These resistance bands are just what I needed. I spent a lot of time looking at various ones to decide which to buy and finally landed on these.

I checked each item because there were reviews saying that the bands were damaged in some way but mine were perfect. Each bands is colour coded as well as having the strength written on it. The bag that comes with the bands is very useful and fits all the equipment. I haven’t used the door attachment yet but it looks strong enough to do the job.

All in all, more than satisfied with the purchase.

Good quality bands. I bought various resistance over the last few months and use them to work on my pull ups and had no issue with them so far. Strong and resistant to weight.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersOn the bands there is a QR code you have to scan to watch instruction video’s. Personally I prefer fold away booklet’s that can also be unfolded and put on a wall as a poster. They are good quality I bought them for Band Push Up Plus and Band Deadlift. They come with a nice storage bag and are great used over a barbell and with dumbbells for additional resistance either at home or the gym. They also compliment the Resistance Tubes I have but they don’t replace them.

I have been lifting for many years now, and have traditionally only trained in a gym, however recently I have built a home gym and these have been an excellent addition to my set up.

The door attachment has been very useful.

Strong and amazing quality gym band. The good thing with this is that it’s a mobile piece of gym equipment that you can take around with you anywhere. The band itself is made from a very good strong quality material from what I can tell and overall very very happy with the use and results of it so far. Highly recommend this product especially even if you’re going away for example business trips where you want to get a quick workout whilst in the hotel room you’ve got something to use

I was a bit concerned whether this strap will help me in the flexibility exercises I want to do but it turned out to be awesome. It’s hard enough but not too hard that you can’t actually stretch! I would totally recommend it to any people doing gymnastics or yoga.

Quality of bands were very good. Used hard over a five week period whilst away from home and still look brand new. Good price and quick delivery. Would definitely recommend.

Was unsure if these bands could substitute my barbell and dumbells, when I wanted to train without them.
Well they have surpassed my expectations by far.
I can easily do exercises for chest/arms/back and legs with enough resistance to feel a great pump and workout.
Love them as they take no space and can be portable to exercise anywhere

Resistance bands are versatile strength training tools that can significantly enhance strength training workouts. They are portable so I can take them away with me, they come in different tensions but I brought the top one, I use the resistance bands to compliment my gym equipment and am told that resistance training is a good form of training.

I like the feel of this band and is of good quality, it was delivered next day with no problems

5.0 out of 5 stars Well made, strong

Currently using these bands for mobility work. They provide a good range of resistance profiles, allowing many different movements to be carried out and the difficulty level adjusted to suit, by lengthening or shortening the bands.
They seem very sturdy, and I recommend them to anyone who wants a set at a good price.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good range of resistance, durable, good value

I have been using these bands for about 2 and a half years now and must say they are great! I moved away from dumbells as I was having back issues and the nature of these is that you only endure the full load at the peak of your exercise so no more picking heavy weights off the floor!
I recently had to deal with their customer services due to a small issue that arose, and have to say I cannot fault them. They were very fast in responding to my query and just as fast at rectifying it.
I don’t often leave reviews, but credit where credit is due.

The band can be used in a variety of ways, from warmup sessions to effective workouts/exercises . For the price point, the material of the band feels very durable. After purchasing the yellow and now the purple band, I think I will be completing the full set soon!

I use these bands at the gym to strengthen my shoulders and decided to buy one for home. Works well. Thinking of getting the thinner yellow band and thicker black bands as well.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI got this set for my shoulder physio. I have mainly used the lower resistance bands up to black. After 4 days of usage while standing inside the black band pushing it up with my arms, the band snapped by my foot. All this happened while standing on the carpet.
I like all the possibilities the bands give but I hope the remaining colours will last longer.

4.0 out of 5 stars So versatile however?

I’m thoroughly impressed with the FitBeast 5-Level Resistance Bands. The quality is outstanding, and the set comes with an abundance of extras that add incredible value. The bands offer varying levels of resistance for progressive training, accommodating all fitness levels. It’s a complete package that deserves a perfect 10 out of 10 rating.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMade the mistake of buying cheap bands that turned out to be completely useless ( now in the bin ) these however are the real deal. Just spend the extra really. Using for calthenics and can’t recommend enough. Bought an extra red band for dual warmup arm and shoulder excercises too.

I haven’t tried flicking them at anyone yet and there aren’t any paper clips big enough to fire across the garden.

I’m so happy with these resistance bands! They’re perfect for assisting with pull ups and other calisthenics exercises, and the different resistance levels make it easy to progress and challenge myself. They’re also super durable and have held up well over time. Highly recommend for anyone looking to add variety to their workouts and level up their fitness game

Looks like they will last forever !

I totally recommend the product. Got them the next day. Really good quality, tried one of the bands and the stretch is better than the old one I had. Really happy it came with the grip pads and the door anchor. And really handy having a bag to store them for when you travel.

Bought these for assisted pullups but the lighter ones in combination with the lovely hand protectors mean that I won’t be using my old bands for anything any more. The length is just so much more appropriate and they are so much better to hold. Glad I spent a few extra bob on these.

These are great for doing a range of exercises. They can be anchored to doors only if you have a solid wood door. Most doors these days are hollow doors and this could damage them. Instead I loop one end around the leg of a heavy table, or stand on one end. There are still loads of exercises you can do to get a full body workout. The bands are strong and flexible and are lasting well.

