excellent value for money. Comes with wireless keyboard and mouse and a case. When ive had to contact customer services , they reply almost immediately and are very helpful and resolves any queries/issues promptly. I bought this tablet before an operation which required me to be off work for 3 months, I have used it almost daily for entertainment and communication, it has never let me down.
Worth the price very good easy and acces everything from android and Google okay.
Only thing is the speakers are not too loud for watching movies.

Good Screen Size, Very Responsive to touch, Easy to Setup, Keyboard and Mouse connect and work with no lag, Speakers are little on the quiet side (no problem for me use bluetooth headphones) and its a little on the heavy side for a tablet (if you really need to pick a fault!) but overall its a great tablet, fantastic for watching movies and great value for money.
I am enjoying using this tablet although I still have a lot to learn about what I can do on it. I very much like that it came with a keyboard as I find this easier than using one finger to type. Overall it is a very nice piece of equipment and is not too heavy to carry.
Bought as a replacement for an old Samsung and so far it’s being a good item. ITunes everything the Samsung did…that I need it to do. Just need to find a case that will hold tablet and keyboard togethe
Bought this just under a year ago, hardly ever used it, tried to charge it two nights ago, just kept flickering. Sent back to amazon for a refund.
Received quickly. Very easy to set up. Only used for about a week (for work) but has excellent battery life, screen quality and sound. No issues so far but customer service has already been welcoming an ensuring all is working properly. Would recommend

Everything was in the box. The tablet was very easy to set up- connect to WiFi etc., I am pleased with the screen resolution. The customer service was very good- Judy the assistant sent me a video on how to set up the keyboard and mouse. The tablet comes with a sturdy case, screen protector, mouse, earphones, plug, keyboard, mouse dongle and drawing pen. All are in working order. I am very pleased with my purchase. I just use this for my Uni work and it does it work! Very easy to usethe only thing is that the battery takes a long time to recharge. It comes with a screen protector and a case which I liked and I didn’t expect to get it Can watch Netflix, do zoom meetings, do my PowerPoints and write my notes I literally do everything. Just very happy with it!!!
My 7 year old some loves it. It’s great that it comes with a pen and keyboard it is a shame that it can’t be stored together so I have bought a case to store all in together.

Company dealt with us quickly and were helpful so would have no problem buying from them again.
I bought two of these (one for me and one for my wife). Both were excellent products, very easy to set up. Unfortunately, after about six months, mine failed to start up. I contacted the seller and received some excellent suggestions as to how to fix the issue. BUT none of the suggestions worked. However after all attempts had failed the seller sent me a complete new unit free of charge. It arrived within a few days and is now working perfectly. I cannot fault the customer service, it is excellent.
It works well and I got going with my preferred Browser Firefox very quickly importing all my info and ready to use in minutes.
I also use Android App to control the HiFi from it and that all worked well as expected.
Battery stays charged very well after use and extended time between charging – after a period of more than a week of non-use I expected the battery to need a charge a bit but it was still at 100%.
It would be good if it also could operate via the USBC port to a wired Ethernet via an Adaptor but I could not get that to work – but the Tablet never claimed that functionality.
Overall it does what I wanted , so I am pleased with it.
Searched for similar size tablets in this price range, picked this model as high spec with a lot of extras included. Also includes life time warranty. I had issue with sound problem during video calling, contacted customer services, 2 days later I had a new replacement tablet. We’ve purchased two of these tablets and without a doubt they are excellent value for money, running Android11 excellent battery life and a really good 10inch screen ! then you get all the extras!! , Keyboard, mouse plus much more , unfortunately we had a problem with one tablet but no such problems with the customer service they are excellent !!! A few emails with the excellent Judy in customer support and all was sorted , if you want a really good value 10 inch tablet with excellent customer support this is the one .
Absolutely love this tablet. I watch films on this and play games with plenty of memory left on it. The keyboard connects very easily making it easy to send emails if you prefer typing. Battery life is very good for what I need. Liked it that much that even my mother has got the same after me recommending it.
I find the touch screen slow at times. There is a slight sync delay when using ear buds so it can be annoying when sound doesn’t quite match what is seen when watching films, etc. Mouse and keyboard are extremely cheap and fragile. However, picture quality is good, easy to set up, handy USB port. Overall, I’m happy with it but I think you’ll find similar quality out there for under 100. Look around.
Update, had it 4 months now. Started to get battery problems. It loses 80% power just by sitting there. Not even using it. Rubbish. If seller does something positive for me I’ll let you know.
This is a great tablet at a fantastic price and comes complete with all accessories you could ask for included. My order came without a charger which I notified customer services when I registered the warranty. They replied quickly asking me to check the accessories box again which I did – no charger so Judy aid she would mail me a new charger immediately which she did. You get a really fast tablet with Android 11 plus an excellent Bluetooth keyboard plus a wireless mouse and even a case. All leads are included and their Customer Service is really excellent.
What a great purchase, never been happier. This FACETEL Q3 made my life easy, I bought it just for work I needed a tablet so I can use my Leica X4 leaser measuring tool. The tablet is fast and I have no issue whatsoever, I managed to do a survey of a whole house and even have the CAD drawing done in less than a day.
I understand the camera quality on it isn’t that great but why would someone use a tablet for taking pictures. What clip on Youtube on it the quality is still good can’t complain.
If someone wants a tablet for their kids for just doing basic things I will totally recommend it.
Plus the service is GREAT, they are quick in assisting you, specially Judy. Will never thought such a random brand will have such a product, some people will think they will be robbed for a useless item but here it isn’t the case. I bought this tablet to replace my i-pad now 9 years old.
It worked perfectly for the first 3 months but then got stuck in a switch on and off mode making the tablet unusable. I have contacted customer service through Amazon and they were just amazing. After explaining my problem with a few e-mails and photos, FaceTel agreed to a full refund.
The tablet itself is great, clear, bright, and easy to use. The screen is is e exelent and all things are easy to Access.
There is an exelent customer service should any help be needed.

