A nicely made piece of kit. Well designed minimalist style wallet, durable and good value for money. Would highly recommend this product.

Holds multiple cards. Got 7 cards in but its difficult to pull out the cards. Just put your frequently used cards in front and back. Forget about the money clip, it’s just makes it bulky and doesn’t hold the polymer money very well.
Very simple design! Which is not a bad thing! Was hoping for something a little nicer than the elastic holding the two metal pieces together, but I wouldn’t say it’s overpriced. Time will see if it will last, but my gut instinct is the durability is reflective of the price.
Fanning cards out is much harder than the companies video makes it seem. Probably not helped by the fact i ended up chucking in a couple of random cards as it was too loose and cards were wandering out of it.
The most frustrating thing is that the money clip wasn’t included, which is why I chose this product to begin with.
I do like the look and texture of the metal, though so not all bad.
Recent purchase of the ATOM wallet and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed. The slim and minimalist design is exactly what I was looking for in a wallet after years of carrying a chunky wallet with all my cards, cash, coins and various rubbish.
The expandable feature is a game-changer, as I can fit all of my cards and cash comfortably without the bulk of a traditional wallet. I have stopped carrying cash now but the money clip is nice touch if needed.

With the number of cards I need to carry these days, no wallets seemed to work for me. Leather gets stretched out of shape and ugly, and the folio style of wallet won’t stay closed.
This is happily holding 12 cards without a problem, and the clip is more than enough to hold notes. I’m still mastering the art of getting them out quickly, but it’s not a problem so long as you put your most common cards in the first couple at the front and back. RFID blocking works too!
Does exactly what it says on the tin, quite small and low profile, only issue is it can be slightly awkward for getting at cards in the middle of the wallet.
Using it daily, for over two years now, and I can confidently tell that, it still looks in very good condition. it’s not the first cardholder/ wallet, but I can say it’s the best for me. I do recommend it.
Having owned a previous akielo wallet I thought I’d try a new one which holds more cards as well as having a clip. Its not perfect but it does do the job, I’ve found that putting your most used cards to the outer works better but it’s harder to get a card out of the middle without a bit of a struggle
I love this card holder!! I hate using bags and always carried my card in my back pocket which doesn’t do a great deal for the lifespan of the card. Since buying this card holder, I still carry my card in my pocket and it remains in perfect condition! It’s easy to use, well made and it’s great peace of mind to know it has RFID protection. Comes with a note clip too but unfortunately it doesn’t stop how quickly they leave your pocket!
Mine is still stiff after a while of using it. It has damaged a card but a part from that, solid. It definitely stops card skimming and has reduced my pocket bulge which can be an issue in London. It is on the slightly heavy side and mine is showing white scratches through the paint or whatever they have used. (Not the design. Literally white paint as that has darkened from wear and tear on use).
I’ve bought another of these now because the first one was so good! Just as good if not better than the ‘Ridge’ make that are over 100 perfect condition and comes in a really smart box. Makes a great gift for the brother… partner… dad or friend!

