Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWow!!! Best thing I’ve brought in a long time. Wish I’d I’d got it years ago. Im always in the bathroom with a magnifying mirror and tweezers, now I just sit rolling this around and I don’t even bother with the mirror lol. It grabs all the peach fuzz plus some thicker ones that have appeared as I’ve got older. I have found that the thicker ones don’t necessarily come straight out and I need to roll back and forth but it does get them all out after a few goes. It stings slightly with the peach fuzz but the thicker ones feel no more painful than tweezing. I’m definitely going to tidy around my eyebrows (it doesn’t say to use there but I’m up for the challenge!)
Definitely recommend these and I literally wouldn’t want to be without it now

I was a bit nervous about using one of these but I am absolutely delighted. It works easily it is not so painful as I thought and the results last. Definitely recommend for facial hair removal.

After reading reviews I was bit worried of buying, but I really struggled with battery version as it does take a lot of power to run and I had to change battery fairly frequently. This rechargeable one definitely better than the battery operated one, dont quite like the button and I wish it was bit less expensive but otherwise definitely choose this over battery one (only used rechargeable once so far though, hopefully it will continue working). Thanks Braun and Amazon.

This is just so easy to use and removes pesky hairs and peach fuzz really well. I read the reviews regarding short period of use between charges but it lasted plenty long enough for me to do what I wanted. Very happy and would highly recommend.

My wife loves this for getting rid of her moustache, beard and sideburns.
She no longer looks like a wolfman, more like a baby’s bottom.
    Nice produc

This product is amazing. It hurt much less than expected and has turned into my favourite for covid lockdown grooming. I’m not sure I’ll return to the waxer after owning this! The brush is also nice, I appreciate the built in timer.

Bought as a Xmas present for my sister. She was very impressed with the hair removal from her chin…loved it generally.

I suffer from post menopausal facial hair (yes, I know – horrible). I’ve been using a razor for years, but thought I’d splash out and try this epilator instead. I tried it for the first time today. It works! It is painful at first, but then I have a lot of hair to get rid of. Once it’s all gone, it will be much easier to maintain and there will be a lot less pain, but it does yank the hairs out, root and all, which is what you need. You will need to apply something soothing afterwards like aloe vera lotion or Sudocreme. So even though it did hurt, I’m going to persevere with it. Two years guarantee – what’s not to like.

I thought long and hard before purchasing this product. I love the results. My face is at last free of the downie hair that’s been increasing over the years. Very happy with it.

Best thing I’ve ever bought! I spent lots of money on getting my face threaded every 3 weeks but this allows me to just keep on top of any hairs that sprout as often as I like. Definitely worth a spending the extra money for the rechargeable one. Bought the battery one first and the charge doesn’t last at all. Would highly recommend

The epilator is much more efficient than the battery one, which i had previously. One charge lasts for ages and it does rotate quicker. I tend to do it once a week even if there is not much sign of hair growth as i find that it is a lot more comfortable to use, and it does a good job of picking up fine hairs. If you leave it until you have a lot of hair growth, then it can be quite painful, particularly on the top lip. The brush attachment is quite good at really cleaning skin. However the Toning head doesn’t seem to be of much benefit, so i don’t really bother with that, which is ok as i got it for the epilator not the other attachments, and as it was nearly half price it proved to be a good buy. But i definitely would not have paid full price for it.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI love this so much! I have suffered with facial hair for many years. I’ve had laser treatments in the past and the results have been brilliant, for a while, but that stubborn hair keeps coming back! Unfortunately it’s a very expensive way to deal with unwanted hair that won’t go away. I’ve also bought numerous hair removal products and never quite felt satisfied.

I decided to try this epilator after much research, and I wish I had bought it years ago! It’s perfect for me. I have to use it every day, and admittedly, it does not get all the dark hairs, however it does a darn good job of getting most of them. So using a combination of the Braun epilator and some tweezers for the stray hairs is fine by me. (Also using it daily means there is a lot less hair to remove the next day!) And it saves a lot of tweezing time.

I use the brush attachment as more of a dry skin buffer before and after using the epilator. The epilator does feel a bit scary to use, but you get used to it. I don’t feel much pain at all, if anything it’s the fear of feeling pain that makes it harder – if you just relax when you’re using it you’ll be fine. Having said that, the top lip is a bit painful, but I run over the top lip in little segments at a time and do it fast to get that over with quickly. I have no issues using it on my chin or sideburns.

