A good quality product, easy to install and very easy to use. Good value.
A bit different to my original phone and took a while to work out phone book etc but works well in all the rooms. I wanted a phone in the kitchen and my old set didn’t work in the kitchen.
Overall pleased no problems
Yep good old Bt phones. Dual handset and answer phone.
Instruction booklet could be a tad small for some people. Not as easy as some phones we have set up. Work ok tho. Long range for the garde
I was please about how quick it came and with the ease to set up. I also liked the price and services it provided
Apart from no Batteries in one Phone, whch you told me about, it a great unit for the elderly
It was easy to set up and get started. The handsets are quite heavy and fairly small. The answerphone replay voices are not really clear, but it’s bearable.
I was pushed into a corner in terms of my landline provider saying that provision of service was soon to be via internet rather than copper wire. As the the internet box has a down at floor level in the sitting room the only solution was to have a cordless phone. This phone had brand appeal and a good price. It was straightforward to install and I have not been disappointed and fully recommend it.
I bought it to replace my phone which was old and wearing out fast. this one has clearer images and has more add-ons that I will ever use. It was also deliverer in double quick time.
These phones feel nice to hold and the keypad is well designed and easy to use. We have been using these phones for a while now without any issues at all. We’re very pleased with them
Great phone, needed to replace an extremely old BT phone. Easy setup, easy to use and loud enough to hear across the house when it rings! For the price, it goes the job really well.
Ok great basic phone sound bit low I sent my back as I could not get them to go back to home screen unless I put it back on base ,and there there was no home screen ligh
It’s a good phone, very easy to follow the instructions to set it up. Good sound quality. Nice big screen as well.
The only issue is the stand. This is not very good, it’s easy for the phone to fall off with the slightest knock.
A great set of handsets and base station. It’s a digital setup, so just a pity it didn’t come with a lead that allowed connection to router.
Great value. Caller ID works like charm in Greece. The sound i loud enough, impossible not to hear a call as you can have all phones and the base to ring! Personally i have only the phones.
The answer machine works and the range seems ok.
The drawbacks are:
1) There isn’t a shortcut button to mute the phone. You have to go to the menu.
2) You cannot +/- the contrast or the backlight of the screen
3) When you leave a message and you end the call, the answer machines keeps recording for about 10 seconds the busy tone.
The drawbacks isn’t a big deal and i would buy the again.
The phone was easy set up, it was me that messed up on putting numbers in oops but easy sorted phone up grade on the old ones but they lasted 12-13 year’s let us see if they last as long. Even my wife can use it for the word go she is not tecno but finds it easy even using the answer machine.
Many features but some not that useful. Very bright constant light a bit distracting if kept in a bedroom.. Most sounds can be increased or decreased as required.
These were ok. Very lightweight and sound ok, look smart.
Easy to set up and it seems like they will do the job.
Good product once you have read the 50 plus set up pages. Why canit these things be easier
which is part of customer service. Very good phone to use.
Brought this to replace and existing Gigaset, which was super good looking, loads of feature but slow and frustrating.
I quite like the BT one, enough bells and whistles for what you need for a home phone. Very easy to set up, just plug it in and go. Need time to play with the call blocking feature. Also I think the ability to add numbers called to the phone book should be quite handy.
My other phone was broken so I had to use this one straight away it is easy to use I would recommend it.
Fairly easy to set up. The lead that plugs in to the telephone socket is far too short, so cannot have the telephone where I want it. Will have to purchase a longer one. Otherwise, very pleased with purchase.
Haven’t used lock feature but otherwise easy to set up and use. Sometimes crackly sound but not always.
Very good sound quality . Will be good to use when I can get use to it . Wish I had known before I bought it you need a phone contract with block and recognition available it’s not the phone that does it without a pin number .
Having spent some time studying all the models on offer and getting nowhere I decided to buy the one with the lowest complaints percentage. I connected both units to the mains but not the telephone line. After allowing 6 hours for them to charge I started to enter numbers into the phone book. After some time loading numbers into one phone I was delighted to find them already set up on the other one. This feature was not advertised. Sound is clear with plenty of volume if necessary. Hands free is also superb. Many features I have not yet tried.
The instructions say charge for 16 hours before connecting to the telephone socket. After 16 hours they just had the message “unavailable” on screen and the battery charge indicator was still showing near empty. I would estimate that it took 2 days before they charged and would connect properly. This was rather worrying and I thought that they were defective. However they now seem to be working OK. The stands do not hold the phones very securely so it’s easy to knock them over. I’ve only had them working a few days now so I haven’t tried all the features. They are certainly a lower quality product than my previous Panasonic phones, but they’re cheaper and you get what you pay for. I bought the bundle of 3 and they are all preconfigured to talk to each other whereas the Panasonic’s require you to ‘pair’ each headset with the base station so these BT units score there. I guess OK for the price.
Easy to set up and add contacts. Nice feature that contacts automatically cascade to the other handsets saving unnecessary duplication of effort. All in all, good value for money.
Nice phone easy to use but a bit difficult to see when you have had a missed call due to the symbol Being hard to see . But overall for the money well worth it .
Easy to use phones and the sound quality is good too. Our old phones we were straining to hear the person on the other end. My only gripe is the answer machine. When you get a message, the light flashes to say you have a message. I would like it to beep so I can HEAR that I have a new message. It’s only a small gripe but it came about that i didn’t notice the light flashing for 2 days as it’s in another room. Other than that its great!
A good set of cordless phones which has some features not on my original set like time and number for answer phone messages but is hand free (great when one has to hold for 20 minutes (increasingly needed under COVID19) and one only has to enter contacts on one hand sets and then is shared by all the other handsets plus a big RED block button.. Maybe a more expensive set would have all these features.
Why does no answer phone have a audible signal when a new massage has been received.
