Very happy with cooker hood only a little disappointed because only brought yesterday and fitted today. All good but went back on to see about buying spare carbon filter’s as spares to see that today you can add a 15 off voucher! Wasn’t there yesterday so as I said a bit disappointed. Nothing wrong with hood that’s great thanks
Bought this to replace my existing hood made by Z……. This is better made, much quieter even on full speed and extracts more efficiently. Very pleased with it. Installation straightforward with good instructions.
Just make sure you don’t cut yourself on sharp edges of hood.
Waited a good 2 months to test this before leaving a review. Firstly it was easy to install, even for a novice like me. I cut the the template to length then taped it to the wall, made sure it was level.
I had to order this kit

Check that the hole diameter if you’re venting outside.
The extraction is much higher than my previous one, it expels a great deal of cooking smells outside. If you are expelling outside no need to use the charcoal filter.
Contrary to another 2 star review here, the extension piece can be set to whatever length required. You use the bracket provided. As you can see from my photos I only needed a few inches.
The fan noise isn’t too high in my opinion, the first setting is very quiet.
Only thing I’d like changed is the light brightness, which I’ll do when the bulb goes.
The appearance of the COMFEE’ 90 cm Chimney Cooker Hood Class A+ Extractor Hood, I do like and the value for money, the lighting is at the rear and good for the rear, but not bright enough for the front, the Suction is better than my old one and quieter too, I can talk instead of shouting, When it takes a few seconds before the motor work.
My dislike is: not all parts was included or I was aware of, as I needed a Reducer as the extractor outlet is bigger than my outside ducking pipe and I needed to order one, so could not finish setting up the same day.
The finishing for the ducking had no outlet for the main cable, I had to make hole for the wire to past though.
All and all, I would have given it 5*, and I would recommend it.
P. S. Main plug was not uk 3 pin.
There was nothing wrong with the product…. in fact it appeared really good. However, my electrician ruled I ordered the wrong item…. too big for my needs. The provider proved good by accepting the immediate return of the item without any difficulty on their part – for which I am pleased to offer 10/10 for ethical and professional conduct.
This is a good product but a little disappointed with the finish quality of the stainless steel. That being said the fan is powerful and fairly quiet and the light is very bright.
Excellent quality stainless steel extractor hood that fits perfectly into any style of kitchen. Wall mounted for security. Effective and easy to clean.
This is a very high quality item and I am very pleased with this cooker hood. The finish is perfect and the design is very stylish. I love the on/ off buttons, again they are very high spec and whilst the design is simple, it looks like pure quality
A decent cooker hood that’s put together reasonably well and appears to be quite robust
It’s not a well known brand, however, it works just fine
It’s easy to install and easy to use, cleaning it is a breeze
Reasonably priced and well worth trying
This fits perfectly above our cooker hob which is also 60cm wide.
It looks very modern and is very easy for me to keep clean.
The cooker good comes with instructions and was nice and easy for my Husband to install above our cooker hob.
This cooker hood has helped loads with reducing cooking smells within our home and keeps circulating the air and steam during cooking.
Looks the part and does it’s job, I would certainly recommend this, good price too..
Honest reviewer!
Came with everything you need. Had a sheet of paper to help measure where you needed to drill. It looks good. Suction works great, there’s 3 levels of suction. It is pretty loud. The light is nice and bright, hard to tell in the picture as it’s daytime. It is easy to clean, but I struggle a little with finger prints when my husband installed it.
The COMFEE’ 60 cm Chimney Cooker Hood is a great addition to my kitchen. With a sleek stainless steel finish and LED lights, this extractor hood looks great and adds some style.
Its Energy Class A rating means that it is highly efficient and operates smoothly and quietly.
The recirculating and ducting system enables a comfortable and efficient cooking environment, and the carbon filters help to ensure that any unpleasant smells and cooking fumes are extracted from the kitchen. The wall-mounted design of this extractor hood is easy to install and creates a contemporary look in my kitchen.
Overall, the COMFEE’ 60 cm Chimney Cooker Hood is an excellent product that combines style, efficiency, and functionality. It is a great investment for any modern kitchen, and it is highly recommended.
Almost a like-for-like swap for my previous cooker extraction hood, very easy to get installed and working. Looks great and the extraction seems more than adequate with a nice bright LED light for the cooking area. Great item.