I have used the toning attachment a few times with moisturiser, but I don’t really have time in the mornings. It’s quite good for a massage, I suppose.

I haven’t had a rash from this epilator. My skin does go a bit red after use, so I use it about an hour before I leave the house in the mornings. Once I’ve finished with the epilator and brush, I splash cold water on my skin to cool it and I use a toner before moisturising. The redness does go away, but I use make up anyway which helps to even out my skin tone.

My hair does grow back quickly and by the evening I can feel a few little hairs if I touch my chin, but I can’t see them in the mirror. They grow back soft, not stubbly. And the next day they get dealt with. Occasionally there is a random spikey hair, which is easily plucked if needed.

This is without a doubt one of the best purchases I’ve made. I went with the 911 and noticed results within a few days. The epilator is really easy to use and is great for removing facial hair and fuzz.

The cleansing brush is fantastic, I use it daily and it has made such a difference to my skin. The first time I applied makeup after using this brush I was amazed at the difference, it looked flawless! I bought the exfoliation brushes separately as they didn’t come with the 911, and I would highly recommend adding these to your routine once a week.

The vibrating plate is great for applying creams and serums and really easy to use. The heads change easily and I’ve had no problems with the product holding charge. This is a bathroom product so is a 2 pin plug like an electric toothbrush so if you don’t have a bathroom plug or an electric toothbrush, you will need to purchase an adapter to be able to plug the product in to recharge it, unless you choose the battery version.

In summary, this is an excellent product and everyone should have one. Highly recommended!!

I wish I had bought this years ago. It will pay for itself in money saved from not having salon wax treatments. Don’t need to wait for the hairs to grow like you do do for waxing

I bought this product for the facial hair removal tool and I must say I’m impressed. It’s very good at getting those fluffy hairs that you dont always see but can feel. It done exactly what I wanted it to do. The other heads are a bonus.

A little pricey for what it is but so far it does what it is meant to. Quite painful to use at first but over time you just get used to it and it’s quite effective.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI ordered this as I have PCOS and facial hair is a big problem. The epilator does hurt but you get used to it, my hair growth didn’t come through for around 2 weeks.

So pleased I bought this. I normally wax or go to a beautician but during lockdown that isn’t possible. And for the equivalent cost of a couple of waxes, this should see me through for ages. It does sting a little so I think it’s worth doing a little and often and perhaps keeping the hair shorter to begin with helps. I also have a tiny Flawless hair remover but I think that has tiny blades so the hair is prickly after that whereas the epilator leaves the regrowth smoother.

  19. Anonymous says:

Good product although if you have thick hair, the epilator struggles to remove it. The epilator spins slower than other epilators so I experienced it tugging the hairs slowly.

My friend suggested this to me and I’m so glad to have bought it. Excellent product, easy to use with great results. Only thing that it was a bit on the pricey side, nevertheless it doesn’t disappoint either! Would definitely recommend.

This is a good product . Does what it said it would and gets rid of all my unwanted stray hairs and my sons use it for the facial hair tidy up also – mainly their eyebrows. It won’t work on larger areas – like bikini line as I have tried but a good wee tidy up. Hurts a bit but worth i

This Braun Epilator was bought as a Gift.
The receiver states that she is delighted with the product.
It is very simple to use. Removes hairs easily, and removes them from the roots, giving you a longer period of time before having to redo this chore again.
The facial brush and smoother are also good, find your face refreshed and the polishing head leaves your face feeling deeply moisturised (when used with your preferred moistureriser/cleanser).
All in all, makes a womans life a little bit easier.

Purchased on sale and extremely happy with it already. It’s compact, really easy to clean and use.

The epilator definitely the best – it’s a little terrifying to use at first and does take some getting used to, but after a couple of run it’s really not too painful and it’s really easy to use around the upper lip. No redness for me which was a first!

The brush is about standard compared to other ones on the market and could be better for the price, found the bristles a bit harsh on my skin, but it’s still a nice to have in the rechargeable trio.

The tapping (microvibration) head is really good for applying moisturisers or serums and it’s quite relaxing to use.

