Einfache Installation. Dank zahlreicher Rufton-Varianten wei man sofort Bescheid, wo etwas im Anmarsch ist.
We brought a set with one receiver and 3 motion sensors and were so impressed that we bought another set. We now have one receiver upstairs and the other in the basement so we can hear the chimes no matter where we are in the house. For example, when we receive a delivery the chime alerts us to bring the package in before anyone has a chance to steal it. The member of the family most happy with the product is the cat as he no longer has to wait for us to check to see if he has arrived, as soon as he walks up the driveway the chime rings. I wish there was a mute switch on the receivers so the eyes would flash but the chime not ring because when a family member is working outside the repeated chimes in the house can be annoying. This is a minor problem that can be quickly solved by unplugging the receivers. I am now waiting to see how long the batteries last before they have to be changed.
I am so impressed with this system and it work great!!
It is very easy to set up and you can program each sensor individually to tell you if it is the drive way back door front door garage or waht every as there are 38 different alarm sounds and settings to choose from.
and then the range on this is outstanding as I live on about 4 acres of land with my home all the way at the back of the property and we have one of the sensors right at the front entrance and it works like a charm!
So now we always know when someone is coming as we live in the woods and cannot even see the front of or drive way.
Also the range of the sensor is adjustable out to 50ft and yes it does reach that far as we tested it.
I have a few different security cameras and set ups that cost way more then this around my property but this is one of my favorites and for the price you just can;t beat it!
I plan on buying more of them and have already recommended them to friends.
This has proven to be very useful after three months. Acts as a trip wire alert. Great.

Easy to install good quality and lets me know when anyone is prowling around on our property.
It’s a great device, I used it on holiday, placed it outside my window and I felt safe enough to leave my window open all night.
This is such a awesome product, you have to try it.
I was surprised how well these work. I installed three at various locations. One is about 75 yards from the receiver, which is inside the house, and it works good! They give a few false alarms when the sun hits at certain angles. All infra red detectors do that, it seems. It’s been dry, so I will see how they work during a rainy spell. So far, so good. I would buy them again.
These owls are fabulous as an outdoor security device alerting you to intruders, I can’t recommend them highly enough. It would be great if there was a similar device which linked to an app alert so you’re aware of intruders when you’re not home.
This driveway alarm works great! And I love how cute they are! 🙂 We placed the 3 owls in various places around our yard & set a different sound for each location. The range is excellent! It was super easy to set up too
Update: Originally, we had problems with them not detecting properly in wind. We adjusted their orientation a bit, and now all but one work consistently. After contact from the company concerning my original review, I’ve adjusted it again and we will test on the next windy day. The company has already offered to replace it.
Also, you can set the system up so that a single sensor sets off more than one base unit. We have one base in the house, and one in the barn, and have two of the four sensors set to alert from both. This is extremely useful.
Works well only got it but so far so good guys.
I can’t fault it. It has a wider and longer range than I needed, but after better placement, I got the area I needed monitored covered well.
These work really well and no false alarms,the batteries are still going strong after 3 months
I have a different sound for each of the 3 detectors, nice! Almost no false alarms.
Easy setup, and the mounting hardware works well. I’ve only had for a week so can’t comment on battery life.
Does work well mostly, one detectors not as sensitive as other one but does work
This arrived 3 days early, very easy to set up and works really well ,very satisfied brilliant piece of kit.
We have a 200 foot long driveway. And sometimes it is hard to catch people at the door if you are up or down stairs. So I love that these let you know when someone or something is going past so you have time to look out and see if you need to go to the door or not. You can program each of the owls to say a different alert so you know which position of the yard/ driveway to look for someone or thing. Once you plug in the base owl then program/ sync the other owls you just hang them outside and they do their job. The base owls has lightup eyes and tone and/or voice ( we chose it to chime and a then announce garage. ) that alerts you to any motions. So far we have not had any issues with tree movement. But I do believe it has alerted to a couple of animals that came near. There is no noises at the outdoor owls that sound when motion is detected. We are very pleased with these. Now just let’s wait and see what the weather does to them. We have them mounted to trees.
