outwards until it simply pops up. The roof goes over the top and then the sidewalls are velcro fixed. From scratch it took less than 20 minutes and once you have done it I reckon you could halve the time next time round. Quality of the item is good, with a nice heavyweight fabric (not lightweight PVC) which has reinforcement in all the right places. Front and rear walls have top to bottom centre zips, whilst the side walls have clear PVC windows. The one piece supporting frame is of square section steel and appears well made without being overly heavy (the roof canvas adds the weight for stability) – and it’s really nice not to have to slot lots of tubes together. Just remember than when erecting you do need a minimum of two people (there is a big risk of strain damaging the frame if you attempt it alone, so don’t even consider it) and if you need to apply force then you have done something wrong, so stop and think about it – it should simply slide up and down and click into place when everything is as it should be. Highly recommended product and very highly recommended service (thanks Liz!) from the seller.
