Schon komisch, da gerade das notwendige HDMI-Kabel nicht mitgeliefert wird.
I would rather add more and buy a 4k that has a higher resolution.
Spent ages finding a Dell monitor to match the one I have already. The range of Dell monitors is baffling!
The base plate is slightly different, but this one has a height adjustment – which my existing one didn’t.
Visually the screen shape and frame are almost exact, so the two monitors side by side look the same.
Resolution wise, I find this monitor fine as it is only used for office / business, so can’t really comment on refresh rates etc. I watch the occasional movie and it’s fine for me.
It arrived early, which I welcomed. It didn’t include a Thunderbolt lead which was unexpected. It’s quite lightweight after my iMac 27″ but seems good. My daughter, a professional illustrator, came and had a look and decided that she wanted one too for her MacBook.
It is a high quality lead which was delivered without delay.
Au bout d’une semaine, apparait une zone plis sombre dans le tiers haut de l’cran. Quelques jours aprs, l’cran scintille dans le centre, avec un effet ghost, suivant une trame et davantage dans le centre de la dalle que sur les bords Problme apparu alors que j’utilisais mon pc comme l’habitude. Pensant un problme de carte graphique, j’ai connect un autre pc, mme problme. Et que ce soit sur le DP ou le HDMI. Une rinitialisation de l’cran n’en fera pas mieux Bref, trs trs du vu le prix du moniteur et les bons commentaires. Heureusement, je le retourne pour le premier problme. J’attends le nouveau. Si le problme se reproduit, j’abandonne Dell pourtant bien rput niveau moniteurs.

Aprs retour du moniteur dfectueux, en ayant le besoin et ayant lu de plutt bon avis sur ce moniteur, j’en ai command un nouveau (auprs d’un autre vendeur que Dell). Mis part que le prix a diminu de faon significative, l’envoi et la rception furent trs rapide. Aprs installation, tout va bien, aucun problme de dtect et ravi d’avoir tant de confort. Je passe donc l’valuation de 1 4 toiles. Il ne peut pour moi ne pas y avoir les 5 car je trouve inadmissible que les problmes classiques des dalles IPS ne soient pas vus avant l’envoi.

Great all-round screen. Better size than the 25 inch we were looking (but had sold out). Nice colours and good deep black. Worth the extra over a lower res screen.

Glad I went for the higher resolution QHD and paid the extra, it should last me many years before I think of replacing it.
Fr Dell Ultra sollte man anscheinend nur fr elegantes Design und fr ein paar zustzlichen Anschlsse mehr zahlen, weil die Bildqualitt im Vergleich zu billigerer P-Serie deutlich nachlsst. Dell verbaut in seine Ultra -Modelle kein LG-Panel mehr. Vergleicht man den Ultra (U2722D) mit dem Monitor der P-Serie (P2720D) , da mchte man ihn sofort einpacken und abgeben: mit 100% Helligkeit erreicht der Ultra nur die 78-80 % vom Dell P2720D. Die Farben und Kontrast sind etwa auch ausgeblasen.
Bezglich der Farbkalibrierung ist bei Dell wohl ganz andere Geschichte: zwei gleiche Bildschirme aus der gleichen Serie zeigen trotz der Werkskalibrierung ganz andere Werte.
Das Bild ist Ultrasharp-typisch scharf und kontrastreich, ich bin damit absolut zufrieden.
