Very good, but so it should be for the price you pay. Thought one of settings was suppose to be a cold blast which there isn’t, or maybe I’m wrong. So that’s a shame, as for that price there should be.
Hairdryer is great, handle folds and neat compact size. Driers hair well. Case is far too big so won’t be using it for packing the dryer when travelling.
Very lightweight, ideal for travelling with only cabin baggage. It has great power to actually dry the hair too.
It has different heat settings and dual voltage which means it can be used pretty much anywhere.
Despite its size there’s no comprise of power and it dries my hair just as quickly as my full-size hair dryer.
It has a safety shut off that means it will turn off if it gets too close to your head or if theres a lot of heat build up but this hasn’t happened yet while i’ve been using it.
The carry case is sturdy and has a handle and zip, it’s perfect for packing away in a suitcase.
The price seems steep to some but this is GHD so you’re kind of paying for the brand name but it is also a great little hairdryer with some good features, so i would say the price is justified.
A powerful piece of kit! The dual voltage is an excellent feature so I can use the hair dryer practically anywhere I travel to.
It’s compact and surprisingly lightweight, perfect for a handbag. Feels very well-made and the design looks super sleek. The hardcase is a nice plus as well.
The handle is comfortable to control and it’s simple enough to toggle between the different heat settings single handedly.
It switches off when it senses it’s being held too close to the hair, but I’ve only had that happen when I tried using it without the nozzle (or with the nozzle targeting the same area of my head for a long period of time). The heat buildup triggers the hair dryer’s safety mechanism, which makes it switch off.
It’s a tad pricey, but definitely built to last. Would work as a good portable everyday hair dryer too. I’d be happy to recommend.
My mom only has short arms so always uses travel hairdryers as her normal hair dryer. This has a nice long cable, folds up to fit in the carry case. It has a nozzle that is removeable but it does take some brute force (but better than a nozzle that keeps falling off during use). 2 power settings and a cold setting. Overall very happy with it. As its a travel one there is a dial to change the voltage to ensure there is no issues using it in other countries.
I love GHD products because they always perform perfectly for me, making my long hair look wonderful which is one less thing to worry about on stressful days.

This hair dryer does not disappoint. It is perfect for travelling with. It is designed to allow for easy folding and comes with a very high-quality travel case that always keeps the dryer safe.
To make sure that his hair dryer is perfect for any journey, GHD made it with a very long cable and with 120V and 240V switch on the plug to accommodate whichever sockets you need to use on your travels.
My hair looks great after using this hair dryer. I can style them for casual or more formal days. I love my professional little travel stylist.

Small and compact, and the box it comes in is easy to store. And despite it being small, it’s super powerful and works just as good as a normal sized hairdryer!

This is an excellent travel hairdryer, it’s incredible lightweight but powerful. There are 2 speed settings. There is also a cool setting which is perfect for setting your style and when using in hit countries. I actually think this hairdryer is better than my main one. It comes with a good carry case for protection, which is also light, and one nozzle. I think this is really well priced for this brand and quality.
The hairdryer arrived in the storage case with a cardboard band around it, effectively acting as a seal. The packaging is pretty minimal, though this did also come inside an open-ended plastic bag.
The hair dryer has adjustable heat settings. Since my hair is very fine, and easy to damage, I really appreciate the automatic shut off facility that stops this from working when it’s held too close to hair. I don’t seem to do this too often, but it’s a useful safeguard. The 1.8m cable is a good length, without being cumbersome for travel, and the hanging loop is sturdy and a decent size. I like the stocky design, colour, and folding handle. The plastic this is made from feels high quality and durable.
It isn’t likely to affect me, but if you do a lot of international travel, including to countries where domestic energy supply runs on lower voltage than here, it’s probably a really useful feature that this works at 120/240volts.
If you travel a lot, this hair dryer is perfect.
It is lightweight and nicely folds up into a neat, little carrying case which means it is very easy to take with you on the go.
Even being so compact, it still does a pretty good job. It is powerful and dries hair quite quickly. It is GHD which means you pay a bit more for the name but you also know it is going to be reliable and work well.
I would recommend.
It comes in a nice semi-rigid case that does a great job of both protecting your dryer and keeping everything tidy. It all fits into the case easily with no need for careful cable winding or millimetre precision on how you put it in the box so its nice an quick to put it away and to get it out.
To get it ready, just fold out the handle and you’re off. There is a switch for hot, medium or cold air flow, and another to set the voltage for when you’re abroad, and a removable nozzle. It’s very quick to get it ready and very quick to pack it away again.
Great for travel or even daily home use.
This is a high quality travel hairdryer. It comes packaged in its own case, which is a smart, black, wipe-clean design, secured with a zip. It feels solid and sturdy – and with the carry handle on the top, it looks like a handbag.
The hairdryer folds up to fit neatly into the bag. It is easy to unfold it (and fold it back up again) – just move the handle into the correct position. It does this in two reassuring clicks. Once fully unfolded, it feels solid.
The hairdryer weighs approximately 315g (around the same as a mug). It has good power, two heat settings and two voltage settings for travel. The lead is approximately 170cm long. It is all the quality and performance I would expect from the ghd brand, and is packaged beautifully.
This hairdryer is described as a travel gift set and, while it would no doubt make a lovely present, I think it is also something you could buy yourself and use on a day-to-day basis. I am very impressed with its appearance, practicality and performance.
It is meant however as a travel hair dryer and it lives up to the name without being too heavy and easily packs away to a tiny little size for transport so i would say it does exactly as expected, but no more than that.
This GHD hairdryer has two power levels plus a cold setting to fix the style in place. It also gives a choice of voltages, which is useful for travelling abroad. In the instructions it advises keeping the filter clear, but you can’t remove the back, so you just have to give it a dust.
It’s not the lightest travel hair dryer I’ve owned. It folds up but it’s not especially small. They provide a hard case for travel. This makes it even more bulky. I would have preferred a light travel bag.

The temperature setting is perfect for drying your hair really quickly. Overall, this is a fantastic product and at the price tag, I would recommend it.
