Great bit of kit, first one that came had a rip in it , supplier was happy to replace so happy bunny
The only bad thing it is quite heavy and not so easy to put together…In other side strong made should last for a long
We bought this to use as a kitchen tent/communal space for a family camp of about 17 people – bought two door panels and two window panels – although we ended up only fitting three and leaving one side open as the weather was good. It was really spacious and ideal for its purpose, and the arch-shaped entrance looked aesthetically really attractive, especially when we lit it up at night using an electric hookup on the pitch. It felt sturdy and stable, especially with the side panels pegged in and guy-roped as well as the main structure. We needed a stool to stand on to put the higher tubes into their holders, and of course, it is not as quick to erect as the manufacturer claims (especially when we realised the version we owned was not identical to the version that the manufacturer had put on You Tube to demonstrate how to put it up…. You certainly need two people, and ideally three at times to put it up efficiently and easily. It packs down to very manageable size, and while you wouldn’t want it up for weeks at a time, is a great solution if you want to guarantee some shelter at an outdoor event.
The final product is only different in that it does not have the “pockets” inside or the outside air vents. Without these extras it is essentially a large event shelter but water proof and with stronger external poles. Still easy to put up and take down.
This aside, for group camping it’s a must. A huge waterproof structure and if you add two sides (also waterproof) you can sit and relax regardless of sun or rain. Well worth the extra money over it’s now younger brother.