Very small carp, this tablet would be even better, (possibly perfect!) with fingerprint recognition.
We all usually get what we pay for but in this case you get a lot more for your money and not a lot of businesses do this ,these do besides one of the best tablets I’ve ever had with a display that’s on par with the top end tablets ,you get everything you need to have one of the best experiences when using a tablet ,from a tablet case to the mouse and keyboard you can throw anything at it and you will have everything you need out the box it comes in , as I’ve said the display on this is excellent so watching Movies or Shows is a delightful enjoyment, plus there’s enough memory on this tablet ,to download games and photos of family and friends without running out ,I’ve only just received this tablet and I’m watching Netflix and I’m very happy with the display of what I’m watching .
The tablet itself looks like an high-end tablet wort a lot more money,the build quality is also excellent it feels hig end ,you will not get a better tablet for this price ,
After I sent the last tablet back and left a review of what I thought of it and what was wrong the customer service department got InTouch with me ,, I was not expecting this as I had not contacted them they got InTouch with me to apologize for my bad experience of the last tablet and I would like to thank Judy for all her help and understanding and she was excellent in her service she provided, and honestly I cannot thank her enough for the resolution we came to I’ve had good customer service before but this companies customer service was excellent and I’d be hard pressed to find better , one of the reasons I think this is because she replied straight away to my emails which in this day and age you hardly get anymore,it was also nice the way she spoke in her emails so Thank You Judy,also I would like to thank Annie as well who was my first contact or who contacted me to see how they could help me , again I never contacted their customer service they contacted me after reading my review,to be honest I never thought any more about it as I returned the tablet for a full refund ,so you have to applaud Thier CS thank you again for all your help
So in summary if you get this tablet you won’t be disappointed and you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of it also the equipment that comes with it ,plus you get all this for such a price you will not find better anywhere else , orngwt as much

When it turned up I was happy with the quality and the look and feel of it. Everything was there. Had a charging issue but the company were responsive to my email and dealt with the issue swiftly. Looking forward to receiving the replacement item so I can get on with my lessons. Couldn’t give a rating for battery because of the charging issues I had. When I receive the replacement item I will then rate it.
After my Huawei tablet unexpectedly stopped working, I was looking for a replacement that was inexpensive but still able to do a good job. After settling on this tablet and eagerly awaiting its arrival, I was extremely pleased to see what good quality it was! The screen is large, bright and clear, responding quickly to each touch (very sensitive!) and perfect for reading. Sound is good and I’ve had no issues connecting my AirPods to the tablet. I have not connected the mouse and keyboard yet but they seem well-made and sturdy. The case is strong and I love the gold colour! For a tablet that is a fraction of the price of more well-known models, I don’t have a bad word to say on the product! Also, the team at Facetel have been extremely helpful and responsive in setting up the guarantee! 5 stars! 🙂