I get compliments all the time on my wallet and build quality is honestly amazing for the price.
This wallet is a nice, affordable option for people that want a more minimal everyday carry. It’s sleek and comfortable in the front pocket of my jeans (along with keys and sometimes earbuds) with 4 cards inside, but it can hold far more if you need it to.
It did take me a little bit to get used to properly removing my cards, such as which side of the wallet remove the cards at first (the orientation of the Akielo branding made this a little confusing as it is upside down when holing the wallet upright), which could’ve also been helped with the presence of another small elastic strap on the bottom, making it possible to only be able to remove cards right-way up.
The lack of that extra piece of elastic also means that the two plates have a bit of wiggle, but this isn’t a durability concern, at least in the short term, as for the price it is a very well built piece of kit. Also my cards never came out of the wallet accidentally, as due to the tension/strength of the elastic, they were constantly held in place. And once you get used to the ‘proper’ way to remove your cards, it is very easy to fan them out and get the right card out, instead of taking them all out and having to fumble around.
The wallet also comes with an optional cash clip that can be easily added or kept off the wallet. I can’t personally speak to it’s efficiency or how well it stays attached overtime however as I haven’t used it on my wallet, as I don’t personally carry cash everyday, and so don’t really have a need for it, though it is a nice bonus.
Although I have a few little nit-picks here and there, this is a great budget wallet option and I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested, as compared to more premium options (such as the Ridge Wallet), you’re getting the same fundamentals at a fraction of the price.
I like these, only issue is can be a bit of a pain to get a card out – and back in. Tend to end up yanking all out then ramming them all back in.
Also finding some of the elastic on the ends is starting to frey.
But decent product! Ditch the bulky wallet.
Holds about 5 to 6 cards very well. Using for 4 months, the elastics on the side as good quality. The only problem is to getting the cards in the middle…. will have to get used to orelse ending up with pulling all cards out.
A great little wallet, very good at holding multiple cards (I have around 8 in mine). Fantastic size to keep in your pocket. Only criticism is that the money clip can slide out quite easily and so it is not that great at keeping large amounts of cash. But, if you mainly operate by using your cards I don’t think you would be disappointed with this product.
It’s holds cards very well and are easy to remove when needed, the cash clip doesn’t work well when there’s only 1 or 2 notes it’s too loose to have a tight grip on them but with more cash it works very well.
I don’t normally write reviews but I thought I would for this particular product.I haven’t used a wallet since I was a teenager (now 53) and was always looking for alternatives.I opted for this because I didn’t want to lash out 70 odd quid for a Ridge or 50 on a Decadent Minimalist card holder so after reading these reviews I decided I’d give this a go and see how we get on.
It looks well made and the cards slide in and out with no obvious problems that others have had with this and similar products and I’m not too sure about the money clip,would have prefered it to be permanently attached to the holder thereby making it feel more secure but that’s just a minor gripe from me.
I’ll see how long it lasts and if it does damage cards like others have protested about then I might have to go more upmarket and lash out on one the two mentioned above but as for now it seems to be doing the trick.
Looks very sharp classy and expensive in the brushed metal finish however the money clip isn’t tight enough, you need to physically bend it to get it to sit right. Also the brushed finish does scratch a bit to easy when put in your pocket with your keys. But for the money its good enough and does the job well.
Holds more card than I thought. It is a little tricky getting them out but something you get used too. Feels good quality and the black is very nice. Elastic is not stretched yet. Money clip is ok but quite annoying adding money and taking it off the clip.
Bought this as second choice to my first wallet but sent that one back as it was marked and wasn’t a patch on this wallet. This is cheaper, better made, compact and in my opinion more stylish. It also comes in a plain but nicely presented box.
I got the brushed silver version which looks classy, my only minor criticism would be the money clip is slightly loose but is fine once a couple of notes are attached. Recommended at the price *****
Looks really nice and accessing my cards is nice and easy. I keep about 8 in there and it seems very sturdy and I have had no cards slip out. Even with only one card it still seems secure! Very good value for money, love the design, very happy with my purchase . Thank you!
Easy to take the cards in and out of the elasticated plates that hold the cards. I can’t comment too much on durability yet has I have only had a week but seems to be holding up well even with 11 cards .

Very sturdy construction. Even more compact than the Ted Baker card holder I had, but holds way more cards. Money clip included is strong too. Well worth the money and with virtual pickpockets the RFID blocking is essential this day and age.
Having looked at several of these new wallets I opted for the Akielo in brushed silver. Item was delivered within 3 days, and I wasn’t disappointed. This is a first rate product, great quality and looks tremendous.
First of all the dispatch and delivery time was fantastic, the packaging very nice. The aluminium very well made chamfered and coated, the elastic tight but not too tight. This is a great wallet especially at this price point! The money clip being easily added and removed is also great no need for tools. For a person like me who usually just throws the bare cards in a pocket when needed this is perfect and takes no space.
Feels like quality, had it a couple of months now and can’t complain at all. It does wear on your cards, and I have scratched it by having it in the same pocket as my keys. Overall very pleased.
Two precision machined aluminium plates, clasped tightly together from within by elasticated webbing, hold the cards neatly together in a small elegant package like a very modern take on an antique snuff box. I have always favoured a leather wallet but, in this modern virtually cashless age, this seems like a step up and, a little like moving house, presents an opportunity to declutter. Classy!
At first I was sceptical about this type of wallet and how well it would work, but now after having it on me every day for the past few weeks, and using it many times, I am converted. Accessing cards is very easy (although I must admit that it is certaintly easiest to access the top- and bottom-most cards; if you need to frequently use, say, all of 5 different cards daily it may get awkward) and the slim profile on the wallet means it fits so easily into all different types of trousers. It is a million times more comfortable to have in my skinny jeans than my previous thick, leather wallet. It also looks pretty cool, despite basically being two thick pieces of metal and an elastic band.
Bought this as I was tired of carrying a bulky wallet around that rarely if ever had cash in it, usually just cards. This is a great size and easily fits in any pocket, is easy to load cards into and locate cards once they’re in, looks good (I’ve had several comments from people who have seen me using it) and is ideal for those that only carry cards and rarely cash. Very happy with this purchase.
I’ve not had this long, but so far it’s pretty good, worth the money I paid for it. If it lasts me a year it’ll have done a decent job!

