It’s a great little shaver. Nice and powerful considering how small it is. It gets round the contours of your face really well. I was worried as it doesn’t have removable bits to get rid of the hair, but actually empties really easily and so doesn’t get clogged up. I’m really impressed, and the best bit is that you get 2 extra heads for when they start getting blunt, AND it stands up well in the cupboard (previous ones have been really unstable!!!) Good buy.
I was having dermaplane treatments often so I have saved a lot of money and time getting one of these it really does the job my skin is smooth and its painfree and quick to use
Great piece of kit, wife’s had a battery version for years didn’t know this rechargeable unit was available. One charge lasted almost a month with daily use. Very quiet compared to her old model. Great it has 2 spare heads
I had the older version of flawless and loved it so much. Bought this one as a replacement as I was finding it challenging to buy new heads for the old model. I was pleasantly surprised when I realised it was a usb charger, no more hunting for batteries. Great value for money !!
Was a bit dubious to spend nearly 30- on something that might not be great but was surprised with the results, easy to use & clean & great you can charge it up!

Only problem is getting replacement heads to fit after ordered through amazon came quickly but heads never fit so now have to buy anouther new flawless or something else dissapointed but what can you expectfrom china
Placing the battery in the case needs a little bit of effort as it is a tight fit. Ready in 2-3 minutes.
The charging version instructions are not as straight forward. The lead is attached to the hair remover – no problem, but then the instructions stop. You have a USB plug – what do you do with it ?- Nothing to say about level of volts needed – or in some circumstances it may be dangerous .
My first thought to use an adaptor and charge using my laptop which has a USB B socket. – like some other charging situations.
I discovered I also had a 3-point plug which has a USB socket, then plug into the wall. This did work, but I was divident and decided to monitor it while the charging took place. Nothing to say this is the correct method.
The other thing I would say is buying such a plug is not easy, they are not standard stock. I had one included in a mobile phone box – not made in England.
As a criticism Finishing Touch does need to address these issues – the lack of instructions to describe how to charge the hair remover, and not just say use the lead and it takes 2 hours, Also there is nothing about safety precautions- which are not necessary when a battery is provided. anything electrical should have standard instructions – even if manufactured abroard.
The functioning of the two versions is otherwise the same.
Very easy to use, beautiful design. Results are excellent. Skin is left feeling smooth for several weeks.
The size of it makes it easy to pack when you’re going on holiday but it would even fit in a handbag.
The only trouble I had when ordering was that it wasn’t clear to see if you could choose a different colour, even though I knew it comes in a few other colours.
This Finish Touch facial hair remover was recommended to me, and I am very glad that I bought it. It is so much better than the previous hair remover in every single respect.
It really does what it is designed for, removing hair closely and leaves a smooth finish. It does not hurt when using it in anyway.
What I also love is that it is rechargeable, so I dont have to keep using batteries that wear out quickly like they did with the other product I bought.
There are also 2 extra heads included too, which is great.
I also like the torch part for seeing closely what needs removing. It is so easy and simple to use, plus it looks good too. I have the white and gold coloured version. It is small enough to put in a cosmetics bag.
I cannot rate this product highly enough and I have tried a few similar types.
Use it a couple of times a week. Slightly disappointed as it Doesn’t seem to be as effective as the original model was, hence 4 stars.
Great size for carrying around in your bag. Like the fact it’s rechargeable on a usb lead
4 stars only because received in plain cardboard box with no branding so not appropriate to give as a gift and left me wondering if this is genuine

Great to not use batteries. So much lighter. Charged in just over 2hours. Happy with it.
I was nervous about using this, as I was really worried about a stubble-like regrowth on my top lip, but needn’t have worried. It’s super quick and easy to use, and for me personally, the results are fairly long lasting. I leave it about 2 weeks between use.
I have the previous model and it was getting annoying changing the batteries all the time. This model is much better as it doesn’t need batteries making it lighter to carry and easy to re-charge.
It looks better as well. Seems to work better than the last model.

When this arrived I wasn’t sure how genuine it was. It was packed in just a white box with a wonky sticker inside (see photos). I was expecting it to be packaged differently.. but anyway I used it and wow it’s actually fab!!!
I had no idea how much peace fuzz I had on my face. I was actually shocked/embarrassed that I’d be walking around with it!!!
So easy to use just do small circles takes seconds. Didn’t irritate my sensitive skin either. Looks much better now and my skin is super smooth. My foundation looks much better too!
Comes with a tiny brush and you do need to clean it out after use, again takes seconds just twist the end and then brush inside. I’m always amazed how much fuzz is in there!
Fab product, still unsure if genuine because of the slightly odd packaging but it works really well so I’d recommend it to all!
Arrived on time. I was a bit concerned having read some of the reviews but needed a replacement quickly. This is fine, works just as well as my old one.
I use it daily and no rashes etc. Battery has lasted a week so far after the first charge.
I was impressed at the price for what was being offered.
Bargain. Not in the original box but who cares. Everything works. I was a bit worried about getting it’s I saw a review that said it had hair on it. The one I received was clean and packaged well with instructions. And only cost me 17 rather than 30

Does the job of removing facial hair, doesn’t leave rough skin, although I only use it about once every two weeks. Doesn’t need charging much either.