The COMFEE Cooker Hoods is an excellent product for anyone in need of a reliable and efficient way to extract cooking fumes from their kitchen. With its sleek stainless steel design, LED lighting, and multiple extraction options, this extractor hood is a great addition to any kitchen.
One of the standout features of the COMFEECooker Hoods is its class A+ energy rating. This means that it is incredibly efficient at extracting cooking fumes, which can help to reduce energy costs and improve overall air quality in the kitchen.
The extractor hood also comes with both recirculating and ducting systems, providing users with flexibility in how they choose to extract cooking fumes. The LED lighting is also a great feature, as it provides bright and energy-efficient lighting for the cooktop area.
In terms of quality, the COMFEE’ 60 cm Chimney Cooker Hoods is top-notch. The stainless steel design is sleek and modern, and the extractor hood is durable and built to last. The multiple extraction options and energy-efficient design make it a great investment for any kitchen.
Easy to fit and assemble…instructions were easy to follow, had it done in under 30 minutes.
We found this so easy to install its similar to our previous one but this has a lot more suction power I hardly had any steam escaping whereas on my previous one the hood did become steamylove the light too which is nice to have on even when not cooking.
We had to buy pretty few bits to get it installed.. But at the end of day it looks pretty good and works very well, suction is good, you can feel difference between all 3 speeds. It’s pretty light and easy to clean.
Got this for my daughter, as she didn’t have an extractor hood.
It was relatively easy to install, and looks good in her kitchen.
There are the standard three fan speeds, and the light is good enough so she can see what she’s cooking.
It is fairly well built, the main unit feels quite solid. The chimney is a little flimsy as it is made from quite thin metal, but this is good for ease of installation.
I would recommend removing the protective film once you’ve got everything installed, as it does attract fingerprints.
I recently ordered this 90 cm Chimney Cooker Hood and I am extremely impressed with its performance. The strong suction power effectively removes smoke and odors from my kitchen, leaving it smelling fresh and clean. The three speeds allow me to customise the hood to my specific cooking needs. Whether I’m simmering a sauce on a low heat or sauting vegetables on a high heat, this hood does an excellent job at keeping the air clean and clear.
The easy to use buttons and LED light make it simple to operate and the installation process was a breeze. I highly recommend this product to anyone in the market for a new cooker hood. I love the sleek design and modern look of this hood it really adds to the overall aesthetic of my kitchen. The LED lights are also a great addition, providing ample lighting while I’m cooking. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this hood to anyone in need of a high-quality and efficient cooker hood.
Looks good in my kitchen and was easy to install
I got this as my extractor fan broke, At the time of purchase it was 120 which for a double extractor fan I don’t think that is pricey. It came well packaged and feels very good quality.
I would say to assemble and fit this is a two man job, this isn’t something I could personally do alone as it is heavy. It is quite niggly to fit, the shoot at the top isn’t very long so we had to alter it to fit. This is a triple extractor fan and it comes with the carbon filters. It has 3 suction settings which are all very good, little loud but you can sort of get over that. It also has an LED light which is white it is nice crisp and fresh. It is a really good quality extractor fan at a very reasonable price. It has been a god send since mine broke.
I am really happy with this product although it is a little difficult to fit your self it can be straight forwards. Good Quality item for a good price.
This chimney cooker hood is very well made with a high (efficient) energy rating. The hood has different fan settings with lights that can be switched on/off during cooking. The hood is easy to install with clear instructions and the necessary screws to install into the wall. The chimney height can be adjusted as it comprises of two sections with a bracket in-place to keep its shape. It has good suction power for cooking smells. It is a good product and good addition to the kitchen. Found the product value for money and would recommend this product!
Having used a similar hood to this for many years, I needed a replacement as the buttons on it were starting to fail. My hopes were that the mounting in the wall would be the same when at this appears from the outside to be an upgraded version (different buttons and LED lighting in place of incandescent bulbs).
Taking it out of the box, I was still hopeful as the chimney is made in a similar 2-section design and the metal is held in place with a back brace. Putting this together is something for two people really as the inner section falls very easily and the metal is quite thin, so can cut if not careful.
