I bought this primarily as an integrated case and stand, rather than forthe keyboard. I’m very pleased in that respect– it’s compact, stable and solidly built. The magnet holds the iPad securely, and it has sufficient weight to rest either on a table or your lap. It folds open and closed remarkably smoothly without the iPad falling off.

The keyboard is fine. It’s responsive enough and the Bluetooth connects quickly and easily. It’s slightly smaller than a normal keyboard, although presumably that’s specific to the 10.9″ version and not something you can complain about given the laws of physics. It does mean I will probably continue to use my external keyboard to do serious typing, but clearly having a slightly-too-small keyboard is infinitely better than having none. Trackpad works fine after setting up “Tap To Click” in the settings as per the manual (otherwise you need to literally click down with massive pressure) but I can’t find the option it describes for abnormal touch and so it does accidentally click.

I can’t compare it to the Apple version and it would be pointless to, as there’s no serious prospect of shelling out 320 for one. I think what I paid for this (admittedly 25 off) very reasonable, compared to even the non-keyboard cases I’d have considered.

This case is worth the money it’s secure and has some weight to it but makes it feel more sturdy and that’s what I like about it keyboard has soft touch so no clicking of keys when typing touchpad it smith and fast response no need to change it in settings 7 different colours on it and rubbers in each counter of keyboard to protect I pad screen when closed

5.0 out of 5 stars Case

This keyboard and track pad works a treat. It’s no heavier that the apple Magic Keyboard. The Bluetooth connection is almost instant. The trackpad is fantastic. The apple one is over 300 ! This is the way to go if you want a keyboard and mouse for your ipad

Bought these for my kids who wanted laptops. They absolutely love them. The only issue we have is the cover, it covers the lock button to the iPad.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersOnly used it a couple of times since my recent purchase. It definitely feels and looks to be of a high quality at a fraction of the price of the Apple keyboard.

The cover is made of silicone with a magnetic keyboard. The design looks good and trendy. The cover fits well on my iPad 10th gen. The keyboard has very fancy backlights in three levels of brightness and a little trackpad. When my iPad wears this cover, I find it act really like a real laptop. I can use it with the keypad or without as the keypad is detachable. The charging is simple, simply charge it with a usb cable and it seems to last forever until it has to recharge again. The cover is standable and can adjust into different angles. I find the overall design and quality are very good.

iPad case for the 10.9 inch models of iPad with a magnetic detachable keyboard. If you are looking for a solid impact resistant case which with a tempered glass protector will offer full all round protection to your iPad, look no further! This is well made and designed to last I love how you don’t always have to have the keyboard part attached either, it can simply just be used as a stand alone Case with stand and then attached when required. This being said if you did want it on all the time, the magnets are very strong. Seems to all work great and the keyboard is long lasting with not too clunky keys. Arrived well packaged and could make a perfect gift.

This keyboard case comes in a custom-sized sturdy box made of corrugated cardboard – excellent protection for transit. The keyboard attaches to a 10th generation (2022) 10.9″ inch iPad via adsorption, which is a fancy way of saying it magnetically attaches. Pairing with the iPad is quick and effortless. The keyboard makes the experience of using an iPad more like that of using a traditional laptop. The light-touch keys are perfect for typing. The keys’ backlighting looks good and there’s a fair amount of choice when it comes to colour schemes – 7 in all: white, green, purple, blue, red, yellow, cream. It’s worth noting that using the keyboard’s backlighting depletes battery power much faster than using the keyboard unlit. From a full charge, you get 6 hours of keyboard use with backlighting, as opposed to (according to the manufacturer… I haven’t had the keyboard case long enough to confirm this) over 220 hours of unlit use. Charging the keyboard is simple via the included charging cable. The keyboard’s built-in trackpad is intuitive to use. As with all trackpads, each new one is subtly different to others I’ve used, so there’s a period of adaptation while I get used to the new one. You’ll find this too, but it doesn’t take long to adapt to the nuances of using the Doohoeek trackpad.

How about the other parts? The protective case is robust. It’s fairly unremarkable looking but that doesn’t put me off at all. Minimalism, simplicity and function are more important than aesthetics when it comes to protective casings. The included back stand is a practical addition which allows the iPad to be set at a variety of angles. The stand is adjustable 130 degrees, so you’ll be able to find an angle that suits your viewing preference.

Worth the money? The current price of 59.99 is more than fair for what you get. There are keyboard cases retailing at double that price which don’t perform any better than this one.

A robust and functional kit at a good price.

Well, an official Apple version will set you back to 250 for a keyboard cover with the trackpad.

For a fraction of the price of 49.99, you can get this set and turn your iPad into a mini laptop setup. The package comes with a keyboard, case, and charging cable.

It fits the iPad Air 4 perfectly, set up took a while to recognise the Bluetooth. Once all set up there was a slight delay/lag in typing response. What I like about the keyboard is the backlight light, it is detachable from the magnetic cover. So that you are restricted to a certain distance. Feedback from typing is slightly loud.

Overall it is a fair price for what you get.

urn your iPad to a mini laptop

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersOverall I’d say it’s a good accessory but I’d doubt the price of about 50.

As a protective case, it is good. The tablet is fully covered in rubber case and it’s well held inside.
The keyboard is comfortable, keys are easy to push and the light is very comfortable to work with, especially with the lowest or next level of light as it’s got 5 levels of light.
It’s connecting very easily to any device and works excellent.
The on/off button is aside, and so is the USB type C port.

