DANISH ENDURANCE Merino Wool Base Layer Set, Thermal Set
DANISH ENDURANCE Merino Wool Base Layer Set, Thermal Set, Top & Bottom, for Me
Breathable, itch-free and soft ” data-position=”triggerHorizontal” />
Can I order different sizes or colour combinations in the pack?
In this set you can only choose the same size and colour for both pieces. If you wish, you can order them separately. You can find the shirt and bottoms on our Danish Endurance Amazon Store.
How does its fit compare to other baselayers?
Our baselayer is athletic fit and regular in length. It is perfect as inner layer for skiing, hiking or for everyday under regular clothes.
How is the merino sourced?
All our merino items are sourced without mulesing practices in an animal-friendly manner.
Why is it not 100% merino wool?
Merino wool has excellent thermal properties and breathability, regulating body heat. However, polyamide (20%) plays an essential part in this product, ensuring the item’s longevity after each wash.

Wasted money on other thermals these are the best they keep my husband nice and warm they also was well
The set sent to me initially failed, as the neck stitching came apart.
However. Within 4 days of reporting this I received a new set, having been offered a choice of replacement or refund.
Great customer service – thank you!
Great product. It I won’t be buying again from Amazon UK for shipping to Ireland as there is now a mammoth customs charge added which I would not have if I ordered from Amazon France or Germany.
Purchased on a whim, after reading a post on a biker website about Merino wool. Big improvement in the comfort level of riding in low temp given the wind chill factor created by riding a motorcycle. Too early to say how durable they are, but comfort and warmth given the thickness is outstanding.
Went winter hill walking after I bought this base layer and was really impressed with warmth, fit and comfort while walking.
Great piece of kit.
These feel soft and comfortable. The long sleeve top comes right down to the tops of my legs and the bottoms come up high over my stomach, so maximum warmth and coverage. Just what you would expect. A great product.
As a disabled person i wear 24_7 365 days very pleased with these warm and comfortable
I’m 5 foot 6 inchs tall. 34 waist and ordered the large. They fit fine and I will order another pair. Wear them under my onesie. I don’t want to take them off.
I live in these – strongly recommend, despite their price
Try comparing the description between their actual website and their Amazon listing and you won’t know what is for real. Contacted them more than once to firstly figure out if this product can be machine washed (website says yes, Amazon listing says hand wash only) and then as their sizing charts need totally scrapping, like most people on here ended up making the trips to return for a smaller size. Therefore, I would suggest going for your actual sizedon’t bother measuring according to their chart as you’ll be carried away. And these CAN be machine washed up to 30C but would avoid any temperature according to research.
As for actual product, I’ve briefly tried it on, the product seems pleasant and comfy, but as for long term performance I shall hope that it proves coming back for another as the price difference for the market’s best – Ice Breaker (tried on both) cannot be justified, although this is not 100% Merino (80-20). Nevertheless, again through research, not being 100% seem to prove more durable and tend to last longer.
Wore this on a hiking trip to Iceland and the soft, thin layer kept me very warm. I was surprised by the warmth. Fit perfectly as a base layer.
These are very good. I went for a medium and I’m 5’8″ 70kg. Would get away with these up to about 5’10” I’d say as there’s a little slack on the legs.
Ideal in freezing temps and if you get wet they dry off pretty quickly.
Excellent baselayer that got me through the Winter working outdoors. I recommend the leggings and the top: both are very comfy and as advertised.
Thank you Danish Endurance! The top is nice and long in the body and fit is close, but not tight (perfect for a base layer).
I am 6’2 tall with a long body, chest 43inch with build of a rugby flanker, and size Large is perfect.
My husband is 6’2 and 83 kilo. Waist 34 inches loose fit. These fit like a glove and sit very well under his jeans. Soft and warm we will purchase them again.
I bought these to use as a base layer
on a trip to Lapland (temperature-14c to -24c)
I worn them over for 12 hours each day and found them to provide excellent insulation and superb comfo