This is a quality product. It is well made and it is exactly as described. It feels sturdy in the hand and the provided case works a treat. The bluetooth keyboard isn’t cheap and nasty either – it’s a solid bit of kit. It connects very easily and looks cool in front of the tablet when it’s propped up in its case.
No bloatware – which is great. So many low-priced phones and tablets come stuffed with it. The tablet is fast to boot and copes very well streaming Netflix, iPlayer and Amazon Prime. I’m not a gamer, but I can’t imagine any problems on that front.
The screen is bright, clear and sharp. It is responsive to touch – just as it should be.
The battery life is fine. It charges quite slowly and I would definitely use the supplied adapter – which offers sufficient current to charge the tablet even when in use.
The various bits and bobs which come with it are also nice. I attached a 250gb USB stick to the tablet, using the C to USB adapter and it responded instantly with no problems reading or writing.
At this price, it does everything I want and I’m perfectly happy. Why pay much more, just for a more familiar brand?
Oh – and Customer Service is great too. Just register the tablet by sending an email and they get back to you quickly. I haven’t yet needed their help, but you can tell that they will bend over backwards for you and, with a lifetime warranty, what’s to lose?
Very pleased with this tablet for the price it does everything I need it for, the accessories that come with it, the case cover, BT keyboard, mouse and usb adapter are very good something you don’t get with more of the high end tablets, wifi is very good haven’t really tested the battery yet but so far I have no complaints would reccomend this tablet for all the above reasons.
Initially had problems with the wireless and Bluetooth stopping after a few hours of operation. Found out that there was a software update available for the wireless and applied that. Seems to be fine now.
Locating the update in the Android menu system was a bit hit and miss as it is not in the usual Play Store. Can’t remember where I found it!
Anyway, the update seems to have fixed it.
The box looks and feels premium, and the tablet itself is a nicely weighty unit.
The accessories aren’t so premium feeling, but at this price, I’m not going to moan.
It fetches a terrific signal to and from my router, and is easily adequate for my simple browsing and social media needs.
My initial impression is that you could buy this for someone as a gift, and they’d be pretty darned impressed: they’d guess it way more pricey than it was when I bought it.
In the mouse is a little dongle you plug into the USB adapter, then the port on the tablet: well, I have an old cordless keyboard and mouse on my PC which use a similar adapter… I plugged this in, and am now typing on a full-sized keyboard! The tablet is being its own monitor, and is just over arm’s length away, and it’s a way more comfortable setup than I thought it could be.
The bottom line for me, with so many tablets and offers at around the same sort of price was the speed of delivery, and whether or not the supplier got fully involved in the Questions section. Both, to me, seemed beyond satisfactory, and with an el-quickie price…
Look, for the price, it’s a bit of a bargain. What do you have to lose?
And as for all those angry people who either expected something different or who just like yelling about how bad the thing is and the service is terrible, etc, etc: IGNORE THEM. They get everywhere and toxify everything, so NO they don’t deserve Nice Things.
This is a NICE THING in my opinion. Worth it as a starter/taster or a secondary tablet, for absolutely definite… While the weight might put some off, I say it gives the thing a presence: it feels robust (though it isn’t a Tough Tab by any means).
It’s a tablet with extras.
The packaging and presentation are thoughtful and feel premium.
It performs fine for just piddling around.
It’s a nice price.

