Do the job 100% , loving it, and getting back my fingers 1 step at the time. Highly recommended it. Buy the package instead of buying one item at the time and see which item works best for you and swap around

Bought this to exercise a trapped ulnar nerve and all the items are of good quality and did exactly what they should do. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to rehabilitate a trapped nerve or increase grip strength

Adjustable handle was missing from order when it arrived, was disappointed as it was main selling point, but after contacting seller I got new set.
Whole waiting for new set I was surprised how much I enjoyed the rest of the set, after few days exercising with rubber ball and ring It feels I can grip with more strength

A simple and effective muscle strengthening product for both hands regardless of left or right handedness. The simplicity of it to use and gradually increase the pier required to increase resistance makes it hands down a winner in my book for rehab, muscle weakness with a range of simple exercises and positions that can be used and built on with time and repeated usage.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersReally happy with the product and for the price it’s worth it, if I’m watching a movie or just on the computer at home I use it and even have one of the other equipment in my car incase I’m waiting. Forearm getting stronger and fun to use

Bought this for my wife, who had a mini stroke at beginning of April, and had weakness on her right side. She uses the different ones each day and finds her strength is improving. Loved the price, great value for the money. Came with a little cloth sack which keeps all the items together when not in use.

Ended up only useing the 60kg grib strengthener and the ball. can scroll beyond the 60kg mark however I’m not sure it adds too much. The other toys easily got old. The plastic one for fingers is too flimsy.

They are not the most exciting things to use, and you only need a couple of minutes at best with each one. I use them for helping to condition the muscles in my hands and arms, I play guitar and it helps with that strengthening of the fingers individually and as a whole. The band is good for getting your hands used to pulling outwards instead of making a fist. I believe that this will help balance the muscles in my hands as I get older, which can only be a good thing and time well invested. I would buy again and they are good value and a decent quality without going mad buying individually. The bag is a nice touch and looks well made. I leave them around the home and pick up and use as I feel like it.

I haven’t used the products much but have had a a bit of a test of them all and asked others too.

Great selection at a good price. I think it’s a good start if you want to test different strengthening aids.

This is a comprehensive set of devices to exercise your hands and grip. The reason I bought these is because suffer from arthiritis and gout so my hands/fingers have started becoming stiff and weak. The items in the bag should keep my hands in better condition than if I didn’t exercise at all. The most useful piece of equipment is the adjustable grip strength trainer. However, it doesn’t have any markings to indicate poundage.

The finger exerciser won’t fit someone with bigger/thicker hands/fingers so it’s not one size fits all.

I just wish that there was a proper exercise routine that you could follow. We are just shown how to do the exercises in the enclosed “manual” (leaflet) and left on our own to work out what to do. There should be some kind of scientifically-based exercise regime that we cloud follow.
