This product is very well designed. It holds the parasol is place very well but moves very easily when needed. Water can be emptied out easily when it needs to be stored away in the winter. Quite expensive for a plastic base but it does the job well.
These are super expensive but they were the only items I could get in time.
I was tempted to use them for the weekend and send them back because I really couldn’t afford them but they do the job better than the more ornate ones I ordered to replace them.
I ordered several different types just in case, which Amazon allows us to do, but the sandbag types turned out to be a waste of money, tricky to fill and not really that good at keeping the umbrellas up.
These water fillable bases are really very good, simple to fill and set up and despite the high cost I can recommend.
I’ve no idea why they have a star rating for ‘warmth’ but I didn’t want the lack of a rating to affect the overall score.
