Actually bought it to replace a borrowed one that broke however so good kept it and had old one repaired to return.
Use it every week with a pad for block driveways.
Fairly quiet for a compactor and not too heavy but vibrates well
Easy to control and use padded handle does a good job
The machine starts OK, idles OK but does require a little bit of pushing to get it going, for the price I’ve not regrets, got a fair bit of paving left to do and think that this will work fine on the hardcore placement. Be prepared to spread the hardcore a little thinner than you normally would though and layer it up as this couldn’t compact deep amounts due to its weight.
very good !! do not expect it to do the same as HEAVYWEIGHT plates but it does the job for what it is intended.I have no problems recommending!!
