Step 1
Mount the system head and reload the cartridges.
Step 2
Shut off the water supply and disconnect the faucet hose from the cold water valve.
Step 3
Connect the supply valve and the system with the provided inlet hose. And connect the faucet hose to the system. (Use provided outlet hoses for extended distance if needed.)
Step 4
Flush the system for 15 min before first use.

We happened to buy the one filter which’s output water hose does not connect to a standard drinking faucet. It was a bit of a headache but we were able to find a replacement hose and parts to connect the filter to the faucet. Overall the water tastes great. Make sure to measure before mounting the filter.
Easy to install, high water flow rate, and good taste. It is still unclear if my model (TW15) removes PFAS and I did a lot of searching in the ANSI standards where they list all manufacturers that they tested, but I now live in a location with no detectable PFAS, so we are happy. Saves a lot of money and hassle compared to spring water delivery
Perfect product for apt and city living or rental. No drilling and easy 10 mins installation with paper and online video instruction. Great water quality. nice product that uses brass connecting tube vs other competitor using plastic components . Water flow isn’t an issue . Plan to purchase addition product for our parents.
It was easy to set up and the filters are cheaper than my last water filter.
Easy to install. Very high volume. Changing filters appears to be simple.
So far it has been good. No complaints. Seems like great quality so far.
Ease of install and what seems to be quality product. Only installed for a day and I can tell the difference. Hopefully it will last as advertised.
The filters are larger that I expected so if you have limited space, pat attention to the dimensions.
Assembling took a bit longer, but no leaks, all works.
I am delighted with water filter – great quality clean water.
It is not particularly hard to fit but that is dependant on how easily you can get under the sink to do it!.
MY Advice would be, ascertain what connections to use by ( after turning water off) to connect everything up together without water on.
Then, When fitting filter to kitchen unit, connect hoses up to the water filter BEFORE fitting the water filter to the unit as this should make your life easier.
I have a mixer tap which I was easily able to connect up using hoses provided. I had to use the small hose to connect to the cold Tap and then connect to another hose (provided) to outlet of filter.
Key point is do a “dry” fit to work out what hoses to use and where!

Nach Erstmontage war der dritte Filter leicht undicht, es tropfte aber nur minimal.
Trotz der Osterfeiertage wurde die Reklamation superschnell bearbeitet und der Versand eines neuen vollstndigen Gerts in die Wege geleitet. Dieses ist nun fehlerfrei.
We are extremely happy with the filtration system. We life in Florida and have city water. The water is hard and tastes like chlorine. This filtration system has majorly improved our water taste and clarity.
This unit looks amazing, I’m about to install it, but I had a cheaper frizz life filter that worked great u til it started leaking

15 minutes to install, mostly delayed as I kinked the inlet line under the cartridge and had to remove and reset it!
I’d recommend loosely attaching the inlet and outlet hoses supplied to get a sensible measurement of the space needed. Adding the hoses makes the system wider and that’s what you will need to know before installing.
Seems to be quality made. Ce with everything needed to install easily.

Well built, super easy installation and set up. The family now drinks more water than ever and we don’t have to fill up the recycling can with what seems like a thousand plastic bottles every week.
I have been using this for about 5 months now. I came from a single filter model, also by Frizzlife. The single filter did well, and I noticed an immediate change in the taste of my water. When I changed the filter, it was a rust color, so obviously there are plenty of contaminants in my city water. This dual filter system is no different, and you can see and taste the difference. The install was easy (after clearing room for it under the sink) and the filters are easy to change. Next move for me is a whole-home filter system, but one step at a time. This is doing the trick on the kitchen sink, and I highly recommend giving it a go – you won’t be disappointed. The worst thing that can happen is you’ll be filtered…your water that is.
The first filter keeps leaking from filter base. Its a slow drip most likely due to cheap o rings used on the filter housing. Have already removed the filter from the housing and reassembled to see if it fixes it. It did not fix the issue. Wasted hours trying to install and diagnose this leak. Will be returned shortly.
We quit betting on the competence of others and upgraded our original frizzlife MK99 filter with a robust frizzlife Undersink TW15 water filter system. This filtered water is also connected to our refrigerator’s water vending and ice maker for all of our drinking and cooking needs.
Our water smells and tastes as perfect as anyone can imagine pure water should.

Excellent Bottled Water Replacement Device.
Its only been operating 24 hours but we love it already. Water tastes much better and no chlorine taste in the drinking water. No more plastic bottles of water, it will pay for itself, including running costs, in under two years. The DIY installation instructions are clear and easy to follow. Installation took me about 30 mins. Replacement filtes are priced reasonably
compared to other products. Excellent customer support. All in all, very pleased with this product.
This is now the 4th frizzlife product we own. This particular item was installed under a bathroom sink and is mostly used for rinsing after brushing our teeth and washing our hands. Install is very easy, turn off your water valve, disconnect the cold water line and install this between the valve and faucet line. We continue to be pleased with the FrizzLife brand.
We love Frizzlife! We already own several of their products, from the RO system with drinking water faucet to a filter for our RV, so it was an easy choice to stick with Frizzlife in picking a kitchen filter for my dad. Their products always arrive neatly packaged with all the parts you need. My dad thought he’d have to go to a store to pick up fitting adapters but was pleased to see that Frizzlife sent fittings for 2 different sizes and even a roll of Teflon tape. I also love that the filters will last a long time (like our RO filters have) and are super easy to change with no need to disconnect the system in anyway. Very happy!
1. Packaging: It’s strong and beautiful, well thought out.
2. The filters include everything you need to plumb them into your kitchen sink line! (except a few tools). (see included pictures.)
3. They are not your normal puney filters in a big case. They are big filters with lots of surface area to work for a long time.
4. The installation process is fairly straight forward and well described in the instructions.
5. Frizzlife even includes an extra smaller line that can be used as an extension for reaching the taps if they are not installed close to where you have to mount the filter. Really, they practically thought of everything!
Seeing I just installed them today (with no leaks on my first try!). I tasted the water coming from. the filters and it has no Chlorine smell or taste! The water out of the filter tastes what I describe as “neutral”. Normally our water has a little sharp aftertaste and the smell of chlorine… Now it just tastes like good water!!! No smell.. No aftertaste. I do find myself drinking more water…
This Frizzlife product is an upgrade for my existing MK99 single filter system I had tucked behind my bathroom pedestal sink. The single MK99 filter is nice as it filtered everything; however, the DW10 splits the work into two with a 1.0-micron sediment filter followed by the 0.5-micron filter. Ideally this will extend the life of the second filter and provide as clean, if not cleaner, water from the tap.
Installation was simple needing just fingers and a wrench to snug up the connections. The water should be run a bit after install to flush out any loose powder from the filters. Once flushed the water flow is great and you can fill a glass in no time.
I tucked the unit behind the sink rather than using the wall mount as it kept it out of the way. Since this is a pedestal single the two-filter setup does stick out a bit on either side. I prefer the double filtered water, so I didn’t mind. If that aspect is important to you and your installation is the same, then you will want the single filter that is hidden perfectly. Although most people will probably put this inside a cabinet so not an issue.
Overall, I am happy with the outcome and look forward to daily use with drinking, brushing and face washing using clean water.
This under sink filter is actually quite good if it works for your situation. I live in an apartment with a small undersink, so something large or with a tank would not work. This is small enough to fit in the space I have available, and does a good job nonetheless. My area is known for particularly hard water that doesn’t taste very good, but this filter immediately took the edge off. Installation is as simple as unscrewing the cold water cord and sending it through the filter rather than directly to the sink. I highly recommend this if your water is particularly bad and/or you are pressed for space.
