This torch is extremely bright on max setting, a draw back is as a consequence the end gets very hot.

This is as other reviewers have mentioned a top quality torch built to last many years. The five levels of light are excellent from a soft low to a brilliance I have never seen before in a torch. Perfect for camping and other activities requiring light on the subject. When I first received the torch I could not get it to work. READ the small print UNSCREW and remove the filter between the batteries and contact points. The torch will now work. Fully charge until green light shows. You are now ready to go. Would highly recommend.
The torch arrived well packaged and on time. It’s not cheap but you do get quality and a well made item. The torch has 5 power levels to suit all situations, the medium is perfect to walk the dog on these dark winter nights with the turbo setting like a floodlight ( the eco mode is still usable for walking ). The torch charges from Usb C cable and takes about 3hr 30mins . The torch does get quite hot on the highest setting and if you look on YouTube you will see it can even start a fire. The workmanship and finish is also of a high standard. The supplied nylon holster and wrist lanyard are also of good quality. If you can afford it you will not be disappointed and the strobe mode will certainly disorientate anyone who might be a threat.
Perfect for dog walking in dark woods. More powerful than previous Fenix torch in a more compact body. USB-C charging is also much more convenient. Recommended.
I’ve had fenix torches before and I was very impressed with my last torch which I passed on to my son before buying this monster. All I can say is do not let the cost out you off. It does come down to you do get what you pay for and believe me it is a pocket sized search light honestly. I recently used this to catch some poachers on my land. Let’s say they won’t be returning. This beast is a pocket sized sun lamp and I was very very impressed !! I only have one gripe about it and I agree as many have said beware it gets hot when it is on max. Fenix are a solid make and you can really can feel the build quality when it’s in your hand. As for battery life I cannot comment as it fairly new. It does take two battery’s which are rechargeable and a lead is provided. Well done fenix.
I have two older fenix torches i know the quality of fenix . the new torch has a good 500 metre ,but it goes get hot very quickly . on the plus side in very light weight and compact.
Mais attention a chauffe svre !! Excellente lampe outdoor. Pas ncessaire pour du home use.
Aufgrund der Energiezufhr wird die Lampe natrlich schnell hei. Aber es besteht kein Verbrennungsgefahr.

Habe sie erst ein paar Wochen, aber gerade jetzt im Winter kann man sie beim Gassi gehen perfekt gebrauchen. Gerade auf groe Weite beeindruckend!