Charge is still going strong after a week so overall, thrilled with this purchase and glad I bought i

This is my second purchase of this type if epilalator. I had a previous model that lasted years. Cannot fault it for removing pesky chin hairs. The addition of a skincare head was a nice bonus, which makes my eyecream sink in nicely and helps reduce bags if used from inside eye to out. Handy piece of kit.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersWish I’d of brought one years ago because I really like the
facial epilator . It is effective at removing most hair but Very very short hair I find I still need to tweezer out. cant help but Feel like it needs a bit more power and wish it could pluck every hair out. Pain wise there is a little smarting in delicate areas like upper lip but much less painful and less harsh to the skin than waxing I found. I have used the vibrating head once or twice to apply face creams but more of a gimmick I found that I quickly couldn’t be bothered with . Haven’t used the brush attachment because I dont feel the need to brush my skin when washing and my skin is delicate and dry ,may be good for younger oiler skins though . Like the carry pouch and rechargeable feature.
Overall I dont regret my purchase and think it’s a really good and effective product for the job it’s meant for .

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI unfortunately have sensitive pale skin and dark coarse hair (think PCOS but just rubbish genetics instead) and facial hair is always visible under my skin. Advertised as a way to remove the hair from the root, this seems like a great idea for this situation.

In reality, it gets me 8 hours of pain, self-loathing and crying, requiring liberal use of tweezers to back you up, followed by a night of terrible sleep every time anything brushes my face and week of bad histamine rash. And nope, two months later has seen no improvement, using any and all advice from hot showers to distraction and ice packs. It may not exactly be the miracle fix you’re hoping for if your hair is a little more stubborn than the average, and your skin is hopelessly sensitive.

Quality of the product is great, charge time is reasonable and the extra spa attachments are also alright. The exfoliating brush is pretty decent and leaves skin feeling very clean and fresh, although the moisturiser attachment feels a bit useless.

It’s fab at removing bits of eyebrow, and fine fuzzy hairs though. It feels like incredibly violent tweezing, which is somewhat bearable above your eyebrows. Upper lip and jawline- don’t expect to have any fun. In all, this is a great epliator if you’re going to get one, although bear in mind that epilating might not be the right thing for you.

This work so well. It gets all the pesky chin hairs. I use to hurt my skin with tweezers but not no more. I already use a body epilator silk epil 9 and love that. The colour also matches on both. I like the brush head as it helps to exfoliate. Well worth the money and seems well made.

Epilator is great! Effective and not too painfull.
The scrub brush seams to do well enough.
Not sure about the usefulness of the vibrating head, but I bought mainly for the epilator anyway.

Bought this mainly for the epilator function. It is great. Bit painful at first, which is to be expected. Once charged can use it daily for less than a minute to keep on top of the chin and top lip fuzz – rather than trying to find time for removal cream. Very happy

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI’ve struggled with dark facial hair for years and just shaved every day and so I wanted something that was more permanent but pain free. I was a bit sceptical at first but I’m glad i brought it because it really does work. It takes a bit of getting used to but once you’re started you just follow it round and it works fine, sometimes it doesn’t catch every hair but you can just go over the part again and it’s fine I mainly use the epilator head as the facial brush and moisturising pad doesn’t seem to make much of a difference but I will.use them occasionally. Its definitely a good investment because i use it twice a week and the charge last several weeks and i only have to charge it once every three to four weeks. It does sting a bit but you get used to it very quickly, the only place I still have trouble with pain is on the upper lip but other than that it’s great.

Golden Review Award: 122 From Our UsersI never normally write reviews unless something is really bad so this is pretty much a first for me. The package arrived today and I eagerly waited for it to charge .

I wasn’t hoping for much as I’ve spent pounds on useless gizmos and gadgets that either gave me stubble or gave me a rash ….well not today

Yes it is a little uncomfortable but not painful and my pain threshold is low… after a while it does become a lot easier…just under the nose smarts a bit more

The result ?? I cried, I have suffered with a “tache ” all my adult life , I gave up on makeup unless I waxed a few days before , but now I can’t wait to slap some on without fear of it highlighting the hairs on my lip and chin.

The area I did feels amazing and looks even better. Very small amount of redness which has gone (post op 2 hours) I used the massage moisturiser head immediately after which may have helped

More than anything I have confidence now to go out in the sunshine without fear of turning my profile and seeing all those hairs.

Yes a little pricey, it was one of the reasons for not buying but I took the plunge and wish I’d done it so much earlier.

I am 54 so now all I have to worry about is wrinkles and I’m comfortable with them so if in doubt try i

Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersI absolutely love this product! I was a little unsure if I should buy this because I found this quite expensive and definitely more than I wanted to spend, however I brought it after much deliberation and so glad I did.

During the first use I caught my skin twice trying to get use to it and it was slightly painful however healed well. It catches hair well although a little painful.

I would definitely recommend this epilator as it does the job extremely well!
