Although not as cheap as some other reputable household brands, this was a very good price for Duracell. I am happy to pay the small difference for what I feel like a superior battery in terms of longevity.

    Delivery was fast from Amazon.

They come in very useful the days since they arrived, both AA and AAA.
The AAA, for a brother hand printer and AA for hand insectercuter.
The hand printer with Legal documents, Will and chattels.
As every one near me their gardens face south and they are having trouble with fruit flies getting the in their kitchens that open out on to the south facing garden.
We all have garden green waste bins that allows food waste in biodegradable bag to be put in that these flys are attracted to.
So when we open it, the fruit fly swarm out and fly around.
Any moment a window or door is opened they fly in!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersReliable, long lasting batteries, I use them for alarm PIR alarm sensors amongst other things, perfect, last longer than others I’ve tried and at the price for 12, they’re great value.

I bought 2 x packs of 12 at 2 less than a pack of 24 ??, yeah so look out for the offer prices.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThink description title is very misleading as states “Duracell Plus AA Batteries (12 Pack) – Alkaline 1.5V – Up To 100% Extra Life – Reliability For Everyday Devices – 0% Plastic Packaging – 10 Year Storage – LR6 MN1500”, Is it me or would any normal person read that as it says “10 Year Storage”. BUT in the About this item section it says “DURABILITY: Our technologies keep unused batteries fresh for up to 10 years in their packaging**”. As checking dates on my purchase it’s Production Date:01/24 and Expiration Date:03/3 on using a Days Calculator for time between two dates for Monday 1 January 2024 to Tuesday 1 March 2033 = 9 years 2 months & 1 day so not even getting the “for up to 10 years in their packaging” stated in the About this item section. Of lately finding Amazon is not as good as used to be even the quality of their packaging boxes/bags & the prime black packaging tape is of cheaper quality. that tape used to hard work to open now it peals off like any other.

I often try other brands but always come back to Duracell. The number of AAAs that I need is ridiculous. The trick is to buy at the right time when there are bulk offers.

I bought these for a variety of uses; remote controls, cordless mice and children’s toys to name a few. They do the job and last as well as any batteries, for a reasonable price.

Great to have a good supply of the best batteries in the World on hand and ready.
This is the best way to buy them, beats the unbelievable prices charged on smaller packs in Supermarkets.

Best disposable brand battery – I usually buy re-chargable but needed some batteries for an Avalanche Transceiver and couldn’t chance rechargeable. Wouldn’t trust any other make than Duracell for this safety equipment. I buy a new pack every ski trip to make sure battery life is full. Or you can test them with a battery tester. Make sure fully charged if using for a transceiver.

Why do I only buy Duracell. It’s because Duracell batteries have consistently proven their reliability and longevity. Whenever I need a dependable power source for my devices, they’re my go-to choice. From TV remotes to children’s toys, these batteries deliver a consistent and strong performance, ensuring that my devices run smoothly for extended periods. The “long-lasting” label isn’t just a marketing claim — it’s a fact. Even during high-energy consumption tasks, like gaming controllers, Duracell batteries manage to hold their charge remarkably well. When it comes to powering my gadgets, Duracell’s reputation for quality is clearly evident, making them an essential purchase for households and professionals alike.

What I like about Duracell batteries is that they are long lasting and generally have a long shelf life and that is why I have trusted Duracell batteries for many years now. However, I am now confused as the previous AAA 12 pack I bought from Amazon clearly stated Duracell Plus on the pack front, but now it states “Simply” Duracell on the front of the pack, but with a bar code sticker label on the back stating Duracell Plus AAA. The batteries themselves do not have Duracell Plus printed on them, so are they just standard AAA batteries? Has the packaging changed or are we being duped?

5.0 out of 5 stars 12 pack Duracell Plus AAA Batteries. Have they changed the packaging?

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersAs someone who heavily relies on batteries for my various gadgets, the Duracell Plus AAA Alkaline Batteries have become an integral part of my daily life. Having tried and tested numerous battery brands over the years, I can confidently say that Duracell’s performance has been a cut above the rest.

One of the first things that caught my attention was the promise of up to 100% extra life compared to other batteries. Skeptical at first, I put them to the test in my TV remote, which seems to be in constant use. To my surprise, the Duracell Plus batteries outlasted any previous batteries I’ve used in that remote. Their longevity truly impressed me, and they have lived up to the brand’s claim.

Safety is a top priority for me, especially when it comes to batteries. There’s nothing worse than finding out that a leaky battery has damaged one of your devices. Thankfully, the Duracell Plus batteries come equipped with a superior nylon top closure, which does an excellent job of preventing leakage. I’ve had no leaks since using these batteries, which gives me peace of mind when powering my expensive gadgets.

The durability of these batteries is commendable. It’s always frustrating when you need a battery for a particular device, only to find that it has lost its charge due to prolonged storage. With Duracell’s advanced technology, I’ve experienced no such issues. Even after storing unused batteries for up to a couple of years, they still retained their energy and performed as if they were fresh out of the pack.

I also appreciate Duracell’s commitment to the environment. The fact that 98% of their paper-based packs are made from recycled materials is fantastic. As a conscious consumer, I feel good about supporting a brand that prioritizes sustainability. It’s reassuring to know that I’m contributing, even in a small way, to reducing waste and promoting eco-friendly practices.

Having used these batteries in a variety of devices, ranging from small electronic toys to wireless keyboards, they have consistently delivered excellent performance. The fact that they are manufactured in Belgium further adds to their credibility. I’ve never encountered compatibility issues, and the power output has been consistently reliable.

Now, let’s address the claim of “up to 100% extra life.” It’s essential to note that battery performance can vary depending on the device and usage pattern. I did notice that in some high-drain devices, the batteries might not reach the full extra life claim. However, in most everyday gadgets, the batteries did last longer than other brands I’ve used.

The convenience of having a pack of 12 batteries on hand cannot be overstated. I’ve found myself reaching for these Duracell Plus batteries time and again, knowing that they won’t disappoint me when I need them most. Whether it’s powering my gaming controller for extended gaming sessions or keeping my wireless mouse running smoothly, these batteries have proven their worth.

In terms of price, I’d say they are reasonably competitive for the value they provide. While there may be cheaper options out there, the peace of mind and longevity of the Duracell Plus batteries make them a cost-effective choice in the long run. I’m more than willing to pay a bit extra for batteries that I can trust to perform reliably.

In conclusion, my experience with the Duracell Plus AAA Alkaline Batteries has been overwhelmingly positive. They have proven to be a powerhouse for my everyday devices, offering long-lasting performance, safety, and environmental responsibility. Duracell has lived up to its reputation as a trusted battery brand, and I wholeheartedly recommend these batteries to anyone in need of a reliable power source.

The Duracell Plus AAA Alkaline Batteries offer great value for their price. The pack of 12 is affordably priced, and each battery lasts a long time, making them cost-effective in the long run. I have used other brands in the past that did not last as long or perform as well as these, and I am very satisfied with the quality and performance of the Duracell brand. I definitely feel that I am getting my money’s worth and would highly recommend these batteries to others looking for a good deal. 5/5 stars.