Been looking for an RFID blocking simple card holder and after some review reading and looking at different ones decided to try this. It arrived today and I’m blown away but how high quality it fees. It was packaged so nicely and overall feels really good. Keen to see how it holds up over time but so far very happy.
Easy to have in your small handbag for when you are going out. It holds a around 6 cards and money and it stop your card from slipping out. Great price for what it is, overall excelle
Decided to get this after reading many reviews for many different makes. I was not disappointed. Looks very smart and is obviously a lot smaller than my bifold wallet. Easy to load cards and also push them out to use. Takes a bit of getting used to, but once you get the hang of it it’s great. Only ever really use two cards, so out those at the front and you won’t be fumbling around with loads of cards. Currently have 7 cards in mine and holds them perfectly. Will update review after a few months of use to add durability of the straps.

To be honest, I was surprised at the quality when I opened the package. I was expecting it to be much lower but what I received was nothing short of beautiful.
Yes, I realise I’m talking about a wallet but it really is that nice. Extremely stylish and won’t look out of place anywhere.
I’ve had 12 cards in it just to see how well it holds them and it is fine, although I’ve settled on 5. It has a great grip. Can be a little fiddly to get them out but once the muscle memory kicks in it should be a breeze.
The money clip grips well. You won’t be losing anything you put in there.
If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate. Just buy.
Overall, the build quality is perfect. The surfaces are well polished, the tolerances all seem spot on, the elastic seems of good quality and is very rigid, after shaking the wallet for a good 5 minutes non of my 4 cards fell out. As for usability, it will take me a little while to get used to. Going from a typical wallet with slots for each card, it takes me a little longer to retrieve the card I want from this one. But again, with time I’m sure it’ll be second nature. The wallet feels great, looks great, feels like it’s gonna last me a while Etc.
Overall, 10/10 would recommend.
Edit, something like 6 months later.
The wallet Is still in almost perfect condition. A few little marks here and there, a small scuff on one corner from an unlucky drop onto concrete most likely. The only way to easily tell I’ve had this a while, is that the elastic material has gone slightly “Knobbly” for lack of a better word, as most soft materials do overtime, but there are easy ways to fix that I think.
On a day to day basis I’ve been keeping 4-5 cards in here every day, along with a couple 5 notes folded twice length ways. Even with this, the elastic has only lost a small bit of it’s strength. It can no longer hold just one card at all really. With two cards they fit and stay in somewhat well, but with enough jiggling it around they will fall out. With three cards you have to really rag it about to get them loose. After 4 cards they stay in there like new, only really coming loose if you push them.
Overall, ESPECIALLY considering the price, my score is still a solid 9 or 10/10 for this little beauty.
This is the BEST wallet I’ve had so far.
Not only a great value in material but also serves it’s purpose in keeping my cards SAFE. This product also has a feature of having a clip to secure your cash in a minimal and easy matter. Overall I can recommend this to ANYONE wanting a great wallet.
Only had it for a day but used it the odd time today, I love it! Don’t get me wrong I love a proper leather wallet but I never carry coins on me and rarely carry notes opting for card payments for security and ease of use so something like this was a no brainer! I love everything about it, the form factor, the design, the very accurate looking carbon fibe. How easy it is to put cards and cash into/onto it. Fits in every pocket, barely 3.5″ in size and weighs less than a few hundred grams! Definitely recommend, I’ll be posting some more photos later when I get my camera charged!
Modern looking and good feeling wallet. I am taking one star because, if you use fit or slim trousers, this will make a hole over time as it is very pointy
I was apprehensive in buying this originally, as I wasn’t sold on the idea of it being practical. However after receiving it I’m completely blown away at how nice it feels, how easy it is to use and overly thrown off at how well it was presented in its box.
Top quality product, completely recommend you get it if you’re reading this thinking “is this for me?” because the answer is yes
One thing I’m unsure of is the prehistoric piece of metal that came with it so I could carry something called “cash”
My Atom took less than 12hrs to arrive. It was icey too touch and still is three hours later. It looks like F.O.D. found discarded by a passing X35 on a runway somewhere. With just one of two cards it looks good, art cut from a billet of aluminum. It is replacing my Alpha as the Atom simply holds more. It has already eaten cards,cash and a survival kit, the indent allows space for your imagination while my “caraele” waterproof US B fits no problem. Reassuringly weighty, and enough kudos to hear “never feel sorry for a man that owns a Atom!”
I decided to purchase this product based on the reviews and the images. The card holder looks stunning, and the addition of the box it came with makes the product even more elegant and professional.
It is great value for money! Can’t believe I almost spend 4 times the money for the product that looks and feels just as the more expensive brands.

