Great to have on a recent hotel install,, couldn’t use impact Due to noise,, and these were so versatile,, got the router too,, A+++
Great present for a brilliant price and all contained in a great case.
Drill works well so does screwdriver, attachment works well as need to drill hole in tight space so used right angle attachment that worked really well
Absolutely brilliant. The 90 degree attachment helped me get into corners my usual drill couldn’t reach and much easier than flexible corner drivers. Easy to use, sturdy, great storage case. Overall excelle
I bought this drill for domestic use, it’s lightweight and very easy to use. The battery life is great.
If your looking for a 12v hand tool and do a lot of renovation work then this is the one drill you need has an addition to your 18v power tools.
Other than that its a nice lightweight piece of equipment with a sturdy case, I plan to make use of it fairly often.
This kit was my first cordless drill. I now have several other Bosch Professional 12v tools, and find them excellent.

Torq control allows setting of screws without over tightening them. Particularly useful in soft materials or when installing small diameter items.
If using alot then a second battery is essential or consider upgrading your battery to a higher amperage capacity.
I now look forward to DIY tasks rather than dread them!!
I would recommend getting the matching Bosch drill bits and screw heads, I also purchased a Allen key fitting to fit Ikea furniture. Now nothing can stop me!
I have found little use for the adapters yet, but purchased with 50% off RRP so really not an issue.
If this comes up at a good price just buy it you won’t regret it!
The main problem I have is that sometimes attachments get unlocked on their own or by mistake which may lead to broken or bend drills or bits.
It is not brushless, but good enough as it is. There is more expensive brushless version. It doesn’t have carrying hook, but comes with a holster which is good, but less versatile as you need to have it on the belt, the hook would work anytime.
I paid 160 inc the Bosch bit set and I tell you that was a bargain. I love this little thing
Initially was sceptical regards battery duration etc, however have been very pleased with the results.
Have worked 3 full days on one battery charge so far.
for a small machine packs torque and have had no challenges with removing screws that were v tight by hand.
Be aware that there is no hammer function though, so have resorted to my older drill for drilling into concrete.
on the whole delighted!
Only improvement I’d like to see us with the LED, I find the end of a standard 1/4″ bit is in the shadow of the drill, I prefer the layout of new dewalts with a lower light pointing up. I’d also like to see a belt hook, rather than the holster.
Build quality is superb.
So here I am sat on the settee with my bosch multi-tool watching a cracking move on amazon prime.
The holster makes it even better as you can carry it around easily and it’s so light you may forgot that it’s there.
Using it with Wera rapidator bit holder.
I love:
– Lightweight, easy to hold in awkward positions
– Good runtime
– Offset adapter
– Small enough to get into tricky spaces
– Fine speed control
– A surprising amount of power from a tiny unit
Things that could be improved:
– As others have mentioned in their reviews, the locking mechanism (insert and twist) for the adapters sits alongside the torque control ring – so you can accidentally unlock the adapter when changing torque setting.
– I found that the offset adapter can block the work light, which is annoying if you are depending on it and have no no alternative light source.
Has an excellent quality feel/heft about it and the attachments click into place with such precision you can feel the air subside as you twist them on/off.
And the attachment have been surprisingly useful – I swap between the drill clamp and hex most of the time but have found the angle attachment and close edge attachment much more useful than I thought i would at first. Battery life is reasonable and mine came with the tough box and 3 batteries + charger and even a USB charger (you can use the batteries to charge your phone!).
Can’t recommend this enough.
I think I will get most use out of the offset holder and the direct drive (I even bought a set of hex drillbits to use) but the angled drive and drill will no doubt come in useful.
I was also surprised and impressed by the speed and ease the change over between modes is.
Finally – the case – it really does exude quality and has plenty of spare space inside for my screwdriver bits, the drill set and a set of taper reamers
I cannot rate this highly enough and have already put my Bosch GSR Professional driver and drill up for sale as I know I’ll hever use them agai
The L-Boxx is the new version and looks very cool, lovely design, same plastic locks though so not as tough as DeWalt’s metal ones. Inside is the Bosch holster, yee hah! I challenge anyone to actually fit the drill inside plus chuck and then fix it to your workbelt, ow! Comes with 2 12V batteries and a charger. All in all a fab useful tiny bit of Bosch kit I love to pieces and sleep with beside me in bed, yes! ;-p
Update:- after some months of use the heads are now loose and easily drop out of the drill body.
