I bought these for my boyfriend who has been a photographer for a few years now and he absolutely loves them!
Very easy to transport and carry to shoots and pretty easy to use.
Not the most sophistication lights but good enough for people early on in their photography career!
I know people who spend a fortune on lighting for YouTube videos, video shoots, and so on. But for the price these are amazing, this is the second one I have bought in two weeks, the first one impressed me that much. I use two of these for key lighting (I conduct a lot of video interviews) and they work great. The bonus is that they weigh nothing really, carrying them in a bag with a camera, audio recorder, and other accessories is easy, set up time is quick, and not needing to connect to WiFi or your smart phone is really nice, the remote control helps a lot.
Good value for money, easy to assemble and the remote control is a nice addition.
I use it as a manageable daylight source when painting large canvases. Very little shadowing and no reflective sheen off of the acrylic paints. I don’t need the remote. Just clicking the on/off switch moves the three light settings along. I don’t have a photographer’s need for distance to change the settings. Nice bit of kit.
Had something prior to this and broke a week later (was 5 times the price). This is excellent value and definitely does jobs it needs to!
For the price I can’t think of any negatives. Bag not sturdy but all you need. The light quality and adjustability was important and it fits the bill perfectly. I am a video reviewer and highly recommend it.
Not cheap for what it is. The stand is a little flimsy, but I don’t move around much.
Overall, the brightness is very good and serves its purpose well for me.

This spotlight is taking my passion of photography to another level to professional style. I’m very font of taking photos, the spotlight helping to create them a studio effect, clear picture clarity as you can see from the picture on right. The left side one was taken without the lights.n the best bit is we can fit them all on a small bag for easy storage/ carrying. The product come with the storage/carry bag. The length can be adjusted very easily
This is a very good lighting for studio photography. I have two already, this is my third one, and it’s the best one even. Have three light mood and the money is worth it.
Just bought this lite for my little home studio, for some basics portraits. Quite good quality light, it’s giving to me a really nice soft light. And you can change the temperature, easy, and make a nice mix of cold and warm light with two softboxes, of course. Also, it’s easy to control the intensity of the light without moving the softbox, just using the remote control.
Brilliant bit of kit for the money, well worth it. Don’t hesitate, just buy it. You won’t be disappointed.
Again, I have been amazed by how useful I have found this. Having proper lighting really makes the world of difference. This light gives you everything you can want offering a good range of colour and an excellent range of brightnesses. It even has a remote.
Talking of the remote, it gives some useful presets (in both colours and brightnesses) as well as allowing greater control with incremental adjustments. To top it all off it is very affordable.
If I had to give one criticism though, the lead could be a little longer. It only leaves about 10cm on the floor when the light is at full height.
Bought it for home youtube vide filming ! Happy with the amoubt if light in the room 🙂 will try ir soon on greenscreen hope to see the sane great results. Very good price for the stuff you get!
Took me ages to decide and ended up with this one and happy to report that I made a good choice. Lighting was more than I need in my small bedroom to do a face talking video.

Good quality softbox. I used it for lighting my YouTube videos and Zoom calls! It goes really bright and is bi-colour making it easy to fine tune settings. The stand isn’t the most sturdy but for 40, the light is brilliant. You could always buy some sandbags or a new stand with a 1/4′ thread. Overall, happy customer, speedy delivery, good product.
The lights are just what I needed, price was OK not over the top expensive, so happy about that and easy to operate.
This is now a permanent fixture as an overhead hair light in my photo studio. The remote control is a godsend