These bands are strong and excellent for a wide variety of exercises. I mostly use the black one for assisted pull-ups. After almost a year of frequent use they are all still in great shape. I had a small nick in the black one recently and got in touch with Fitbeast directly. They replaced the band with no fuss at all. Great service.
Definitely worth the money and I will buy again once these are in need of replacement; but the way they are lasting, I don’t think that will be any time soon.
    Highly recommended.

My expectations weren’t high, but having studied quite a few brands these just looked the most reliable.

I didn’t realise that when you buy them you become part of a great on-line community with loads of great videos demonstrating all kinds of routines you can use with these bands to exercise safely.

The bands themselves seem to be really good quality and the bigger ones offer considerable resistance. The thinner ones ensure you can start at a very basic level. The trick is not to fall into the trap of thinking you have to use the big ones from day one.

Time will tell whether they last, but as long as you are sensible with them and don’t tie them around sharp loops or handles or stand on them where there is concrete I can’t see that they will fail. Use the handy door loop that comes with the package and try the velcro pads to prevent the bands rubbing your hands.

I would advise using mittens to stop chaffing if you have soft hands.

Golden Review Award: 67 From Our UsersAfter a break from lifting weights, I decided to try something different. Now in my early fifties, continuously progressively overloading takes its toll and from what I’ve seen as I researched the topic, bands are easier on the joints and follow more closely the strength curve of our muscles. And you don’t have to orient your body to work weights against gravity, bands work horizontally, at angles and even upside down.

So as for these bands, firstly, they arrived faster than stated which I was pleased about, they appear to be good quality with the claim of a lifetime guarantee. Set up a login on the Fitbeast website and put in your unique code on the card provided to activate this. (It is a company based in China so I don’t know how serious they are about this guarantee). I don’t think there’s a full set of this type of quality resistance band at this price anywhere else in the UK.

Superbly packaged and the door anchor is one of the better designs I’ve seen. And while the carry bag seems robust, the online videos and hand pads are a nice touch and are great for newbies, I probably won’t be using them. I’ll explain why

A downside of using the large loop style of resistance bands is the unique stress they put on your hands. Mostly on the outer edge from the base of the little finger to wrist and the inner edge between thumb and forefinger. The pressure here can cause your hands to give out before your muscles do and that’s why they supply the pads, but they have a flaw…

A benefit of these bands is you can adjust the resistance minutely as you train. Not gonna make the full number of reps? Easy release a little of the band and you’ve effectively performed a ‘drop set’. Started out with too easy a resistance? Simple, grab a little nearer the anchor point. Now it’s harder. So much easier and quicker than stopping and adding plates or swapping dumbbells. But, trying to adjust the position and slide the hand pads along a band is an awkward and clumsy procedure.

What we really need is gloves padded at the edge of the hands, where the bands exert pressure. And that’s where my idea comes in…

If you look at my photos, you’ll see how I use my own, old inexpensive padded lifting straps, looped around the palm, positioning the pad and straps on the edge of the hands. Then sliding a lifting glove with a velcro fastening over the strap, giving me enough protection against the pressure from the bands to keep going through a workout.

The only manufactured gloves I’ve seen with padding specifically for this type of bands are sold with a full set of bands and training programs for some $200. That’s where I got the idea for my DIY gloves – so check out the videos of James Grage online. He’s the unofficial guru of large loop style resistance band training with free full workout routines from a competitive physique/bodybuilder who gave up free weights and machines exclusively for bands.

These bands will receive thorough usage over the next few years, if anything notable happens with them I will return and update this review.

UPDATE: Since using bands exclusively for about a year, I did then incorporate free weights again. But as I’m older now, it’s higher reps, lower weights, but still progressive overload and using bands to assist.

I encourage everyone to regularly check all of their home gym equipment and that includes bands. Bands aren’t like weight disks and bars, you have to be careful they don’t catch on your other metal kit. As I was checking my bands before use, I noticed a flaw on the black one. It looked like a split was forming on the outer edge, fortunately I caught this early *because* I regularly check my home gym equipment.

The seller immediately offered a refund (as we were in a pandemic and it was more expedient than sending another) with which I bought a replacement.

Bands aren’t indestructible, they can get caught on the plethora of metal in a home gym. Be aware of the condition of ALL your gym equipment.

A full set of large loop resistance bands at this price and quality is hard to beat.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThe box packaging looks neat and well organized. I like that the bands are multicolored to distinguish each one easily. Moreover, each band is labelled with equivalent resistance weights. The bands seem to be made of high-quality rubber and it feels durable and reliable. (These are really a Beast in the way they look and feel!) This set feels portable as it comes with its own bag and helps when doing workout while on travel. When working out at night-time, I would prefer to use this bands because these does not have any metal parts that give “clanking” sounds when dropped to the floor.

It’s good that this includes a door anchor as this extends the type of workout that can be done at home. Same is true for the included grip pad as I can use it straight away without needing a workout glove to prevent the bands from slipping when held. There are also YouTube videos that can be followed for some exercises to begin with.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend these resistance bands. I did not find anything bad on this product at this time after using them for a week. Right now, the value for money is great with this set.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good set of bands for home workouts and also while on travel