The product arrived the next day. Registration is a bit iffy as all you need to do is send an email to a hotmail address. Sounds suspect. The keyboard works well but needs to be plugged into a seperate USB to charge it. The unit does not support USB, but the mouse is a waste of time as it has a USB bloothtooth connector and the product does not support USB. Would have been useful if the mouse was Bluetooth enabled direct.
I wanted a tablet that also basically served as a PC as while i am out waiting for my day job i like to sit down and work on my crypto currency, however with a mobile phone it just doesn’t cut it and a laptop was too big.
The size of this tablet works great for this purpose, i can set it up in front of me in my car, use the keyboard with my shortcuts and get a load of work done without having to limit what i can and can’t see, it almost feels like being at home.
The setup comes with a mouse / keyboard combo, as well as the case, charger and earphones (which i must admit i have used to sit and watch a film too when i can’t be bothered to work sometimes. I was a bit worried that it wouldn’t cope with my trading software as well as streaming apps but that doesn’t seem to affect it at all and the battery power seems to be able to easily manage my 3-4 hours of constant use without charging although i have never drained the battery so don’t know how long it would last me as of yet.
All in, i’m happy, i’d love the case to feel a little bit more upmarket but it does the job it was designed for as do the rest of the accesories.
My husband & daughter have enjoyed these tablets for 9 months, so I got one, it’s great to be able to switch apps without crashing, and loosing what I was working on, even when it shuts down and needs to be recharged for 2-3 hours after 8-12 hours of use, it loads right back up with what I was doing. The mouse and keyboard are very handy, Bluetooth does not always stay connected, and zaps the battery fast, but it’s worth it sometimes. Only complaint is the screen protector sheet, what a pain to try to put on! First it went on wonky, and after half a dozen tries, I still cannot get the air bubbles from under it! Just need a second chance to put it on without trapping air and dust on the screen! How much is a replacement? Otherwise a great tablet, and the warranty with facetel is appreciated.
So what are the drawbacks?? Well:
1 there’s only one microUSB port which is also used for charging
2 it won’t support a portable hard drive
3 it won’t support a CD/DVD reader
4 it won’t support a non-bluetooth printer
5 storage is limited and (for me) difficult to navigate. It seems geared to Cloud storage and is resistant to
device storage, although you can plug in a Flash Drive and an microSD card, though the slot is fiddly.
My problems relate to the AndroidOS. Perhaps I was foolish in trying to stick to familiar Apps. I found Windows Outlook and Word can be installed but Windows Media Player cannot. Consequently, I had to convert all my music from WMA to AAC and open it on ‘Music Player’. Once done this worked well and the link to Bluetooth speakers was great. Nevertheless, I always feel I’m fighting the system in trying to store
material on the SD card, and I have never succeeded in transferring files to the Flashdrive.
Connection to my Wifi hub was excellent once I entered the correct passcode, but although I have never, so far, used any other Wifi source, I am constantly required to sign-in with my email address and password, which is irritating and disruptive.
I have gradually got used to using the touch screen, although selecting an excerpt from text is not easy, and I cannot use the onscreen keypad for anything other than the shortest message. Fortunately, the supplied Bluetooth Manual Keypad works extremely well and I use that.
I find the battery life is pretty good. It provides several days of normal use, though some applications are obviously more draining.
Generally, I like using it because it’s quick and light, but I always feel I’m fighting the system
The tablet itself is very well constructed, with all the buttons and controls on the outer edge of the case easily accessible even when snapped into its outer protective case/stand. The captive rubber cover for the microSD card slot on the top edge does need longer finger nails or a pair of tweezers to unplug it, though!
The performance is fast with no lag that I’ve noticed (as I said, early days though), and the battery life so far is excellent. I’ve used it for the past couple of evenings for about 3-4 hours each for general web browsing and using it as a remote control for my music server, and it’s still got 55% battery left from being fully charged. For my typical usage patterns, I will most likely get at least 4 days of use out of it between charges.
The screen is nice and sharp, the colours are well saturated and the touch-screen is responsive with no discernable lag. The audio is also fine for casual use, but I would recommend using the included earphones or another plug-in headset to get the best quality. It’s running stock Android 10 so there’s none of the usual “bloatware” that often blights other devices, and I was able to configure it for swipe gesture control like on my Android 10 phone, which I have become very accustomed to using and now much prefer to the traditional control icons along the bottom of the screen (back, home and apps in background icons).
Set up was very fast and painless – I just chose the option for it to restore the same apps that I have running on my phone from the automatic backup that gets taken and stored in Google Cloud – within about 20 minutes, it was all good to go.
The only teeny-tiny disappointment is that the tablet only appears to support 2.4Ghz WiFi – I was hoping that it would also support 5Ghz WiFi, but it didn’t specify in the product information, so I wasn’t surprised when it would only connect to my 2.4Ghz network. However, it’s not a deal-breaker – I get a very strong signal even though the router is a little way away from where I mostly use the tablet, and the signal appears to be rock-solid so far with no drop-outs.
Also, a shout-out to FACETEL support – I emailed them with the order number details to activate the warranty (lifetime allegedly) and received a prompt reply from Judy who couldn’t have been more responsive in offering help in case I encountered any issues. Obviously, I hope I don’t need to contact her too often, if at all, but I appreciate the attentiveness.
Early days, but so far I am very impressed with the build quality, accessories and performance of the tablet considering how inexpensive it is. I hope that it continues to provide faultless services for long into the future.
EDIT: After 3 month, I can report that my tablet is still performing flawlessly – great battery life, good performance, clear screen. And, I liked the first one so much that I bought another for my parents. They are very happy with the one I have bought for them. Judy from FaceTel support has also been great in terms of communication, providing links for the user manual and notifying me that the lifetime support warranty for the two tablets has been activated.
I bought this laptop to use while my iPad was out of service. I have to say I was initially disappointed with the colour, so reported it. I was amazed with the rapid reply and no quibble immediate replacement .
Now have used it and I find it perfect, in fact I now turn to this for my everyday tablet it does so much more than my needs . I’m now thinking it’s better than my iPad and I’m a 73 year old technophobe.
To anyone thinking of buying don’t hesitate is great little product with excellent after sales advice, and an excellent price.