Initially I mounted to main fan body and found the mounts had changed, annoyingly only by around 1cm, but enough that I couldn’t reuse the existing holes. Luckily you get a mounting sheet so can mark the required holes for all the mounting plates before trying to mount the hood itself.
With everything mounted, I plugged in the hood (it comes with a 3-pin plug) and fitted the large carbon filters inside (these are replaceable and hopefully by the time they are required Comfee’ with have them in stock – https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B098XFSKXH) I was ready to go. The light at the back works well and is a colder white (bluer) than the incandescent I have used before. The buttons have a good positive feel, and the movement travel gives me more confidence that they will last years. There is some noise when the fan runs but not louder than I expected, and the air flow generated is great for pulling odours and steam away from the hob.
An extra thing I like about these types of cooker hoods is the removeable initial filters (not the carbon ones) are all metal and are easily cleaned by putting them in the dishwasher. They help trap grease etc so do need cleaning more frequently.

This is a high class extractor hood, manufactured from immaculate surface-finished stainless steel. It is solidly built, weighing about 8 kilos (=19 lbs), and although you can install it solo, entirely by yourself, it is much easier when there are two people to handle it. Installation is relatively easy and intuitive, but a template, as well as a reasonably clear instruction booklet, are provided. A video is also provided, demonstrating how to make the simpler ‘Recirculation’ choice of installation. All the necessary wall plugs and screws etc are provided in a pack.
There is a choice of installation: 1. Via Extractor Duct, out through the wall to the external atmosphere. For this it is necessary to bore a hole through the kitchen wall to the outside. 2. Simple Recirculation into the internal atmosphere of the kitchen. In this case no exterior hole to the outside is necessary. Two packs of carbon filters are provided. You only need these if you choose the simpler Internal Recirculation installation mode.
The internal fan has a strong suction, removing any cooking fumes and steam swiftly and efficiently. The suction motor is not entirely silent, and you can hear it whirling away, but the noise is not too intrusive. The suction unit has an SGS Certificate. SGS is an abbreviation for Socit Gnrale de Surveillance. SGS is a private company that claims to be the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. Certificates are not fool-proof, but can be reassuring. There is an operating panel on the front, with five push buttons, which control the on/off, the three extraction speeds, (gentle-medium-strong) and the LED light, which is surprisingly powerful as well as being economical to operate consuming electrical power of only 1.5 watts.
The metal hood-duct comes in two parts, allowing for variation in height when installing. The ducting is stainless steel, but flimsy and flexible, and is the only part of the kit which seems to be of poor design and low material strength. It seems to function cosmetically, to hide the flexible ducting which would carry the fumes to the outside. Please note: suitable flexible ducting is not provided in the kit, (or was missing in the kit I actually received?) and you will have to purchase this separately, if you choose the extraction-to-the-outside alternative. There are a couple of small screws provided which tighten the hood-duct sections up a little. It does its job, not perfect but OK, which is all one can say about it.
With dimensions, in centimetres, of Height 56.9 x Width 45.0 x Depth 90.0 (= 22.4 x 17.7 x 35.4 inches) this is a large unit suitable for a medium to large size of kitchen. I found it just about right for my own kitchen, neither too large, nor too small. It has imposing dimensions and is an eye-catching feature in the kitchen. Not only is it efficient, it also looks good.
The first thing to remember is this cooker hood is not designed for commercial use but for domestic use it is simple yet effective. There is a massive difference between those designed for commercial use as they are much more powerful and are designed for continuous use all day, every day whereas these domestic hoods are designed for ocassional use each day.
It is so easy to maintain and keep clean. The two filters so easy to remove for cleaning, which can be done in a kitchen sing as they are small enough or they can be put through a dishwasher.
The filters, like the hood itself, are made of stainless steel so when cleaning there are some household degreasing products that can be used but one should not use industrial strength or abrasive products when cleaning either the hood or the filters as they will cause damage. Mild household degreasants are fine for getting rid of any stubborn grease and washing up liquid / detergent with some warm water and a sponge will remove fresh grease.
As the filters are removed one can see what is inside this hood and it really is simple. Basically it is an air pump that draws the air through the filters before extracting it. As the air passes through the filters any contaminants are trapped thus leaving the air nice and clean around the cooker area and with no smells wafting around the home.