I’ve been using this wallet for a few days. So after my short time using it I can say that it appears really sturdy and very well made. It doesn’t look or feel cheap in any way. One aspect of the design that I think is a win over the ridge is the screwless design.. Because 100% if one of those comes out you’re never finding it again, so a bit of peace of mind there.
My biggest concern was functionality.. I thought it would be a bit of a faff to get anything other than the front card. In reality though it’s fine. It’s very easy to slide them all up and then push down the nearest cards until you reach the one you want, even with embossed cards. That’s how I’ve been doing it at least and it works well.
Infact, I look forward to buying stuff so that I can get my ATOM out and flick a card out. I’m sure the novelty will wear off in time, but I’ll still be left with a great wallet that will hopefully last me for years to come.
The note clip requires you to trifold your notes so that they sit within the dimensions of the wallet. It’s not too much hassle, although the new polymer notes don’t fold very well. With that said though, folded in that way they do hold very tightly within the note clip. And anyway, if you’re looking at this wallet then you’re probably not looking to carry more than 2 or 3 notes, which is the optimum amount to store in there I reckon.
My only negative really is that Akielo sent me the wrong colour! But, the brushed silver that I received still looks decent and I can’t be bothered with the hassle of returning.
So yeah, a bit of a real world review. If you are on the fence about this wallet… I would urge you to just buy it. Its not as fiddly as it looks, its well made, and based on a previous purchase I can say first hand that the customer service is absolutely top class. Akielo are clearly a small UK business and your money won’t be lost in the chinese rubbish that we so often end up buying. As I’m writing this the wallet is 15 quid… It’s well worth it so just buy it. I honestly don’t see how more expensive adaptations such as the ridge wallet could be any better.

Holder does the job well. no issues with getting the cards out, but gets a bit fiddly if you need one from the middle of the stack. it is somewhat thick when fully packed so I only keep 4cards in it. So far happy with this gadget; Have not tested the RFID blocking as yet. Not planning to go back to a tradidional wallet. I would buy it again.

The wallet is absolutely stunning, as soon as i opened the box it screamed luxury. I’ve had some nice wallets in the past and paid a lot more for them, so getting this quality at this cost is simply amazing.
If, you want to give care and protection, for your cards with rfid, and you hate the big wallets, perfect choice.
It’s close not taller, and wider than the basic bank card, really compact design, and the brushed surface done the job well.
The straps strong enough, even if you hold just 1 card or 2, or 10, or use metal card, its not gonna fall off from the wallet.
The toughness it’s still questionable, because it’s almost brand new, and i never dropped on the floor yet, but i think, it will strong enough
Really stabile and cold metallic premium feel in hand, and can’t magnetic.
I have had mine for a couple of hours now and I can quickly say that when it is in the front pocket I can’t even notice it is there.

Really small and compact. The bands are tight enough that your cards don’t slip out but not so tight that they are hard to remove. The tapered edge is a nice touch that makes the cards easy to slip in. Only 1 small thing I’d change is the money clip, and that’s just down to preference as I’d prefer a fixed money clip over a removable. Highly recommend. The price for the quality is great as opposed to some brands selling similar things upwards for 60
Thought I’d give it a try after fancying a ridge wallet but not wanting to fork out over 60. These guys are selling for a very reasonable price and what came was a product of surprising quality. Yet to try the RFID blocking. Removing the cards takes a bit of a knack but once you’re used to it, it’s fine. Durability; item feels tough but only time will tell.
Feels very compact in my pocket, I have about 8 or 9 cards in it. Much less space than my old leather wallet and the money clip hold notes to it just fine.
I like this product, as I don’t use a wallet anymore, but needed something small to hold my cards that I could actually feel in my pocket. Seems to block well. My only gripe is that even with just two cards in the product, they’re quite difficult to remove.
However, it is light enough & credit card sized (obviously). The pictures show 8 cards (including a Tile) and 3 20 notes.
I have not scored on durability as I haven’t had it long, but the surface has suffered no marks so far. The silver colour makes it easily spotted when looking for it at home.
Getting cards out is a little more fiddly than a Jacobs I had but I’m just getting used to the change in method.

This case looks amazing and it’s really small, same size as credits cards. It also feels heavier than other card holders that I have tried and I find it to be a good thing. My only complaint is that it’s a little tricky and slow to take a card out of it but I imagine this gets better with time.