Generally speaking, I’m happy with it and have it tried even on an Android. So, on Android it won’t work the touchpad, the rest is good, even the hot-keys.

But the outer surface of the case is bothering me a lot. So it’s some sort of textured plastic which will get dirty instantly and doesn’t matter how clean fingers are. And those marks are there for good, I tried to wipe and hardly could clean some spots. Because of that, I don’t really like that, but functionality is good.

Overall this product is a good dupe of Apple’s Magic Keyboard, however there were a few things that I did not find adequate. Firstly, the magnet holding the iPad was not really strong enough and my iPad would fall off of it sometimes if touched. Secondly, I feel that the angle to tilt the iPad should’ve been slightly greater.
For the price you pay, it’s not a bad product, the keyboard works well and is easy to use. The pivot point of the case is sturdy in holding up the iPad at an angle.

A nice sturdy keyboard case with backlit keys and touchpad that works as it should. Pairing was easy and the iPad takes care of everything once paired -automatically switching between on screen keyboard and the physical keyboard when turned on. I like the magnetic attachment as some keyboard cases have a keyed attachment making it awkward to separate when needed. The keys light up which is a nice touch at night and you can change the colours (personally white is all I would want but each to their own!) charging is via a USB c connection and battery life is very long as usual with this type of device

I have previously had iPad cases that included a wireless keyboard, but the keyboard was still part of the case. The great thing about this is that the keyboard is detachable, so it makes my life easier as it gives me a few more options in terms of how I work and where I work.

It’s really good quality and offers superb protection for my iPad.

The keyboard attaches magnetically, so it takes seconds to attach and detach from the case and it’s such a simple process that you can do it multiple times in the blink of an eye. You don’t have to fiddle around clipping anything in or out, which has always put me off before because it’s a hassle. This isn’t a hassle at all.

It’s also really light, so barely adds any weight to my iPad, which I really like.

This keyboard/case is an ideal way to turn your iPad into more of a laptop.

Setup is easy, with the case fitting to the iPad and then the keyboard connecting to the case magnetically. You can then connect to Bluetooth and you’re good to go.

The case feels sturdy and strong with a kickstand that’s adjustable.

The keyboard is standard QWERTY and feels cushioned, comfortable and responsive. So far, it’s done the job as expected with no disconnections. There’s also a trackpad too.

From a full charge you’re able to get 220 hours of use without the light on or 6 hours with, so I’ve been using it without the light.

All in all, it’s a good keyboard/case for iPads, but a bit on the expensive side at 59.99, which was the price at time of writing.

I hope you found this review helpful.

    A good iPad keyboard/case.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersAlthough this is cheaper than the Apple alternative. It is a well made and provides good protection for the iPad Pro 12.9 without blocking access to the buttons, speakers or connection port. The magnetised back holds the iPad firmly but is still easy to remove when you have to. Bluetooth connection is easy and hassle free. The main plus point for me is that effectively it turns my iPad into the equivalent of a MacBook Air or a Chromebook but I can still use the iPad as a tablet when I need to.

I absolutely love this product my friend had the same thing at work that’s where I seen it I was determined To get the same thing but for some reason mine is nicer than his there’s just a couple of little things that his didn’t have. I totally recommend this product to everyone thank you. Oh ya it has a good battery life and great brightness.

It’s definitely a little heavier than what it shows here on Amazon, but it’s good quality, the track pad is good, and keys feel nice. I just got it today, so I’m not sure about the battery life yet. But overall, I’d recommend. It’s a good Magic keyboard dupe.

The typing is great. Battery is really good, you have to charge it separately, so there’s no connection between you’re iPad and the keyboard but the batteries life is really good so that’s not a problem for me.
Connection is good you have to push the space button twice and then it’s working so it’s a little bit slower then the original.
But the attachment is a little poor in comparison with the original, it’s okay but I’d like it a little bit stronger. Overal it’s worth the money and I’m really glad with my choice

Overall the keyboard is very comparable to apple’s magic keyboard for 1/3 of the price. The advantages of this keyboard over Apple’s are:
    – functional keys, especially for volume, screenshot, playback control
    – typing feels comfortable, good key travel, similar to Logitech MX keyboards, fairly silent
    – quality material, surface not sticky like Apple’s so it will be easier to clean off the dust
    – multitouch touchpad, all gestures work and responsive, clicking area could be improved
    – backlight, 7 color options, brightness adjustable, can be turned off
    – auto shut off if not used for 30 min.
    – good battery life and won’t drain iPad’s battery
The only thing I feel should be improved is the touchpad clicking, it doesn’t use the same mechanism as Apple’s so the click area is more limited, the top 1/4 of the touchpad is not clickable. Since the design follows Apple’s keyboard, it also inherits the limitations of the magic keyboard. The keyboard + iPad combo can be quite heavy, the screen tilt is limited, you can’t use a case on the iPad with this keyboard, Apple Pencil may off when attached to iPad. Another brand ESR does have a flap to cover the pencil to prevent it from falling off, but I find the flap design is bit cumbersome so I didn’t buy that one.
All in all this is a good alternative to Apple’s magic keyboard and deserves a 5 star considering the significantly lowered price and how well everything is implemented and constructed.