The wattage on the motor is a nice 65w, which is well adequate for this kind of product in a domestic kitchen. There are three fan speeds and a handy light and all are used via the push button panel on the hood.
Installation is fairly easy for any DIYer but anybody that hasn’t got the competence to fit it themselves should get somebody else to do. The product does come with a template so one can drill the holes in the correct positions.
Overall, this is a very good quality product that will last many a year if it is kept clean and looked after. The instructions say it should be cleaned monthly and I would agree with them but if one is regularly frying I would advise that it is cleaned every couple of weeks as like commercial cooker hoods the grease will cake up thus making it difficult to clean. The hood has ample power, will keep the home free of cooking smells and for it’s long expected life it is good value.
This was fairly easy to assemble and install, instructions and a wall chart for drill holes are included.
It has good suction with 3 levels to choose from. There’s an LED light at the front, cold white with no brightness setting.
It comes with a plug on the lead but no slots in the hood for the lead to go anywhere so I had to leave a gap between the hood and my ceiling.
I found the metal is a nightmare for fingerprints and marks easily.
As for value for money, it does a good job suction wise but it feels a little flimsy, the metal hood and removable mesh parts flex when wiped and handled. The plastic tube part is very thin and looks cheap but it can be angled and stretched as required.
So to sum up, I found the hood easy to install, the suction works really well and the light is bright enough, and that’s all I need from a cooker hood.
Gorgeous looking cooker hood at a nice price range.
This is not difficult in the slightest to install and if you have an extra set of hands helping makes the job even quicker even better the instructions are clear enough to follow but could be a tad bit better overall as for just having the kitchen redecorated this is a perfect fit.
Looks incredible and gives the kitchen a fresh new look provides a nice suction with 3 different speeds it can be on the noisy side on the highest setting but honestly nowadays overall this is purely if you don’t have any noise in the kitchen which in my case is rare so you don’t hear it at all.
There is two options for suction and this is down to preferences or limitations to your kitchen which to be honest this gives people who may not of been able to have one in the best the opportunity to have one now as it can be used as a Duct out type of suction or internal recirculation so if a duct is not available this is still a solid option.
Really easy to clean without issues but can’t say what it would be like if you just didn’t bother and the difficulty it might have but if you stay on top of it will always look as good as new.
This is a really solid extractor that removes some what of limitation as not everyone was/is able to own one but with this its ideal as a duct is not a requirement overall which makes this a option if in the marker for not to turn back on would highly recommend.
Wow this cooker hood is outstanding in terms of its functionality and quality. I’m very impressed with it that’s for sure! It was super easy for the hubby and I to install and the style and design is very modern so it matches my kitchen wonderfully. I’m pleased with its performance as it does a superb job with air extraction and we have it on the recirculating option which works really well. I like that it’s not too noisy, it’s easy for me to switch between the different settings and the three speeds are ideal for when I’m cooking. I think the led light is very bright and does a great job of illuminating the job when I’m cooking which is fab. I feel it’s easy to keep clean, the grease filters will be easy for me to clean out too. The size of the unit is brilliant and it’s been made well in my opinion because it’s strong, sturdy and durable so will last. I like that it’s very cost effective for me to run thanks to it having a good energy rating and I’ve not had any issues with it at all. I feel the value for money is excellent and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it. It’s well worth getting!
Lovely cooker hood, fits in nicely in my new kitchen. My husband found it easy to install, looked well on wall and could adjust chimney stack for we needs depending on height and options of extraction or recirculationl. Lights are really bright and controls along front are easy to reach. The wire mesh panels are easy to remove and replace, so should make cleaning it easier. Easy to install and finished well. It’s a bit noisy, not too unbearable. It is a powerful fan sucking out lots of air.
Very happy with this product. Arrived well packaged, it’s made out of good quality and the fan is strong. Good energy class and easy to clean filters. The led light is nice and bright.
It’s using a proper external extractor fan. Nice control panel with a clear keyboard and is easy to operate, the buttons are power, low, medium, high, and led on and off. Highly reliable suction. Powerful airflow to efficiently remove the most unpleasant odors, steam, and grease. The motor allows the installation of the extra charcoal filter (comes with 2 filters ) which traps some of the contaminants and neutralizes odours more efficiently.
Very good price for what you get, I would recommend it!
